1. Place the Motor base on a
flat, clean and firm work
surface. Turn the E. feed
chute chamber to the left in
the appropriate holder on
the Motor base until it clicks
into place.
2. Now place the D. ceramic auger in its
holder in the Motor base by inserting it
through the E. feed chute chamber.
2. Now place the C. sieve on the D.auger
Make sure that the holes of the sieve are
at the bottom of the juice outlet.
4. Now plug the B. Pulp spout onto the E. feed chute chamber
and lock it in place.

5. Place the A. juice and Pulp container
under the juice and Pulp spout. Open
the L. drip guard so that the juice can
drain off.
IMPORTANT:
In order to protect the motor and ensure the longevity of the device, the Slow Juicer has an automatic shutdown. If the parts are not
assembled correctly or the motor overheats due to an above-average long juicing process or a clogged sieve, the appliance switches off
automatically. This process is normal and serves to avoid damage to the device.
In this case, switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the power supply. Then check whether all parts are in the correct position and
whether there is a blockage of the Pulp spout or at the press screw. Fibrous vegetables such as celery, cabbage, etc. must be cut into pieces
before use in order to avoid blockages in the juice outlet and at the extrusion screw.
Do not operate the device idle for an extended
period of time. Start the juicing process immediately after commissioning.

CAUTION!
•Do not use with wet hands. Danger of electric shock!
•Do not run the appliance before you start juicing.
•Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 20 minutes.
1. Insert the mains plug into the power socket.
(Note that the mains voltage corresponds to the label applied to the
device.
Only operate the mains plug with dry hands!)
2. Place one of the two containers under the juice outlet, the other under the
Pulp spout.
3. The Slow Juicer has a START / STOP /reverse switch with the following 3
options:

4. The Slow Juicer is suitable for processing a wide variety of foods.
Useful tips for optimal preparation:
•Always wash the material well before pressing
•For an optimal pressing, please ensure that the goods are prepared in small portions (2-3 cm)
•Each piece (2-3 cm) should easily fall into the filler pipe, so to avoid pushing it back with the Tamper
•Remove seeds from the goods before pressing. These include the kernels of the stone fruits (plums, peaches, etc.), the hard grape seeds
and the peel of pineapple, pomegranate, etc. The peel of the oranges releases bitter substances.
•Press the START BUTTON. Gradually drop the prepared portions into the filler pipe so that the slow juicer has enough time to press.
START
- Turn on the device and you
can start juicing.
STOP
- Switch off the device again.
REVERSE
- PRESSING THE BUTTON
activates the reverse for a short
moment. For further loosening of the
material to be pressed, it is
recommended to press the button
more often in succession.
