Designed for the ultimate in performance, the new NXG Pro Series line of
in-wall and in-ceiling speakers utilizes a new minimal diffraction infinite baffle
design. It also features rubber-edged gold metallic anodized injection-molded
woofers with radiative cone technology (RCT), along with 1˝ fluid-cooled
ultra-wide dispersion pivoting metallic anodized dome tweeters, and
adjustable 12dB per octave electro-acoustic crossovers. The result is a high per-
formance speaker line that delivers improved efficiency, reduced distortion,
dynamic low bass extension, coloration free midrange, and optimum high-fre-
quency imaging, regardless of where the speakers are installed in the room.
All NXG Pro Series In-Wall and In-Ceiling Speaker Systems use our metallic anodized injection molded RCT cone. Our radiative cone technology makes the
cone extremely rigid while still maintaining a very low cone mass. When coupled with its rubber surround, this design increases efficiency, reduces distortion,
and improves linearity, resulting in a coloration free midrange and extended low bass response. To ensure consistent performance, Pro Series speaker systems
utilize a finely perforated woofer basket design to keep insulation and/or debris from coming in contact with the rear of the woofer cone.
All NXG Pro Series In-Wall Speaker Systems use our pivoting 1˝ fluid-cooled, ultra-wide dispersion, metallic anodized dome tweeters allowing for up to 20º of
tilt for optimum high-frequency imaging regardless of where the speakers are installed in the room.
Designed for optimum performance, all Pro Series Ceiling Speakers utilize our exclusive ultra-low diffraction,
tilt-pivot tweeter / midrange island design which allows for up to 25º of tilt and 90º of rotation for optimum
high-frequency imaging regardless of where the speakers are installed in the room.
All NXG Pro Series Speaker Systems use a 12dB per octave, electro-acoustic crossover design. To reduce distortion
and improve definition and linearity, NXG utilizes the finest components such as air core coils, mylar capacitors,
and gold-plated input terminals. To further enhance performance, baffle-mounted tweeter and midrange level
adjustments allow you to custom tailor the speaker’s response to better match the acoustics of the room.
NXG Pro-Series In-Wall and In-Ceiling Speaker Systems utilize our exclusive minimal diffraction, rear
gusseted, infinite baffle design. This design minimizes edge diffraction, increases rigidity, reducing
resonance and resulting in reduced distortion, extended low bass and superior sonic accuracy.
All NXG Pro-Series In-Wall and In-Ceiling Speaker Systems incorporate corrosion
resistant, powder-coated aluminum grilles with an open cell foam inner grille backing
to hide the speaker components from view.
All NXG Pro Series In-Wall Speakers have an infrared sensor mounting area molded in to the
baffle (IR knockout). The knockout hole is designed to accommodate standard 1⁄2˝ (IR) sensors.
