Helma pro sportovní lezení a horolezectví
(EN 12492:2012)
Oblast použití
Helma je speciálně navržena pro horolezectví, sportovní
lezení, záchranné práce a práci ve výškách. Podbradní řemí-
nek má odolnost 50 daN.
Návod k použití
Výrobek je součástí osobního bezpečnostního vybavení.
Před použitím produktu čtěte důkladně produktovou do-
kumentaci. Pečlivě si pročtěte následující návod k použití.
Produkt je speciálně navržen pro horolezectví, sportovní
lezení, podzemní práce. Rizika související s jeho používáním
nese uživatel. Aktivity ve výškách (sportovní i pracovní) za-
hrnují závažná rizika a nebezpečí poranění hlavy. Možnost
zranění nelze vyloučit absolutně. Za účelem dosažení co
nejvyššího standardu bezpečí při provozování zmíněných
aktivit je nezbytné používat produkt adekvátním způsobem
v souladu se současnými předpisy.
Následující instrukce jsou velmi důležité k zajištění optimál-
ního způsobu používání helmy. Ani jejich přečtení ovšem
nemůže plně nahradit zkušenost, osobní odpovědnost
a opatrnost individuálních uživatelů ve vztahu k rizikům,
která přináší sportovní lezení, horolezectví a práce ve výš-
kách. Tento návod nezbavuje uživatele helmy jeho osob-
ní odpovědnosti v souvislosti s hrozícími riziky. Helmu při
rizikových činnostech mohou používat pouze trénovaní
a zkušení uživatelé či uživatelé pod dohledem profesionála.
Výrobce nenese zodpovědnost za skutečnosti způsobené
nesprávným používáním produktu. Odpovědnost a riziko
plně nese uživatel. V případě použití výrobku při záchran-
ných aktivitách, nebo jako OOP se doporučuje obeznámení
uživatele s národními normami pro danou oblast.
Nastavení
Pro bezpečné použití je nezbytné, aby byla helma nasta-
vena podle rozměrů hlavy uživatele. Správně nastavená
helma se zapnutým podbradním řemínkem a zapínáním
ve správné poloze vzhledem k obvodu hlavy drží pevně
na hlavě, takže se při nošení nekýve ze strany na stranu
a nehýbe se. Jedině při optimálním nastavení poskytuje
helma maximální dosažitelnou úroveň bezpečí. Správné
a bezpečné nastavení helmy je možné jedině tehdy, když
je podbradní řemínek zapnutý a utažený úměrně obvodu
lebky uživatele. Řemínky nesmí zakrývat uši a spona se
nesmí dotýkat brady. Správně zapnutý podbradní řemínek
nesmí tlačit na hrtan. Helma musí být nastavena na hlavu
vždy v horizontální pozici, aby chránila také čelo uživatele.
1. Nasaďte si helmu s otevřeným systémem přizpůsobe-
ní velikosti (vzadu).
2. Zamkněte systém přizpůsobení velikosti otočením zad-
ního kolečka (Obr. 1).
3. Zapněte přezku na podbradním řemínku. Musíte slyšet
zvuk zaklapnutí přezky – zní jako „klik“. Utáhněte řemí-
nek tak, aby přezka zůstala zapnutá (Obr. 2).
4. Přizpůsobte si délku řemínku.
5. Zkontrolujte správnou pozici helmy na hlavě a správ-
né zamčení přezky na podbradním pásku i systému
přizpůsobení velikosti (vzadu). Je-li helma správně
nastavena, nehýbe se na hlavě ze strany na stranu.
Čím přesnější je nastavení, tím vyšší je úroveň bezpeč-
nosti (Obr. 3).
Zkontrolujte před použitím
Před použitím zkontrolujte stav svrchní skořepiny
a postroje, zkontrolujte stav podbradního řemínku a švů.
Ověřte, zda systémem přizpůsobení velikosti a podbradní
řemínek fungují správně.
Změny na originálních dílech
Potenciální úpravy nebo odstranění originálních dílů pro-
duktu mohou vést ke snížení jeho ochranných vlastností.
Vysoce doporučujeme neprovádět takové změny ani
nepřidávat na produkt další díly, aniž by to bylo explicitně
doporučeno výrobcem v návodu. Barvy, rozpouštědla, lepi-
dla či samolepky aplikujte pouze v případě, že jejich použití
neodporuje informacím od výrobce.
Varování!
Produkt nesmí být vystaven nebezpečným podmínkám
a nevhodnému zacházení. Zamezte kontaktu s korozívní-
mi nebo agresivními substancemi (jako jsou kupř. kyseliny,
báze, tavidla, oleje, detergenty). Nevystavujte produkt
vysokým teplotám, kupř. nenechávejte helmu ve voze na
přímém slunci. Zamezte kontaktu s žárem a jiskrami.
Nesedejte si na helmu a nesnažte se ji stlačit do menšího
obalu. Zamezte jejímu kontaktu s ostrými předměty. Snažte
se předcházet pádům helmy.
Teplota při použití
Produkt (v suchém stavu) může být permanentně použí-
ván v teplotním rozmezí od -20°C do +50°C.
Životnost a výměna
Životnost produktu je závislá na způsobu a frekvenci pou-
žití i na vnějších faktorech. I v případě, že není používána,
helma stárne vlivem UV záření a atmosférických podmínek.
Maximální životnost produktu při optimálním skladování
a bez jeho používání: 10 let.
Běžné použití
Životnost v případě běžného a správného používání pro-
duktu, bez evidentních známek opotřebení a při optimálním
skladování: 9 let.
Velmi časté použití nebo extrémní podmínky
Je-li produkt používán v extrémních podmínkách, v příliš vy-
sokých nebo příliš nízkých teplotách nebo v mořské vodě
anebo je-li vystaven častým otřesům a ranám v důsledku
pádu kamenů či ledu a také vykazuje-li četné škrábance,
mohou být jeho bezpečnostní charakteristiky zredukovány
v kratším čase a měl by být nahrazen novým.
Tato helma je navržena tak, aby pohltila energii po nárazu.
Pohlcení nárazu se projeví částečným prasknutím či po-
škozením skořepiny nebo vnitřku helmy. Po silném nárazu
(rána, pád kamene nebo ledu) musí být helma vyměněna,
i když není viditelně poškozena. Totéž platí pro hluboké
škrábance nebo pro situaci, kdy se produkt dostane do
kontaktu s chemikáliemi.

