1 Important
Safety
The lightning ash with
arrowhead symbol within
an equilateral triangle
is intended to alert the
user to the presence of un-isolated,
dangerous voltage within the inside of
the device that may be of sufcient
magnitude to constitute a risk of
electric shock to persons.
The exclamation point
within an equilateral
triangle is intended
to alert the user to the presence
of important operating and
servicing instructions in the literature
accompanying the device.
Read these instructions before
operation.
Keep these instructions for future
reference.
Follow all instructions for installation,
use and maintenance of the device.
To avoid tilt or drop, place the device
on a at and hard surface.
To clean the device, disconnect
power rst. Clean only with soft and
dry cloth.
To ensure compatibility, only use
accessories recommended by the
manufacturer.
When the device is suddenly moved
from cold to warm surroundings,
condensation may form in the housing
of the device. Before use, leave the
device in the warm environment until
the moisture evaporates.
Keep the device away from heat
sources, such as a radiator, heater,
oven, amplier, naked ames or direct
sunlight.
Never block any ventilation openings.
• Do not expose the device to sand
or dust, or cover it with items, such
as newspapers, table cloths, or
curtains.
• Do not operate the device in an
enclosed cabinet. Leave sufcient
free space around the device for
adequate ventilation.
Keep the device away from
moisture. Never expose the device
to rain, dripping or splashing. If water
penetrates into the device, unplug the
power cord and contact your dealer.
Continuous use in this case may result
in re or electric shock.
Make sure that the power supply
voltage is within the range indicated
on the label on the device or power
adapter. If you are not sure of the type
of power supply, consult you dealer or
local power company.
Do not defeat the safety purpose of
the polarized or grounding-type plug.
A polarized plug has two blades with
one wider than the other. A grounding
type plug has two blades and a third
grounding prong. The wide blade or
the third prong is provided for your
safety. If the provided plug does not t
into your outlet, consult an electrician
for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
When connected to a power outlet,
power is always owing into the
device. To completely disconnect
power, unplug the power cord.

When you unplug the power cord,
always hold the plug instead of the
cord.
Do not overload power strips and
extension cords. Overloading can
result in re or electric shock.
The wall socket should be located
near the device and be easily
accessible.
Where the mains plug or an appliance
coupler is used as the disconnect
device, the disconnect device shall
remain readily operable.
During lightning storms or when the
device is not to be used for a long
period of time, always unplug the
power cord of the device. Pulling on
the power cord can damage the wires
inside the cord and may cause re or
electric shock.
Do not attempt to repair or service the
device yourself. Opening or removing
the cabinet may expose you to
electric shock, and other hazards. If
repair is required, contact your dealer
and refer all servicing to qualied
service personnel.
Do not use the device if any
abnormality occurs. If any smoke or
odor becomes apparent, unplug the
power cord and contact your dealer

2 Introduction
WhatisBluetoothtechnology?
Bluetooth®is a wireless technology that
enables wireless data communication
over a short range between digital
devices. In general, Bluetooth-enabled
devices connect wirelessly with each
other within a range of 32 feet (10m).
In order for two Bluetooth-enabled
devices to work together wirelessly
to perform a certain function, both
devices should be compatible with the
same Bluetooth prole that supports
this function.

Thank you for purchasing our product.
This is a Bluetooth wireless docking
speaker system that supports Bluetooth
version 2.1.
This device is compatible with
Bluetooth proles A2DP (Advanced
Audio Distribution Prole).
With this device, you can:
• Dock and charge your iPod/
iPhone/iPad.
• Play music from your docked iPod/
iPhone/iPad.
• Play video from your docked iPod/
iPhone/iPad on the large screen
of a TV connected to the device
through composite video or
S-Video connection.
• Wake you up at a preset time with
the built-in buzzer or music from
your docked iPod/iPhone/iPad.
• Play music wirelessly from a
Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone
or audio source that is compatible
with A2DP, such as an iPod/
iPhone/iPad, Android smartphone,
PC, or Mac.
• Play music from a connected

Unpack and identify the items of your
package.

