Fully unpack the contents of the air
compressor and lay out all
accessories .
Remove all product components &
review the product instruction
manual to confirm all components
have been supplied with the unit.
Remove the instruction manuals from
the black manual holder tube, and
read all safety & user instructions
carefully.
Note: There are two separate
instruction manuals. One for the
motor & one for the air compressor.
Assemble both of the wheels onto the
compressors wheel brackets, using the
large bolts & nuts supplied with the
product. Tighten with a 30mm socket
on a ratchet or breaker bar.
Unbolt the compressor from the plywood
packing base using a 13mm spanner,
then assemble the rubber feet onto the
leg frame using the nuts & bolts supplied.
Tighten using a 13mm spanner & socket.

Assemble the handle to under the
pump base plate using the bolts &
nuts supplied with the product.
Tighten using 2 x 13mm spanners.

ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR PRESSURE WASHER IS ON STABLE LEVEL GROUND BEFORE CHECKING OIL LEVELS.
Using a funnel, empty the entire
contents of the bottle of engine oil
supplied with the product into the
motor crankcase, through the
dipstick hole. Check the oil level
before use.
The Compressors twin V pump is supplied
already filled with oil. Check and verify the
pump oil level by visually inspecting the
pump oil level sight glass. Verify that the
oil level is at least ½ way up the sight glass.
Fill the petrol tank located on the top
of the air compressor with Unleaded
Petrol.
Raise the unloader lever to an upright
position to relieve the pressurized air
from the system. Relieving the
pressurized air from within the system
will enable the compressor engine to
start with ease.
Starting the motor can be achieved by
pulling the recoil starter handle
repetitively until the engine has started.
Once started move the choke lever to the
open position. Slide the metal throttle
lever to the Left to increase the motors
power.
Turn fuel valve to the ON position
by sliding the ;lever to the Right.
If the engine is cold, slide the choke
lever fully to the left (closed choke) if
the engine has already been run or is
warm then you may not need to move
the choke lever prior to starting.

When starting the compressor for the
first time, Open the tank valve by
turning clockwise. Note: Any new
petrol engine should be initially run
without load for approx. 15-25 min
prior to everyday operation.
Note: This is a once off operation.
Rotate the start switch located on
the side of the motor body to the
ON position
Once the engine has started,
gradually slide the choke lever to
the Right, open position.
Once the engine has started, flick the
unloader lever down to enable the
compressor to reach full operating
pressure.
After the initial No Load run of the
compressor for 15-25 Min, Close the
tank valve by turning anti-clockwise.
