Adjust the desk up
Adjust the desk down
Reset Function
When the desk is not moving or at the lowest position - press
and hold the "▼" button for min 5 seconds to enter the reset
mode. The reset will be finished when the lifting system has
rebound and stop and reach the bottom.

METHOD
The desk is not moving
(up or down)
The desk is rising in a low speed
The desk is moving down
without any operation
The desk is automatically
resetting
If you encounter abnormal behavior of the desk operation, please follow below
tips. If the desk is not operating normal after trials, please contact your retailer
FAULT DESCRIPTION
The desk runs down but not up
The desk up but not down
The desk lowest or highest
position is not reached
The desk is not moving
(up or down)
Check if all the cables are
correctly connected
Secure that the desk is not
overloaded, MAX 70kg
Reset
Disconnect the power cable.
Connect the power cable after 18
mins. Follow the reset instruction.
1. Ensure all electric cables and parts are correctly assembled before use.
2. Read the user manual to understand functions and settings before
operating the desk.
3. Unplug the power plug before cleaning.
4. Use a light moisture cloth when cleaning.
5. Avoid playing with the desk.
6. Power supply: AC100V-240C, 50/60Hz.
7. Secure for operating in environment 0-40°C.