Connectpower
Warning:
• Make sure that the power supply
voltage is within the range
indicated on the rating label at the
back of the device.
• If you need other connections
(such as the audio and video
connection), complete these
connections before power
connection.
Connect the power plug to the wall
socket.

Warning:
• To reduce the risk of explosion,
keep batteries away from heat,
sunshine, or re.
• To reduce the risk of damage,
remove the battery when the
remote control is not to be used for
a long period of time.
1 Pull out the battery loader.
2 Load the supplied button cell
battery (type: CR2025) with correct
polarity.
3 Push back the battery loader

• The device only supports the 24-
hour clock system.

Usebasicvolumecontrols
You can use the basic volume controls
in any audio input mode, such as
dock/3.5mm audio input, Bluetooth,
and AUX.
• Press on the remote
control (or tap on the
top panel) repeatedly to adjust
volume.
+The current volume level is
displayed on the LED screen.
• Press on the
remote control repeatedly to
adjust the bass level.
+The current bass level is displayed
on the LED screen.
• Press on
the remote control repeatedly to
adjust the treble level.
+The current treble level is displayed
on the LED screen.
• If the current volume is higher than
10dB, press on the
remote control once to decrease
the volume to 10dB, press twice to
mute sound output, and press a
third time to resume sound output.
• If the current volume is 10dB or
lower, press on the
remote control once to mute
sound output, and press again to

is music in your iPod library. If music

the supplied composite video cable
(option A) or with an S-Video cable
(not supplied; option B).
2 Start video play on your iPod/
iPhone/iPad.
+The video is played on the TV with
sound output from the Bluetooth
docking speaker.
During video play, you can:
• Press and hold on the
remote control to fast forward/
backward.
• Press on the remote control to
pause or resume video play.

Pairwith a Bluetooth-enabled device
Before using the Bluetooth feature of
NH-6000 for the rst time, you need to
pair NH-6000 with another Bluetooth-
enabled device, such as an iPod/
iPhone/iPad, Android smartphone, PC,
or Mac.
Note:
• Make sure that NH-6000 and the
device to be paired are located
within the detectable range (32
feet or 10m).
1 Press on the remote control
(or tap on the top panel
repeatedly) to enter Bluetooth
mode.
+The indicator on the top panel
lights up.
2 Enable the Bluetooth function on
your device to be paired with
NH-6000.
+The device to be paired with
NH-6000 enters Bluetooth
searching mode.

PlaymusicfromaBluetoothconnecteddevice
Notes:
• To play music wirelessly through
the Bluetooth docking speaker,
make sure that your device paired
with NH-6000 is compatible with
Bluetooth prole A2DP. Check the
user manual of your paired device
for details.
• Make sure that Bluetooth
connection has been set up
between the paired device and
NH-6000.
Start music play on your device that is
paired and connected with NH-6000.
+You can hear music streamed to
the Bluetooth docking speaker.
3 Press and hold on the remote
control (or tap both and on
the top panel at the same time) to
enter pairing mode.
+The indicator on the top panel
starts to ash quickly.
+After a while, “NH-6000” is
displayed in the list of Bluetooth
equipment on the device to be
paired with NH-6000.
4 Select “NH-6000”on the device
to be paired with NH-6000 to
start pairing (if required, enter the
password “0000”).
+After successful pairing and
connection, the indicator on
the top panel starts to ash slowly.
Tip:
• After successful pairing and rst-
time connection, if your paired
device fails to connect with
NH-6000 automatically the next
time, you may need to select the
device name of NH-6000 from the
list of Bluetooth equipment on your
paired device to set up Bluetooth
connection again.

