Be sure the rated voltage is compatible with the Product.
It may cause failure by lower power supply and fire by a short circuit.
Do not touch power plugs with wet hands.
It may cause electric shock.
Do not disassemble or alter the Product without authorization.
It may cause damage to the Product, malfunction, fire or electric shock.
Do not install the Product susceptible to high changes in voltage.
It may cause fire.
Do not apply impact to the Product.
It may damage the internal glass.
Do not place excessive amount of apparatus inside the Product.
It may impede air circulation and raise the temperature.
Do not unplug the Product during operation.
It may cause electric shock or failure.
Keep the Product away from walls (approx. 30cm) to ensure good ventilation.
Do not install the Product at places of poor ventilation or on a
carpet or sitting cushion.
PURIFUME_DUCTLESS is designed for purifying hazardous gases with specified filters
and re-circulating filtered air into laboratory. It is suitable for where duct system cannot
be installed, where movable fume hood is preferred, and where air loss should be
minimized to reduce energy consumption.

1) Cartridge type filter can be easily replaced.
2) It is a movable fume hood without installing duct system.
3) Corrosion-resistant PMMA acryl walls give a wide viewing angle.
4) Air velocity in the chamber can be monitored in real time by Anemometer.
5) Long last LED Lamp is equipped.
6) There are utility holes for sockets of electrical power, water, and gas supply.
7) User can estimate time to replace the filter by observing Filter Check Cartridge.
8) Only the upper body can be used on a table without the base stand.
9) According to handled chemicals, various materials of working table are adoptable.

Please observe the safety instructions for proper use.
The following information is related to safety during use of the Product,
which requires your special attention.
1) Install the chamber on a level ground. An adjusting device is installed to prevent
the chamber from moving during use.(If the Product is not leveled,an accident may
occur during mixing.)
2) Install the Product at sufficient space to ensure good ventilation.
- Install away from heat, moisture, dust, vibration.
- Install under the shade away from direct sunlight.
3) The Product is heavy.
(It requires more than two people to move.)
4) Insert the power plug on the consent of correct power rate.
- The Product works with 220VAC, 50/60Hz.
- Do not place a device that uses heavy current near the Product as it may affect the Product.
- Remove the power plug from the consent when the Product is not in use for a long period of time.
- Take care that the power cord is not damaged,twisted or exposed from the sheath as it may
cause electric shock or fire.
5) Do keep a safe distance away from the front door of hood when in use.
6) Do not put your head into the chamber when it is contaminated by treating hazardous chemicals.
7) Do not use the device in purpose of storing, neither place flammable or explosive material inside.
8) Make sure to close the pass-through ports when the device is not in use.

Easy to replace very quickly.
The proper filters can be chosen according to
application(or chemical properties),
which enables to lengthen the life span of filters.

1) Clean with neutral detergent and remove water after washing.
2) Do not open and close the door too often.
- It may affect the Product performance.
3) If the Product is not in use for a while, close the pass-through ports completely and
wrap around the whole body with vinyl.
4) Do not operate the Product while explosive or inflammable chemical placed inside
the Product.
6) To Clean inside the Product
- Do not use chemical (such as benzene, thinner) but neutral detergent to clean the Product.
1) Disconnect the Power Cord from the body.
2) Unscrew tow bolts and open the cover forward.
3) Turn Buckle and pull out the filter.
4) Take away an old filter and install a new filter.
The filter is not reusable, so it must be replaced regularly after used.
Filter’s lifespan depends on chemical type / density and operation time.

Problems Description and Corrective Actions
The Product does
not work.
- Check if the power plug has been removed from the power consent.
- Check if the power switch has been lowered.
- Check if there is power failure.
- Check if the fuse in the rear consent socket has been broken.
The hood does
not work.
- Check if the On/Off Button turns on.
- Check if the power cord is plugged on the consent of
correct power rate.
The power is properly
supplied but the Product
does not work.
There is smoke coming
from the upper part of
the incubator.
Controller malfunction
- Press the START/STOP button on the Controller to supply power.
- Use the Power Switch to turn power off and contact Service team.
- Check if there is a device using momentary high current
around the Product.
Symptoms during operation and phenomena caused by misuse or user mistake are given
for your reference. Please check the following before contacting the Service Center for A/S
for quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem.

1) Defects under normal operation are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.
When you request a warranty service, please inform the followings to NOVAPRO.
