NORTHERN DIVER 600G LOCATION MARKER FLOAT MANUAL
OPERATIONAL INFORMATION
The Location Marker Float 600G can be quickly and easily deployed
from the surface or underwater as a marker for lost items or to mark a location.
The float sits high in the water and the strobe is easily seen at night and in any weather.
Features:
- Reusable, with 40m line length.
- High visibility strobe: Burn time 7 days+
- High visibility ABS yellow foam body
TO TURN THE STROBE ON – turn black toggle anticlockwise
TO TURN THE STROBE OFF - simply press down on the black
toggle and turn clockwise
HOW TO CHANGE THE STROBE BATTERY
Please make sure you follow all the steps,
taking extra notice of the battery position.
Step 1 – Make sure the arrow is pointing up (as shown below)

Step 2 – Using pliers pull the black arrow out completely
Step 3 – Turn the location marker so you are looking at the bottom, then use a
long implament to push the light out (using a screw driver or something similar)

Step 4 – The light should pop loose and come apart from the Marker
Step 5 – Seperate the light from the Marker, setting aside the Marker

Step 6 – Unscrew the plastic cap
Step 7 – Remove the bulb, and replace the battery

Step 8 – Once the battery has been replaced, reattach the bulb
IMPORTANT - Make sure the metal plates align when slotting them back together
Repeat all the steps in reverse. Going from step 8 to the Step 1 –in order to put it back
together, making sure that arrow is pointing down to lock the mechanism when finished.
