STEP 2
•Remove remaining componentsfrom thebox. Discard unpaintedshipping bracket.Placetrailer Base on two
supportsatleast twelve(12)incheshigh.

•Boltthe Axletothe Base with(6) 1/2”-13 x1.25hexhead bolts, (12) 1/2”flat washers, and(6) 1/2-13 Ny-Loc
nuts.

•AssembleTongue Arm to Base with (2) 1/2-13X1.25” hexheadbolts, (4) 1/2 Flat Washers, and (2) 1/2-13
Ny-Loc Nuts. AssembleTongue toTongueArm with (2)1/2-13 X1.25 Carriage bolts, (2) 1/2flat washers,
and (2) 1/2-13 Ny-Loc nuts. Note:The Tongue Arm and Tongue isadjustable tofitmany different PTO
Generatorsand PTOImplement Shafts. You may need to adjust the Tongue to fit yourimplement shaft. The
TongueArm pivotsandisadjustable tofit different PTOGenerators, if you have a NorthStar PTOGenerator
use the centerhole.

STEP 5
•Assembly wheelsto hubswith the10lug bolts.

STEP 6
•Apply the (2) red reflectorsto the rear of the trailer and (2) amber reflectorsto front sidesof the traileras
shown. Assemble the (2) cord hooksto the trailer with(2) 3/8-16hexnuts, (2) 3/8flat washers, and (2) 3/8-
16 Ny-Locwing nuts. Assemble the (2) PTOImplement shaft retainer tothe trailer with(4) 3/8 flat washers,
and(4) 3/8-16 Ny-Loc wing nuts. Discard anyremaining fasteners.
STEP 7
•Mount NorthStar PTOGeneratorsto trailer using one ofthe three following bolt patterns. For other PTO
Generatorsyoumayneed to drill mountingholes.
