To use the PhysioPedal, screw the base onto
the body by twisting the screws (x4).

Attach the Pedal or Handles into the Cranks
using The Quick Release Mechanism.

Insert the battery into the body by
pushing it in until it clicks.

To Power on the PhysioPedal, hold the
power button down for 5 seconds until
the battery lights up.

To exercise the upper body put the
PhysioPedal on an elevated platform or table
and put your hands on the grips.

The unit will start a slow speed of 30 RPM,
to increase the speed press the PLUS button.
To decrease the speed press the MINUS button.
Press the START Icon to start the Pedals
or Handles to move.