1 Connect the supplied RCA-to-
3.5mm audio cable.
• RCA connectors (white/red) to the
(white/red) sockets
on the back of the device

(or tap on the top panel
repeatedly) to select the AUX
source.
+The indicator on the top panel

3 Start music play on the auxiliary
device.

You can listen to music from an
auxiliary device through either the
3.5mm audio input socket on the
top panel or the (white/
red) sockets on the back panel of the
Bluetooth docking speaker.
Iftheauxiliarydevicehasaudiooutput sockets (white/
red):
1 Connect the supplied RCA-to-
3.5mm audio cable.
• 3.5mm connector to the 3.5mm
audio input socket on the top of
the device
• RCA connectors (white/red) to the
audio out sockets (white/red) on
an auxiliary device
+The indicator on the top panel
lights up.
+The device switches to 3.5mm
audio input mode automatically.

Setanalarmtimer
You can set an alarm timer that
wakes you up at the preset time, with
the built-in buzzer or music from your
docked iPod/iPhone/iPad.
1 When the device is turned on,
press on the remote
control (or tap on the top
panel) for a third time.
+“ALM” is displayed on the LED
screen.
+The indicator on the top panel
ashes.
2 Press on the remote
control to conrm.
+“ON” or “OFF” is displayed on the
LED screen.
3 Press on the remote
control (or tap on the top
panel) repeatedly to select “ON”,
and then press to conrm.
+The hour digits start to ash.
4 Press on the remote
control (or tap on the top
panel) repeatedly to adjust the
hour, and then press to
conrm.
+The minute digits start to ash.
5 Press on the remote
control (or tap on the top
panel) repeatedly to adjust the
minute, and then press to
conrm.
+A source icon (“iPod” or “BUZZ”) is
displayed on the LED screen.
6 Press on the remote
control (or tap on the top
panel) repeatedly to select your
preferred alarm source.

Setasleeptimer
You can set a sleep timer so that the
device switches to standby mode
automatically at the preset time.
The available intervals of sleep time
include 00, 05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50,
60, 70, 80, and 90 (unit: minute).
1 When the device is turned on,
press on the remote
control (or tap on the top
panel) twice.
+“SLEEP XX” is displayed on the LED
screen. “XX” indicates the interval
of sleep time.
2 Press on the remote
control to conrm.
+“SLEEP XX” starts to ash.
3 Press on the remote
control (or tap on the top
panel) repeatedly to select an
interval of time, and then press
to conrm the set sleep
timer.
Toview the remainingtimeofthesetsleeptimer:
• Press on the remote
control (or tap on the top
panel) twice.
Todeactivatethesleeptimer:
• Select “SLEEP 00” at step 3 in the
above, and then press on
the remote control to conrm.
Tip:
• During sleep timer setting, if there is
no operation within six seconds, the
current settings will be cancelled.

• If you have selected dock as the
alarm source, when the set alarm
rings, you can remove your iPod,
iPhone or iPad from the dock to
stop alarm ringing. The set alarm will
ring again the next day.
7 A. If you have selected “BUZZ” as
the alarm source, press on
the remote control to conrm the
set alarm timer directly.
B. If you have selected “iPod” as
the alarm source, press on
the remote control (or tap
on the top panel) repeatedly to
select the alarm volume, and then
press to conrm the set
alarm timer.
+The LED screen returns to normal
clock display.
+The indicator on the top panel
lights up.
Todeactivatethealarmtimer:
• Select “OFF” at step 3 in the
above, and then press on
the remote control to conrm.
+The indicator on the top panel
dims out.
Tips:
• If you have selected dock as the
alarm source but there is no iPod/
iPhone/iPad docked at the preset
alarm time, you will be woken up
with the built-in buzzer instead
automatically.
• During alarm timer setting, if there is
no operation within six seconds, the
current settings will be cancelled.
• When the set alarm rings, you can
tap any button on the front panel
or press any button except on
the remote control to snooze for an
interval of nine minutes.
• When a set alarm rings, you can
press on the remote control to