Skladování a přeprava
Skladujte produkt v suchém a chladném místě, v teplot-
ním rozmezí od 5°C do 35°C, nevystavujte ho slunci ani
vlivu chemikálií. Skladujte produkt tak, aby nedocházelo
k mechanické únavě způsobené nárazy, tlakem nebo
trakcí. Během přepravy chraňte produkt před přímým
slunečním zářením, chemikáliemi, špínou a mechanickým
poškozováním. Používejte ochranný obal nebo speciální
kontejner pro bezpečné uchovávání helmy a její přepravu.
Čištění
Očistěte špinavý produkt v teplé vodě (je-li to třeba, po-
užijte neutrální mýdlo). Důkladně ho opláchněte vodou.
Nikdy produkt nesušte v sušičce nebo v blízkosti topení
a radiátorů, vždy ho sušte při pokojové teplotě. Je-li to tře-
ba, použijte dostupnou nehalogenovou desinfekci.
Záruka
Dva roky na materiálové nebo výrobní vady. Běžné opo-
třebení, oxidace, špatná údržba a jiné užití jsou ze záruky
vyloučeny.

Etikety jsou umístěny na viditelném místě a jsou čitelné.
Mohou být umístěné na různých místech v závislosti na

Field of application
helmet specically designed for mountain climbing, rock
climbing, rescue and working at heights. The chin strap
has a 50 daN resistance.
Instructions for use
This product is part of personal safety equipment. Read
the above documentation carefully before using the pro-
duct. Be careful to read and observe the following instructi-
ons for use. This product is specically designed
for mountain climbing, climbing, working at heights, under-
ground works, rescue and it does not exempt the user
from personal liability for the related risks. Activities carried
out at heights (either sports or industrial) involve
serious risks and danger for the head. Injuries cannot be
ruled out completely. In order to guarantee the highest le-
vel of safety during such activities, it is necessary to use
equipment in compliance with the current regulations and
to use it properly. The following instructions for
use are important in order to ensure correct use. Howe-
ver, they cannot replace experience, personal liability and
awareness of individual users concerning the risks related
to climbing, mountain climbing, working at heights and in-
dustrial work, such instructions do not exempt from perso-
nal liability due to the related risks.
Use is only permitted to trained and skilled people or under
the supervision of an expert. The producer denies liability
for improper and/ or incorrect use of the product. Liability
and risk rest entirely with the user. In the case of
use in rescue or PPE operations, it is highly recommended
to observe national regulations on the matter.
Adjustment
In order to assure a safe protection, this helmet must be
adjusted to t the user’s head dimensions. The helmet
must be adjusted to t the head properly so that it does
not rock side to side or move when the chin strap is locked
and the slider is in the correct position based on the
head perimeter. The helmet will only oer the highest
level of protection if this adjustment is done correctly.
A perfect and safe adjustment on the head is guaranteed
only if the chin strap is locked and tightened and with a co-
rrect adjustment to the cranial perimeter. The straps must
not cover the ears and the buckle must not touch the chin.
The locked chin strap must not exert pressure on the lary-
nx. The helmet must be adjusted on the head always in a
horizontal position so that it protects the forehead as well.

