LIMITED WARRANTY
For a period of ONE (1) YEAR from he dae of reail purchase by he original end-user purchaser
(“Warrany Period”), NuPrime warrans (in) his produc agains defecs in maerials and
workmanship, and (ii) ha each Produc, unmodied and under normal use and condiions, will
subsanially comply wih NuPrime’ applicable wrien echnical documenaion for he Produc
NuPrime reserves he righ o make subsiions and modicaions from ime o ime in he
specicaions of Producs sold by NuPrime, provided ha such subsuions or modicaions do
no maerially aec overall Produc performance
If a hardware defec exiss and a valid claim is received wihin he Warrany Period, a is opion
and o he exen permied by law, NuPrime will (1) repair he hardware defec a no charge,
using new or refurbished replacemen pars, (2) exchange he produ wih a produc ha is new
or which has been manufacured from new or serviceable used pars and is a leas funcionally
equivalen o he original produc, or () refund he purchase price of he produc NuPrime may
reques ha you replace defecive pars wih user-insallable new or refurbished pars ha
NuPrime provides in fulllmen of is warrany obligaion A replacemen produc/par assumes

he remaining warrany of he original produc or niney (90) days from he dae of replacemen
or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you When a produc or par is exchanged, any

If you purchased he produc in he US, deliver he produc, a your expense, o any NuPrime
Service Cener locaed in he US If you purchased he produc ouside of he US, deliver he
produc o any NuPrime Auhorized Imporer in he counry where you purchased he produc
Be aware, however, ha no all counries have NuPrime Auhorized Service Providers (‘NASP’)
and no all Auhorized Service Providers ouside he counry of purchase have all pars or
replacemen unis for he produc If he produc canno be repaired or replaced in he counry i
is in, i may need o be sen o a dieren counry or reurned o he counry of purchase a your
expense for repair or replacemen If you seek service in a counry ha is no he counry of
original purchase, you will comply wih all applicable impor and expor laws and regulaions and
be responsible for all cusom duies, VAT and oher associaed axes and charges Where
iernaional service is available, NuPrime may repair or exchange defecive producs and pars
wih comparable producs and pars ha comply wih local sandards
You can always deliver he produc o NuPrime’s USA or Taiwan service cener for obaining
warrany service, however, you may have o pay for shipping cos
NuPrime may send you user-insallable new or refurbished replacemen produc or pars o
enable you o service or exchange your own produ (“DIY Service”) Upon receip of he
replacemen produ or par, he original produc or par becomes he propery of NuPrime and
you agree o follow insruions, including, if required, arranging he reurn of original produc or
par o NuPrime in a imely manner
When providing DIY Service requiring he reurn of he original produc or par, NuPrime may
require a credi card auhorizaion as securiy for he reail price of he replacemen produc or
par and applicable shipping coss If you follow insrucions, NuPrime will cancel he credi card
