recommendations
Please take note of the following before using the Nuna Travel crib .
Safety is very important to us and you can be assured that our products
comply with the relevant standards and that they have been tested by a
number of independent testing panels and laboratories.
The Nuna Travel Crib is a patented product that complies with the European
standard of BS EN716-1:2008+A1:2013.
Nuna travel cribs have been tested at the LNE Laboratoire National d´Essais
and have passed all testing.

Warnings
Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious
injury or death.
WARNING Never leave your child unattended. Always
keep your child in view.
WARNING Ensure that the travel crib is fully erected and
all the locking mechanisms engaged before placing your
child in this travel crib.
Do NOT move the travel crib with your child in it.
WARNING Do not place the travel crib close to an open
 reorotherheatsourcesuchaselectricbarres,gas
res,etc.
Before each use inspect the product for damaged
hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges. All
 assemblyttingsmustalwaysbetightenedproperly.
Care must always be taken that no screws are loose,
because a child could trap parts of their body or clothing
(e.g. strings, necklaces, ribbons for babies’ dummies,
etc.), which would pose a risk of strangulation.
WARNING Do NOT use the travel crib if any parts are
broken, torn, or missing. Only repair the travel crib
using spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
Only use accessories that are approved by the
manufacturer intended for use with this travel crib.
Do not add anything to the inside of the travel crib that
will allow your child to climb out, or any article that may
pose a risk of suffocation or strangulation.

Read these instructions carefully before use and keep them for
future reference. Your child’s safety may be affected if you do not
follow these instructions.
This cot is intended for children from birth to 86 cm and 15 kg.
Discontinue use of the travel crib when the child is able to climb out.

Do not place the travel crib close to another product
which could provide a foothold or present a danger of
suffocation or strangulation, e.g. strings, blind/curtain
cords, etc.

WARNING — Do not use the playpen without the base crib.
Keep all children away from the travel crib during
assembly and folding. When folded store away from
children.
Do not allow young children to play unsupervised in
the vicinity of the travel crib.
Discontinue the use of the travel crib when the child
reaches 86 cm in height and weighs more than 15 kg or
is able to climb out.
 Forsafettingthisplaypenmattressmustnotbeless 
than 91.5 cm in length and 67.3 cm in width. The
length and width must be such that the gap between
the playpen mattress and the sides and ends does
not exceed 30 mm. The thickness of the playpen
mattress must be such, that the internal height (the
distance from the top of the mattress to the upper
edge of the product side) is at least 500 mm in the
lowest position of the crib base and at least 200 mm in
the highest position of the crib base.
Once the child can sit up, the travel crib mattress should
be used in it’s lowest position.
WARNING — Do not use more than one mattress in the
travel crib. Only use the base mattress supplied by the
manufacturer for use with the travel crib.
Do not allow children to climb inside or play with the carry bag.
Bassinet warnings
When a child is able to sit, kneel or to pull itself up, the
bassinet must not be used anymore for this child.
WARNING — Do not use more than one mattress in the
bassinet. Only use the base mattress supplied by the
manufacturer for use with the bassinet.
Do NOT use the bassinet when it is not attached to the
travel crib frame.
Do not allow young children to play unsupervised in the
vicinity of the bassinet.

How to set up
the travel crib
Opening the Nuna travel crib
Check that you have all the parts for this product before using it.
The assembly must be performed only by adults.
1 To uncover the travel crib frame (2), undo hook and loop straps from
the mattress and unfold. (3)
2 Pull the short sides of the travel crib frame outward. (4)
3 Reach through bassinet and push down on bottom of travel crib (5a),
push down the bottom center hub of the travel play yard.(5b)
Set up bassinet
1 Install mattress. (6)
2 Install mattress, soft side up. The installed bassinet is shown as (7)
Set up travel crib
1 Remove mattress from the bassinet.
2 Remove the snaps (8) on the bassinet fabric from the snaps at the center
of each side the travel crib . (9)
3 Release the clips (10) on the four corners of the travel crib (11). The
clip attached to the long webbing should loop out of the fabric loop on the
travel crib after being released.
4 Take off the bassinet. (12)
5 Place the mattress on the bottom of the travel crib (13) by feeding the
straps on the corners through the holes. Fasten the hook and loop. (14)
6 Push down on all four corners of the mattress to assure the mattress is
fastened.

2 Remove mattress from the travel crib.
3 Grab silver strap on bottom of travel crib and pull up. (15)
4 Pull sides together towards the center. (16) Do not force.

1 To store the travel crib frame, fold the frame. (14, 15, 16)
2 Wrap the unit with the mattress, guide the hook and loop fastener
straps through the rings and attach them. (17, 18)
3 Pull drawstring together.

Cleaning and
maintenance
Your travel crib can be spot cleaned with a sponge and mild soapy water. The
covering material is not removable. Do NOT soak. Do NOT use bleach or
harsh detergents. The travel crib must be thoroughly dried before using or
storing – Avoid exposure to heat and sunlight.
Your bassinet and travel crib bag can be washed in lukewarm water using mild
household soap and then drip-dry. DO NOT USE BLEACH.
Warranty
and service
The Nuna travel crib is covered by a one-year warranty. If this product shows
a defect during the warranty period, please contact your retailer. If the retailer
is unable to help you, they will make contact with the local Nuna distributor.
Please be aware that the model number and serial number located on the
bottom of the travel crib frame will be required in the event of a warranty claim.