not move or rock side to side. The better the helmet
adjustment, the higher the level of safety (Fig. 3)
Check before use
Before use, check the state of the shell and harness sys-
tem, check the state of the chin strap and stitching. Check
if the size adjustment system and chin strap buckle work
properly.
Changes to original components
The possible change or removal of original components
of the product can limit its safety features. It is highly
recommended that no modications or adjustments are
made to the equipment to add further components unless
explicitly advised so by the manufacturer in writing. Apply
colours, solvents, glue or sticky labels only if they comply
with the information provided by the manufacturer.
Warning!
The products must not be exposed to dangerous con-
ditions and improper treatments. Avoid contact with
corrosive or aggressive substances (such as: acids, bases,
ux for welding, oils, detergents). Avoid exposure to high
temperatures, for instance by leaving the helmet inside
a vehicle exposed to sunlight. Avoid contact with heat or
sparks. Do not sit on the helmet and do not compress the
helmet in a sack. Avoid contact with sharp objects. Avoid
letting the helmet fall.
Temperature of use
The product (dry state) may be used permanently in the
temperature range of -20°C to +50°C.
Lifetime and replacement
The lifetime of the product depends on the typology and
frequency of use and well as on external factors. Although
not used, the helmet is subject to ageing due to the inten-
sity of UV rays and weather conditions.
Normal use
Duration in case of normal and proper use, without evident
wear marks and under optimal storage conditions: 9 years.
Maximum duration of the product under optimal storage
conditions and if not used: 10 years.
Very frequent use or under extreme conditions
If the product is used under extreme conditions, very
high or very low temperatures, sea water, or if exposed
to frequent blows and shocks due to the fall of stones/
ice and if it presents many scratches, its safety features
could be reduced even after a brief period of use so that
the product should be replaced. This helmet is designed to
absorb the energy after an impact. The absorption of the
blow occurs through the partial breaking or damaging of
the shell or the internal part of the helmet. After a strong
impact (blow, fall of stones or ice) the helmet must be re-
placed even if it does not present visible damages. The
same applies in the case of deep scratches or if the produ-
ct gets into contact with chemicals.

Storage and transportation
Store the product in a dry and cool place, not exposed to
sunlight, chemicals and at a temperature between 5 and
35 °C. Store the product without exposing it to mechani-
cal fatigue originating from crushing, pressure or traction.
During transportation protect the product from direct
sunlight, chemicals, dirt and mechanical damages. Use a
protective bag or special containers for safe-keeping and
transportation.
Cleaning
Clean dirty products in warm water (if needed, also
with neutral soap). Rinse thoroughly with water. Never
dry the product in a dryer or near heaters and radiators
but at room temperature. If needed, use also available
non-halogen disinfectants.
Warranty
Two years against material or manufacturing faults. Nor-
mal wear, oxidation, changes, bad preservation and die-
rent uses are excluded from warranty.

