INSTALLATION
Refer to Figure 1 for the following procedure.

installing, operating and servicing this equipment.
Only qualified personnel should install and service
this equipment.
Disconnect and lockout input power to the applicator.
Loosen the captive screw on top of the hopper enclosure
until it is free of the motor support bracket.
Lift the hopper enclosure straight up off of the unit.
Disconnect the ground wire (G-9) from inside the hopper
enclosure and set enclosure aside.
Loosen the four captive screws securing the electrical cover
to the applicator, remove cover and set aside.
Loosen screws on the front cover support bracket (between
hose end frame and center frame). Loosen captive screws on
the front cover at the center frame and control frame. Tilt
front cover away from unit and lift upward to remove, set
cover aside. Disconnect ground wire (G-3) from front cover
if necessary.
Cut tie wrap and disconnect the other end of the (G-9) ground
wire from the fan/solenoid connector of the unit wire harness.
Discard ground wire or save for future use.
Refer to Figures 2 and 3 for fan installation. Attach fan to
the hopper enclosure as follovvs:
a. Place fan on the left inside wall of the hopper enclosure
and secure with four screws, washers and nuts.
b. Connect the fan ground (G-9) to the ground stud inside
the hopper enclosure.
C. Connect receptacle end of the fan assembly wire group
to the fan/solenoid connector of the unit wire harness.
Reconnect the front cover ground (G3). Install front cover
and tighten captive screws.