Terms of warranty
The warranty takes effect at the date of purchase of the product and is valid
for one year. The warranty provides you with a right of repair but not a product
exchange or return. The warranty will not be extended even if some repairs have
been made. Nuna has the right to improve the design of the product without any
obligation to update the products manufactured previously.
The warranty will not apply in the following circumstances:

If you can not provide the sales receipt or proof of purchase of the product.
• If the defect results from normal wear.
• If the defect results from an accident.
• If the defect results from a failure to follow the instructions of assembly,
use, care, and maintenance provided in the instruction manual.
• If the defect results from overloading (maximum weight = 15 kg).
• If repairs have been carried out by a third party.
• If the defect results from the use of accessories others than Nuna.

Lees het onderstaande voordat u het Nuna-reisbedje gebruikt.
Veiligheid is heel belangrijk voor ons en u kunt er zeker van zijn dat onze
producten voldoen aan de normen die van toepassing zijn en dat ze zijn
getest door verschillende onafhankelijke testpanels en laboratoria.
Nuna-reiswiegjes zijn getest in het LNE Laboratoire National d’Essais en zijn
geslaagd voor alle tests.

Lees deze handleiding zorgvuldig voor gebruik en bewaar deze
voor later. De veiligheid van uw kind kan in gevaar komen wanneer
u deze handleiding niet volgt.
Dit bedje is bedoeld voor kinderen vanaf de geboorte totdat ze 86 cm
lang zijn of 15 kg wegen. Gebruik het reisbedje niet meer als het kind
eruit kan klimmen.
Waarschuwingen
Het niet opvolgen van deze waarschuwingen en instructies kan leiden tot
ernstig letsel of de dood.
WAARSCHUWING Houd altijd toezicht op uw kind. Houd
uw kind altijd in het zicht.
WAARSCHUWING Zorg ervoor dat het reisbedje volledig
is uitgeklapt en dat alle vergrendelmechanismes vast
zitten voordat u uw kind in dit reisbedje legt.
Verplaats het reisbedje NIET wanneer uw kind erin ligt.
WAARSCHUWING Plaats het reisbedje niet in de buurt
van open vuur of een andere warmtebron zoals elektrische
straalkachels, gashaarden etc.
Controleer het product vóór elk gebruik op beschadigde
onderdelen, losse verbindingen, ontbrekende onderdelen
of scherpe randen. Alle montageverbindingen moeten
altijd op de juiste manier zijn aangedraaid. Er moet altijd
worden gecontroleerd of er geen schroeven loszitten,
omdat een kind vast zou kunnen komen te zitten met
een lichaamsdeel of kledingstuk (bijv. touwtjes, kettingen,
koordjes voor spenen etc.) wat een verstikkingsrisico met
zich meebrengt.
WAARSCHUWING Gebruik het reisbedje NIET wanneer
er onderdelen beschadigd of versleten zijn of ontbreken.
Repareer het reisbedje alleen met reserveonderdelen die
door de fabrikant zijn goedgekeurd.
Gebruik alleen accessoires die door de fabrikant zijn
goedgekeurd voor gebruik met dit reisbedje.
Plaats niets in het reisbedje dat uw kind in staat stelt eruit
te klimmen of dat een risico van verstikking of beknelling
kan vormen.

Plaats het reisbedje niet in de buurt van een ander product
dat een opstapje kan vormen of een gevaar voor
verstikking of beknelling kan opleveren, zoals touwen,
koorden van jaloezieën/gordijnen etc.
Gebruik het bedje altijd op een vlakke ondergrond.
WAARSCHUWING Gebruik de box niet zonder het
basisbedje.
Houd alle kinderen uit de buurt van het reisbedje terwijl u
het uit- of inklapt. Berg het na het inklappen uit de buurt
van kinderen op.
Laat kleine kinderen niet zonder toezicht in de buurt van
het reisbedje spelen.
Gebruik het reisbedje niet meer wanneer het kind 86 cm
lang is en/of meer dan 15 kg weegt of uit het bedje kan
klimmen.
Voor een veilige aansluiting mag het boxmatras niet kleiner
zijn dan 91,5 cm lang en 67,3 cm breed. De lengte en breedte
moeten zodanig zijn dat de spleet tussen het boxmatrasje en
de zijkanten en uiteinden niet groter is dan 30 mm. De dikte
van het boxmatras moet zodanig zijn dat de interne hoogte (de
afstand van de bovenkant van het matras tot de bovenrand
van de zijkant van het product) minstens 500 mm is met de
bedbodem op de laagste stand en minstens 200 mm met de
bedbodem op de hoogste stand.
Zodra het kind rechtop kan zitten, moet het matras van het
reisbedje op de laagste stand worden gebruikt.
WAARSCHUWING Gebruik niet meer dan één matras in
het reisbedje. Gebruik alleen het basismatras dat door de
fabrikant is geleverd voor gebruik met dit reisbedje.
Laat kinderen niet in de draagzak klimmen of ermee spelen.
Waarschuwingen m.b.t.
de mand
Wanneer een kind kan zitten, knielen of zichzelf kan
optrekken, mag de mand niet meer worden gebruikt voor
dit kind.
WAARSCHUWING — Gebruik niet meer dan één matras
in de mand. Gebruik alleen het basismatras dat door de
fabrikant is geleverd voor gebruik met deze mand.
Gebruik de mand NIET wanneer deze niet is bevestigd
aan het frame van het reisbedje.
Laat kleine kinderen niet zonder toezicht in de buurt van
de mand spelen.