1. Setzen Sie den Helm so auf, dass die hintere Größen-
verstellung geönet ist.
2. Schließen Sie die Vorrichtung zur Größenverstellung,
indem Sie an dem hinteren Einstellrad drehen (Abb. 1).
3. Schließen Sie die Schnalle des Kinnriemens. Beim
Schließen muss ein Klicken zu hören sein. Ziehen Sie
am Kinnriemen, um dessen korrekte Schließung zu
überprüfen (Abb. 2).
4. Stellen Sie den Kinnriemen auf Ihre Größe ein.
5. Überprüfen Sie die korrekte Positionierung des Hel-
ms und die korrekte Schließung der Vorrichtungen
(Schnalle und hintere Größenregulierung). Der korrekt
aufgesetzte Helm darf nicht auf dem Kopf verrückbar
sein. Je besser der Helm eingestellt ist, desto besser
kann er Sicherheit gewährleisten (Abb. 3).
Überprüfung vor dem Gebrauch
Vor jedem Gebrauch muss der Zustand der Schutzscha-
le und des Befestigungssystems überprüft werden.
Überprüfen Sie den Zustand des Kinnriemens und der
Nähte. Überprüfen Sie die korrekte Funktion der Größe-
nverstellung und der Schließschnalle des Kinnriemens.
Änderungen an den Originalbestandteilen Die eventuelle
Veränderung oder Entfernung der Originalteile des Pro-
dukts kann sein Sicherheitsvermögen einschränken. Es
wird dringend empfohlen das Zubehör nicht zu verän-
dern oder zu entfernen, um andere Teile hinzuzufügen,
wenn dies nicht ausdrücklich schriftlich vom Hersteller
empfohlen oder genehmigt wird. Farben, Lösungsmittel,
Kleber oder Aufkleber dürfen nur in Übereinstimmung
mit den vom Hersteller gemachten Angaben angebracht
werden.
Achtung!
Die Produkte dürfen nicht schädigenden Bedingungen
oder fehlerhafter Behandlung ausgesetzt werden.
Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit scharfen oder aggressi-
ven Substanzen (wie zum Beispiel Säuren, Basen, Lö-
sungsmitteln, Ölen, aggressiven Reinigungsmittel). Set-
zen Sie den Helm nicht hohen Temperaturen aus, zum
Beispiel im Innern eines in der Sonne geparkten Autos.
Vermeiden Sie Kontakt mit Wärmequellen oder Funken
(z.B. oenes Lagerfeuer, Funken beim Schweißen). Set-
zen Sie sich nicht auf den Helm und drücken Sie den
Helm nicht übermäßig in seinem Transportbehältnis (z.
B. Tasche, Beutel, Rucksack). Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt
mir spitzen oder scharfen Gegenständen. Vermeiden Sie
es, den Helm fallen zu lassen. Gebrauchstemperatur
Die ständige Gebrauchstemperatur des Produkts (im
trockenen Zustand) reicht von ca. -20°C bis ca. +50°C.
Lebensdauer und Austausch
Die Lebensdauer des Produkts hängt von Art und Häu-
gkeit des Gebrauchs sowie von externen Faktoren ab.
Der Helm ist, auch wenn er nicht verwendet wird, einer
Helm für Klettern und Bergsteigen (EN 12492:2012)
Anwendungsbereiche
Helm speziell gefertigt für Berg- und Klettersport, zum
Rettungseinsatz und für Arbeiten in großer Höhe. Der
Kinnriemen hat eine Widerstandskraft von 50 daN.
Gebrauchsanweisung
Dieses Produkt ist eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung.
Vor Gebrauch des Produkts müssen die nachstehenden
Angaben gelesen und verstanden werden. Lesen Sie
aufmerksam die folgende Gebrauchsanweisung und
befolgen Sie die Angaben Dieses Produkt dient ausdrüc-
klich dem Gebrauch im Bergund Klettersport, Arbeiten
in großer Höhe und Tiefe. Der Einsatz unserer Produk-
te entbindet den Nutzer nicht von seiner persönlichen
Verantwortung für die damit verbundene Risiken. Die
(sportliche oder industrielle) Ausübung von Tätigkeiten in
der Höhe ist mit großen Risiken und Gefahren für den
Kopf verbunden. Unfälle können nicht vollständig aus-
geschlossen werden. Um größtmögliche Sicherheit ga-
rantieren zu können, ist es notwendig den gültigen Nor-
men entsprechende Ausrüstung zu benutzen und diese
richtig anzuwenden. Die folgende Gebrauchsanweisung
ist wichtig um unsere Produkte richtig anwenden zu
können. Sie kann jedoch niemals Erfahrung, Eigenverant-
wortung und Gewissenhaftigkeit des einzelnen Nutzers
ersetzen. Dieser muss sich über die mit Tätigkeit im
Berg- und Klettersport, Arbeiten in der Höhe und indust-
rieller Arbeit verbunden Risiken bewusst sein und selbst
das befolgen der Angaben dieser Betriebsanweisung
entbinden nicht von der eigenen Verantwortung für die
möglichen Risiken. Die Anwendung ist nur für ausgebil-
dete und erfahrene Personen, oder unter Führung und
Beaufsichtigung eines Experten zulässig. Der Hersteller
oder Distributor lehnt jegliche Verantwortung für den
unpassenden oder falschen Gebrauch des Produkts ab.
Der Gebrauch unterliegt ausschließlich der Verantwor-
tung des Nutzers. Im Falle der Anwendung des Produkts
beim Rettungseinsatz oder als persönliche Schutzau-
srüstung wird empfohlen, die national gültigen Normen
und Anordnungen zu beachten.
Regulierung und Anpassung
Um einen sicheren Schutz garantieren zu können, muss
dieser Helm der Größe des Kopfes des Nutzers ange-
passt werden. Der Helm muss dem Kopf so angepasst
werden, dass er nicht verrutschen oder verrücken kann,
sobald der Kinnriemen geschlossen und der Regler dem
genauen Kopfumfang entsprechend eingestellt ist. Nur
so garantiert der Helm den größtmöglichen Schutz.
Eine optimale und sichere Positionierung auf dem Kopf
kann nur gewährleistet werden, wenn der Kinnriemen so
geschlossen ist, dass alle Bänder gespannt sind, und der
Helm dem Kopfumfang genau angepasst ist. Die Kinnrie-
men dürfen die Ohren nicht bedecken und die Schnalle
muss unter dem Kinn sein. Der geschlossene Kinnriemen
darf keinerlei Druck auf den Kehlkopf ausüben. Der Helm

