PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS
SA130
BATTERY INSTALLATION
The timer is shipped with 2 CR2032 batteries. Please follow below procedures for battery
installation.
1. Remove the timer from the wall socket.
2. Using a small flat screwdriver, pry the battery holder open. The SA130 uses two
CR2032 batteries.
3. Install two CR2032 batteries into the battery holder, making sure that the +and –
polarities match up with the diagram printed on the unit.
4. When the batteries are in place, press the battery holder back into its original position.
5. If the timer is not running after batteries are installed, you may need to reset the timer.
Using the point of a pencil, press the RESET button located on the front panel.

CAUTION:
LAMP INSTALLATION
The SA130hastworeceptacleoutlets-oneisanuntimedextraoutletwhichalwayshas
power; the other is a timed outlet which is controlled by the SA130 timer. Make sure to
connect your lamp to the proper outlet. Please note that the total rating (untimed and
timedoutlet)oflamps/appliancesconnectedtothetimermustnotexceedtheSA130
rating.
SET THE CLOCK
1. Press and hold the TIME button until the display is flashing.
2. Press and hold the FWD button to rapidly advance the time forward, or the REV button
to rapidly change the time backward. Release button when the correct time is displayed.
PM Indicator is on the lower right corner of the display (there is no AM indicator).
Note: While pressing either FWD or REV button the minutes will begin at a moderate
pace, then get faster. This will assist you in setting the time quickly and accurately.
3. Press the TIMEbuttonagainorwaitfor10secondstoexittimesettingmode.
4. Slide the DST Switch, to “+1” to increase the current time 1 hour for daylight saving
time. The DST Indicator is on the upper right corner of the display.
SET THE PROGRAMMED TIME
SA130HAS2INDEPENDENTPROGRAMMABLESCHEDULES.
1. Press MODE button until “PROGRAM 1” is displayed on the upper left corner of the
display.
2. Press and hold the PROGRAM button until the display flashes.
3. The display will change to show ON time for Program 1 and flash. The “ON” icon will
appear. Use FWD button and REV button to adjust ON time.
4. Press the PROGRAMbuttonagainorwaitfor10seconds,itwillchangetodisplayOFF
time.The“OFF”iconwillappear.UseFWD button and REVbuttontoadjusttheOFFtime.
5. Press the PROGRAM button once more or wait for 10 seconds to return to normal
mode.Displaywillchangebacktoshowrealtime.
6. To program 2nd schedule, just follow step 1-5 but press MODEButtonuntil“PROGRAM
2” is displayed. TIMER OPERATION
ACTIVATING THE TIMER
After programming the timer, you need to activate a schedule. Press MODE button until
“PROGRAM 1”, “PROGRAM 2” or “PROGRAM 12” is displayed. Timer is in Automatic mode
and will follow schedule selected (1, 2 or both.)
NOTE: Make sure to test that the power switch on your lamp/appliance is in the ON
position before you plug it into the timed outlet.
DEACTIVATING THE TIMER
Press MODEbuttonuntilOFFisshowing.TimerisinManualmodeandschedulesare
disabled.
MANUAL OVERRIDE
TooverridetheONorOFFsettings,pressON/OFF button. To activate ON/OFF button,
youcanpushonthehingedfrontcover.Theoverridesettingwillchangeatthenexttimed
event.

ATTENTION:
INSTALLATION DES PILES

polarités+et–correspondentauschémaimprimésurl’unité.
4.Lorsquelespilessontenplace,replacezleporte-pilesdanssapositiond’origine.
5.Sileminuteurnefonctionnepasaprèsavoirinstallélespiles,vousdevezpeut-êtreleréinitialiser.
Àl’aidedelapointed’uncrayon,appuyezsurlatoucheRESET(RÉINITIALISER)surlepanneau
avant.
INSTALLATION DE LA LAMPE
Le SA130estéquipédedeuxprises;uneprisenontemporiséesupplémentaire,quiesttoujours
alimentée et une prise temporisée, qui est contrôlée par le minuteur SA130. Assurez-vous de
brancher la lampe sur la prise adéquate. Veuillez noter que la capacité totale (prises non temporisée
et temporisée) des lampes/appareils raccordés au minuteur ne doit pas dépasser celle du SA130.

quedebarestablecereltemporizador.Utilizandolapuntadeunlápiz,presioneelbotónRESET
(RESTABLECER)queseencuentraenelpanelfrontal.
INSTALACIÓN DE LA LÁMPARA
ElSA130 tiene dos tomacorrientes múltiples: uno es un tomacorriente adicional no temporizado
que siempre tiene corriente; el otro es un tomacorriente temporizado que está controlado por el
temporizador SA130. Asegúrese de conectar la lámpara en el tomacorriente adecuado. Observe que

Remarque : Pendant que vous appuyez sur la touche FWD(AVANCER)ouREV(RECULER),les
minutes commencent à défiler à une vitesse modérée, puis plus rapidement. Cela vous aidera à

hora de forma rápida y precisa.
3.VuelvaapresionarelbotónTIME (HORA) o espere 10 segundos para salir del modo de
conguracióndelahora.
4.DesliceelinterruptorDST(DEHORARIODEVERANO[daylightsavingtime])a“+1” para aumentar
lahoraactual1horaparaelhorariodeverano.ElindicadorDSTestáenlaesquinasuperiorderecha
de la pantalla.

4.VuelvaapresionarelbotónPROGRAM(PROGRAMA)oespere10segundos;cambiaráparamostrar
elhorariodeAPAGADO.Apareceráelícono“OFF”(APAGADO).UtiliceelbotónFWD(ADELANTAR)y
REV(RETROCEDER)paraajustarelhorariodeAPAGADO.
5.PresioneelbotónPROGRAM(PROGRAMA)unavezmásoespere10segundosparavolveralmodo
normal. La pantalla volverá a cambiar para mostrar la hora real.
6.Paraprogramarel2.°cronograma,simplementesigalospasos1a5,peropresioneelbotónMODE
(MODO)hastaquesemuestre“PROGRAM2”(PROGRAMA2).

Despuésdeprogramareltemporizador,debeactivaruncronograma.PresioneelbotónMODE
(MODO)hastaquesemuestre“PROGRAM1”(PROGRAMA1),“PROGRAM2”(PROGRAMA2)o
“PROGRAM12”(PROGRAMA12).Eltemporizadorestáenmodoautomáticoyseguiráelcronograma
seleccionado (1, 2 o ambos).
NOTA:Asegúresedeprobarqueelinterruptordealimentaciónqueseencuentraensulámpara/
electrodomésticoestéenposiciónON(ENCENDIDO)antesdeenchufarloseneltomacorriente
temporizado.
DESACTIVACIÓN DEL TEMPORIZADOR
PresioneelbotónMODE(MODO)hastaquesemuestreOFF(APAGADO).Eltemporizadorestáen
modo manual y los cronogramas están desactivados.
INTERRUPTOR MANUAL DE ANULACIÓN
ParainterrumpirlasconguracionesdeENCENDIDOoAPAGADO,presioneelbotónON/OFF
(ENCENDIDO/APAGADO).ParaactivarelbotónON/OFF(ENCENDIDO/APAGADO),puedepresionar
sobrelacubiertafrontalconbisagras.Laconguracióndeinterrupcióncambiaráenelpróximoevento
temporizado.
