INTENDED USE OF PRODUCT
SAFETY & INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- Please take off shoes before taking measurement to avoid scraping or scratching the glass plaorm.
- The glass plaorm may be prey slippery when wet, please make sure both the glass and your feet are dry
before use.
- The maximum capacity of the scale is 150 kg/330 lbs.
- Keep this product and its baery away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.
- Do not disassemble or aempt to repair. Any tampering voids warranty.
- Avoid dropping this product, as it is not shock resistant.
- Do not use this scale if you have a pacemaker or other internal medical device. When in doubt, contact your
doctor.
- Keep away from strong electro-magnec field when using the scale.
- Please keep this product out of reach of children or babies. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance
is used by, on or near children or those with limited dexterity or mobility.

APPLIANCE DESCRIPTION & OPERATION
To ensure accuracy, we suggest you take measurement at the same me each day.
UNIT
Start Up:
1) Remove the insulang strip.
2) Place the scale steadily on a clean, firm, and flat surface.
Change Unit:
- Press the unit boom at the back of the scale to change unit.
Buon Operaon:
SET
Up
Power On, Menu Select, and Confirm
Down
Personal Data Seng:
1.Press “SET” key. Use “▲” or “▼” key to select your user data from P0 to P9. Once you reach the desired user data,
press “SET” again to confirm.
The user data P0-P9 represents 10 user data. Remember this number for future usage.
2. Press “▲”or “▼” to choose Male or Female when the gender symbol flashes on the screen and then press
“SET” to confirm.
3. Press “▲”or “▼” to choose age (10 - 80), press “SET” to confirm.
4. Press “▲”or “▼” to choose height (100 - 240), “press “SET” to confirm.
When all the data are set, the scale will display "0.0". You may measure body weight, body fat, hydraon,
muscle, bone, and calories. (Please refer to "Take a Measurment".)
TESTING GUIDELINES
• Put the scale on clear, firm, and flat surface. Make sure it is level.
• Feet must be bare and clean. Don't wear shoes or socks during measurement.
• Stand sll and straight and maintain contact with electrodes.
• You must wait several hours before taking a body fat reading aer: drinking coffee or alcohol, taking diurec
medicaons, or exercising.
• It is recommended to measure your body at the same me each day to ensure accuracy.
• Avoid strong electromagnec interference when measuring.
TAKE A MEASUREMENT
Weight Only:
1. Use one of the feet to tap on the scale to turn on. The screen will light up with blue backlight, and incate 0.0.
2. Step on the scale gently, posion your feet evenly near the center, stand sll and straight unl the LCD flashes
3 mes with your weight.
3. The scale will turn off automacally aer idling for 12 seconds.
Weight and Body Fat & Hydraon Percentage Readings:
1. Press “SET” to turn on and “▲”or “▼” to choose your personal data previously set. Confirm the user data by pressing
“SET”, and wait unl the screen shows 0.0.
2. Stand bare foot on scale, maintain contact with electrodes.
3. Your weight will be display first. Remain sll and straight while the LCD flashes “0000”.
4. Body Fat, Hydraon, Muscle, Bone, BMI and Basal Metabolic Rate informaon will appear on the display and cycle
3 mes and stored automacally.

CHANGE BATTERY
Baery type: CR2032 lithium baery
When the LCD shows LO, replace the baeries immediately.
1. Turn the main unit over and remove the baery cover.
2. Remove the drained baeries and insert two CR2032 lithium baeries.
3. Place the baery cover back.

No guarantee is provided when the product is not installed/ operated according to this manual, used for other purposes
or careless use of the product.
DISTRIBUTION & SERVICE
CARE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTION
- Use so ssue with alcohol or glass cleaner to clean the surface if it is dirty. No soap or other chemicals are needed.
- Keep it away from moisture, corrosive liquid, and extreme heat and coldness.
- Do not immerse the scale in water or rinse it under running water.
- The scale is high precision measuring device. Do not knock it heavily or disassemble.
- Handle with care to avoid dropping or breaking during moving.
- Remove the baeries from the scale if not used for long me.
- If the scale shows malfuncons, please check the baery, change a new one if necessary.
- Store the scale in cool and dry place.

Immediately step down from the
scale to prevent damage.
Do not wear shoes or socks during
measurement. Clean the boom
of bare feet with a damp cloth
may help to improve the contact
with the electrodes.
Repeat the measurement.
Body fat percentage is beyond the
range.