gewissen Alterung ausgesetzt, die hauptsächlich durch
ultraviolette Strahlung und Wettereinüsse hervorgeru-
fen wird. Die Restlebensdauer eines Helmes kann durch
ein bestimmtes Ereignis bereits ab der ersten Benutzung
auf 0 (null) herabgesetzt werden (z. B. Beschädigung der
Helmschale).
Normaler Gebrauch
Verwendbarkeit bei normalem und korrektem Gebrauch,
ohne oensichtliche Spuren von Verschleiß und unter
idealen Lagerbedingungen: 9 Jahre ab Tag der ersten
Inbetriebnahme.
Maximale Lebensdauer des Produkts bei idealer Lage-
rung und bei Nicht-Verwendung: 10 Jahre ab Herste-
llungsdatum.
Sehr häuger Gebrauch oder Gebrauch unter extremen
Bedingungen
Wenn das Produkt unter extremen Bedingungen ge-
braucht wird, wie zum Beispiel bei sehr hohen/niedrigen
Temperaturen oder in Kontakt mit Meerwasser oder
wenn es häug Schlägen und Stößen durch herab-
fallende Steine oder Eisstücke ausgesetzt ist und viele
Kratzer aufweist, können bereits nach kurzer Zeit die
Sicherheitsmerkmale so sehr eingeschränkt sein, dass
das Austauschen des Produkts
unvermeidlich ist. Dieser Helm ist dazu entworfen, Ener-
gie in Folge eines Aufpralls abzufangen. Die Absorption
erfolgt durch das teilweise Zerbrechen oder die Beschä-
digung der Helmschale oder des Inneren des Helms. In
Folge eines schweren Aufpralls (z. B. Schlag, Steinschlag,
Aufschlagen von Eisbrocken, herabfallendes Werkzeug)
muss der Helm ersetzt werden, auch wenn er keine
sichtbaren Schäden aufweist. Das gleiche gilt, wenn der
Helm tiefe Kratzer aufweist oder in Kontakt mit Chemika-
lien gekommen ist .
Lagerung und Transport
Lagern Sie das Produkt an einem kühlen und trockenen
Ort mit 5 bis 35 °C. Raumtemperatur, wo es nicht Sonne-
neinstrahlung oder chemischen Produkten ausgesetzt
ist. Lagern Sie das Produkt ohne es mechanischen Be-
lastungen wie Quetschung, Druck oder Zug auszuset-
zen. Schützen Sie das Produkt während des Transports
vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, chemischen Produkten,
Schmutz und mechanischen Schäden. Verwenden Sie
hierzu einen Schutzbeutel oder die hierfür bestimmten
Schutz- und Transportbehälter.
Reinigung
Reinigen Sie das verschmutzte Produkt mit lauwarmem
Wasser (falls nötig auch mit neutraler Seife). Gut mit kla-
rem Wasser abwaschen. Trocknen Sie das Produkt nie
in einem Trockner oder nahe an Heizkörpern oder son-
stigen künstlichen Wärmequellen (z. B. Heißlufttrockner,
oenes Feuer, Heizkörper, Elektroheizung ...) sondern
ausschließlich bei Raumtemperatur. Wenn es nötig ist,

können auch nicht-halogene im gewöhnlichen Handel
erhältliche Desinfektionsmittel verwendet werden.
Garantie

Ce produit fait partie de l’équipement de protection
personnelle. Avant d’utiliser le produit, la documenta-
tion suivante doit être lue et comprise. Lire et observer
attentivement le mode d’emploi suivant. Ce produit est
réalisé exclusivement pour l’activité d’alpinisme, d’escala-
de, pour les travaux en hauteur et en profondeur et il ne
dispense pas l’utilisateur de sa propre responsabilité pour
les risques induits. La pratique des activités en hauteur
(sportives ou industrielles) comportent de graves risques
et dangers pour la tête. Les accidents ne peuvent pas
être complètement exclus. Pour garantir le maximum de

L’utilisation est entièrement sous la responsabilité et aux
risques de l’utilisateur. Dans le cas où le produit est utilisé
pour des opérations de sauvetage ou comme DPI, nous
recommandons de suivre attentivement les normes nati-
onales en vigueur en la matière.
Réglage et adaptation
Pour assurer une protection maximum, ce casque doit
être adapté aux dimensions de la tête de celui qui le por-
te. Le casque doit être adapté à la tête de sorte qu’il ne
puisse pas glisser ou se déplacer quand la jugulaire est
attachée et le régulateur est mis dans la position exac-
te en fonction du tour de tête. C’est seulement de cette
façon que le casque garantit une protection optimale. Une
installation parfaite et sure est garantie seulement avec la
jugulaire attachée avec toutes les boucles de la jugulaire
bien tendues et une adaptation correcte à la boite crânie-
nne. Les boucles de la jugulaire ne doivent pas couvrir les
oreilles et la boucle ne doit pas s’appuyer sur le menton.
1. Mettre le casque avec le système de réglage de tour
de tête postérieur ouvert.

