Produktbeschreibung
UV-beständige Kabelverschraubung (Bild 1) mit Zugentlastung
und integrierter
Dichtlippe
, geprüft nach DIN EN 50262. Zum Einsatz an Kabelabzweigkästen,
Maschinen, Gehäusen und Unterverteilungen, um dort eine dichte und zugentlas-
tete Kabel einführung zu gewährleisten.
Farbe: lichtgrau.

Montage
Siehe Bild 3:
Hutmutter über Kabel schieben.
Bei vorhandenem Gewinde in der Gehäusewand den Zwischenstutzen eindre-
hen oder mit Gegenmutter (Zubehör) verschrauben.
Kabel einführen.
Hutmutter mit dem vorgegebenen Drehmoment (siehe Technische Daten) fest-
drehen.
Zubehör verwenden
Für ein dünneres Kabel einen Reduzier-Dichteinsatz (Bild 4), bei mehreren dün-
nen Kabeln einen Mehrfach-Dichteinsatz (Bild 5) verwenden.
Wenn die Kabelverschraubung nicht belegt wird, passendes Staubschutzplättchen
(Bild 6) einsetzen (IP 54). Um die Schutzart IP 68 zu erhalten, stattdessen einen
Verschlussstopfen einsetzen (Bild 7).

Product description
UV-resistant cable gland (Figure 1) with strain relief
and integrated sealing lip
, tested according to DIN EN 50262. For use on junction boxes, machines,
housings and subdistributors, in order to guarantee a tight cable entry with strain
relief.
Colour: light grey.

Mounting
See Figure 3:
Push the cap nut over the cable.
If a thread is available in the housing wall, turn in the intermediate support or
screw with a locknut (accessories).
Insert the cable.
Tighten the cap nut with the prescribed torque (see Technical Data).
Using accessories
With thinner cables, use a reducing sealing insert (Figure 4), or, with multiple thin
cables, a multi-way sealing insert (Figure 5).
If the cable gland is not filled, insert a matching dust protection plate (Figure 6)
(IP 54). To obtain the IP 68 protection rating, use a screw plug instead (Figure 7).