2. Fermer le système réglage de tour de tête en tour-
nant la molette postérieure (Fig. 1).
3. Fermer la boucle de la jugulaire. On doit entendre un
click à la fermeture. Tirer la jugulaire de façon à vérier
la fermeture de la boucle (Fig. 2).
4. Régler la jugulaire.
5. Vérier la position correcte du casque et la fermeture
correcte des systèmes (boucle et régulateur taille
postérieure): Le casque correctement porté ne doit
pas bouger de façon évidente de la position de la tête.
Plus le réglage est bien eectué, plus la sécurité est
meilleure (Fig. 3).
Contrôles avant toute utilisation
Avant toute utilisation vérier l’état de la calotte et du
système de xation, vérier, l’état de la sangle de la ju-
gulaire et des coutures. Vérier le bon fonctionnement du
système de réglage du tour de tête et de la boucle de
la jugulaire.
Modications des pièces originales
L’éventuelle modication des pièces originales de ce
produit peut éliminer les caractéristiques de sécurité. On
recommande donc absolument de ne pas modier ou
adapter l’équipement pour ajouter des pièces si ce n’est
autorisé par le fabricant. Appliquer des couleurs, des sol-
vants, des autocollants, seulement s’ils sont conformes
aux indications fournies par le fabricant.
Attention!
Les casques ne doivent pas être exposés à certaines
conditions atmosphériques et aux mauvais traitements.
Éviter le contact avec les substances corrosives et
agressives comme par exemple: acides, bases, ux pour
la soudure, huiles, détergents. Éviter le contact avec les
températures élevées en laissant le casque dans un véhi-
cule en plein soleil. Éviter le contact avec des sources de
chaleurs ou étincelles. Ne pas s’asseoir sur le casque, ne
pas le comprimer de façon excessive dans un sac. Éviter
le contact avec des objets pointus ou et coupants. Ne pas
faire tomber le casque.
Température d’utilisation
La température d’utilisation permanente du produit (à
l’état sec) est située environ entre -20°C et +50°C.
Durée et remplacements
La durée de vie du produit dépend essentiellement du
type et de la fréquence d’emploi mais aussi de facteurs
externes. Le casque est sujet, même s’il n’est pas utilisé,
à un certain vieillissement du surtout à l’intensité des ra-
yons ultra-violets et aux conditions climatiques.
Utilisation normale
Durée de vie en cas d’utilisation normale et correcte sans

traces évidentes d’usure et dans des conditions de stoc-
kage optimales: 9 ans.
Durée de vie maximale du produit dans des conditions
de stockage optimales et s’il est inutilisé: 10 ans.
Utilisation fréquente
dans des conditions extrêmes Si le produit est utilisé
dans des conditions extrêmes, températures élevées ou
basses, milieu marin, exposé à des chocs fréquents et des
coups dus à la chute de pierres ou de glace et s’il présen-
te de nombreuses griures après une courte période d’uti-
lisation, les caractéristiques de sécurité pourraient être
réduites à tel point qu’il faudrait remplacer le produit. Ce
casque est conçu pour absorber l’énergie relâchée après
l’impact. L’absorption du choc a lieu à travers la rupture
partielle ou complète de la calotte ou de la partie interne
du casque. À la suite d’un fort impact (choc, chute de pie-
rres ou de glace) le casque doit être remplacé même s’il ne
présente pas de dommages visibles. Il faut faire la même
chose si le casque présente des griures profondes ou s’il
a été en contact avec des substances chimiques.
Stockage et transport
Stocker le produit dans un endroit frais et sec. Ne pas
exposer le produit aux rayons du soleil et aux produits chi-
miques. Stocker à une température comprise entre 5 et
35 °C. Stocker le produit sans l’exposer à des sollicitations
mécaniques d’écrasement, de pression ou de traction.
Pendant le transport, protéger le produit des rayons du
soleil, des substances chimiques, des salissures et des
dommages mécaniques. Utiliser à cet eet un sac de pro-
tection ou bien des étuis de transport.
Nettoyage
Nettoyer les produits sales à l’eau tiède (avec du savon
neutre si nécessaire). Bien rincer à l’eau. Ne jamais faire sé-
cher le produit dans un sèche-linge ou bien près des radia-
teurs mais à température ambiante. On peut aussi utiliser
des produits désinfectants présents dans le commerce
qui ne sont pas allogènes si nécessaire.
Garantie
2 ans contre tout défaut matériel ou de fabrication. Exclus
de la garantie: usure normale, oxydation, modications,
mauvaise conservation, utilisations diérentes de celles
pour lesquelles ce casque a été conçu.

re l’eettiva chiusura della bbia (Fig. 2)

5. vericare la corretta posizione del casco e la corretta
chiusura dei sistemi (bbia e regolatore taglia pos-
teriore). Il casco correttamente indossato non deve
spostarsi in modo evidente dalla posizione sulla testa.
Migliore è la regolazione del casco maggiore è la sicu-
rezza (Fig. 3)
Controllo prima dell’utilizzo
Prima di ogni utilizzo vericare lo stato della calotta e del si-
stema di ssaggio, vericare lo stato del nastro del sotto-
gola e delle cuciture. Vericare il corretto funzionamento
del sistema di regolazione taglia e della bbia del sottogola.
Modiche ai componenti originali
L’eventuale modica o rimozione di componenti originali
del prodotto può limitarne le caratteristiche di sicurezza.
Si raccomanda assolutamente di non modicare o ade-
guare l’attrezzatura per aggiungervi altri componenti se
non esplicitamente consigliato per iscritto dal fabbricante.
Applicare colori, solventi, colle o etichette adesive solo in
conformità alle indicazioni fornite dal fabbricante.
Attenzione!
I prodotti non vanno esposti a condizioni dannose e
trattamenti errati. Evitare per il contatto con sostanze
corrosive e aggressive (come ad esempio: acidi, basi,
lussanti per saldatura, oli, detergenti). Evitare l’esposizio-
ne alle alte temperature, per esempio lasciando il casco
all’interno di un veicolo esposto al sole. Evitare il contatto
con fonti di calore o scintille. Non sedersi sopra il casco e
non comprimere il casco in modo eccessivo in un sacco.
Evitare il contatto con oggetti appuntiti e/o taglienti. Evita-
re di fare cadere il casco.
Temperatura d’utilizzo
La temperatura di uso permanente del prodotto (allo stato
secco) va da circa -20°C a +50°C.
Durata e sostituzione
La durata di vita del prodotto dipende sostanzialmente
dalla tipologia e dalla frequenza d’impiego nonché da fatto-
ri esterni. Il casco è soggetto, anche se non utilizzato, ad
un certo invecchiamento dovuto soprattutto all’intensità
dei raggi ultravioletti e agli inussi climatici.

Indicazioni per l’uso
Questo prodotto fa parte dell’equipaggiamento di protezi-
one personale. Prima di utilizzare il prodotto la suddetta
documentazione va letta e capita. Leggere ed osservare
attentamente le seguenti indicazioni per l’uso. Questo pro-
dotto è realizzato appositamente per l’attività di alpinismo,
arrampicata, per i lavori in altezza ed in profondità e non
dispensa l’utilizzatore dalla responsabilità personale per i
rischi connessi. La pratica delle attività in altezza (spor-
tive o industriali) comportano gravi rischi e pericoli per la
testa. Gli infortuni non possono essere del tutto esclusi.
Per garantire il massimo della sicurezza possibile durante
tali attività è necessario ricorrere ad attrezzature conformi
alle norme vigenti ed utilizzate correttamente. Le seguenti
indicazioni per l’uso sono importanti per garantire un uti-
lizzo corretto. Esse non potranno tuttavia mai sostituire
l’esperienza, la responsabilità propria e la consapevolezza
di ciascun utilizzatore circa i rischi inerenti l’attività di al-
pinismo, arrampicata, i lavori in altezza e industriale e tali
indicazioni non dispensano dalla responsabilità personale
per i rischi connessi. L’uso è consentito esclusivamente
a persone addestrate ed esperte oppure sotto la guida
e la sorveglianza di un esperto. Il produttore declina ogni
responsabilità per uso improprio e/o scorretto del prodo-

dell’utilizzatore. Nel caso questo prodotto venga utilizzato
per operazioni di salvataggio o come DPI, raccomandiamo
di osservare le norme e le disposizioni nazionali vigenti in

Regolazione ed adattamento
Per assicurare una protezione sicura, questo casco deve
essere adattato alle dimensioni della testa di chi l’usa. Il
casco deve essere adattato alla testa in modo tale che
non possa scivolare o spostarsi quando il sottogola è
chiuso e il regolatore è posto nella esatta posizione in
base alla circonferenza della testa. Solo così il casco ga-
rantisce la massima protezione possibile. Una perfetta e
sicura sistemazione in testa è garantita solo con il sotto-
gola chiuso, con tutti i nastri del sottogola ben tesi ed un
corretto adattamento alla circonferenza cranica. In nastri
del sottogola non devono coprire le orecchie e la bbia
non deve poggiare sul mento. Il sottogola chiuso non deve
esercitare alcuna pressione sulla laringe. Il casco va siste-
mato in testa sempre in posizione orizzontale in modo da
proteggere anche la fronte..

Utilizzo normale
Durata di vita in caso di utilizzo normale e corretto, senza
tracce evidenti di usura e a condizioni di immagazzinamen-
to ottimali: 9 anni.
Massima durata di vita del prodotto a condizioni di imma-
gazzinamento ottimali e se non utilizzato: 10 anni.
Utilizzo molto frequente o a condizioni estreme
Se il prodotto viene utilizzato a condizioni estreme, tempe-
rate estremanete alte o basse, acqua marina, esposto a
frequenti urti e colpi dovuti alla caduta di sassi/ghiaccio e
se presenta molti grai, già dopo un breve periodo di utiliz-
zo le caratteristiche di sicurezza potrebbero essere ridotte
a tal punto da dover inevitabilmente sostituire il prodotto.
Questo casco è studiato per assorbire l’energia a seguito
di un impatto. L’assorbimento dell’urto avviene tramite la
rottura parziale o il danneggiamento della calotta o della
parte interna del casco. In seguito ad un forte impatto
(urto, caduta di sassi o ghiaccio) il casco va sostituito
anche se non presenta dei danni visibili. Lo stesso vale in
presenza di grai profondi o se il prodotto viene a contatto
con sostanze chimiche.
Immagazzinamento e trasporto
Immagazzinare il prodotto in luogo fresco e asciutto, non
esposto ai raggi solari, prodotti chimici ed a temperatura
compresa tra 5 e 35 °C. Immagazzinare il prodotto senza
esporlo a sollecitazioni meccaniche da schiacciamento,
pressione o trazione. Durante il trasporto proteggere il
prodotto dai raggi diretti del sole, dalle sostanze chimiche,
dallo sporco e dai danneggiamenti meccanici. Utilizzare a
tal ne un sacchetto protettivo oppure appositi contenito-
ri di custodia e di trasporto.
Pulizia
Pulire i prodotti sporchi in acqua tiepida (se necessario an-
che con del sapone neutro). Sciacquare bene con acqua.
Non asciugare mai il prodotto in un’asciugatrice oppure
vicino a termosifoni, bensì a temperatura ambiente. Se
necessario si possono usare anche dei disinfettanti non
alogeni comunemente disponibili in commercio.
Garanzia
2 anni contro ogni difetto di materiale o di fabbricazione.
Sono esclusi dalla garanzia l’usura normale, l’ossidazione,
modiche, cattiva conservazione, utilizzi diversi da quelli

Instrucciones para el uso
Este producto es parte del equipamiento de protecciòn
personal. Antes de usar el producto la documentaciòn
va leìda y comprendida. Leer y observar atentamente la
siguientes instrucciones de uso. . Este producto ha sido
realizado especialmente para la actividad de alpinismo,
escalada, para trabajos en altura y en profundidad y no
exime al usuario de la responsabilidad personal por los
riesgos asociados. La practica en altura (deportivas o
industriales) comportan graves riesgos y peligros para la
cabeza. Las lesiones no pueden ser excluidas del todo.
Para garantizar el maximo de la seguridad posible durante
tales actividades es necesario recurrir a un equipamiento
conforme a las normas vigentes utilizandolas correcta-
mente. Las siguientes instrucciones de uso son importan-
tes para garantizar un buen uso. Las cuales no podran
jamàs sustituir la experiencia, la propia responsabilidad
y la conciencia de cada usuario acerca de los riesgos
inherentes del alpinismo, escalada, los trabajos en altura
e industriales y tales instrucciones no esimen de la re-

Regulacion y adaptaciòn
Para asegurar una protecciòn segura, este casco debe
ser adaptado a la dimensiòn de la cabeza de quien lo
usa. El casco debe ser adaptado a la cabeza en modo
tal que no se pueda resbalar o mover cuando la correa
de la barbilla està cerrada y el regulador esta puesto en
una posiciòn correcta en base de la circunferencia de la
cabeza. Solo asi el casco garantiza la maxima protecciòn
posible. Una perfecta y segura colocaciòn en la cabeza
està garantizada solo con la correa de la barbilla cerrada,
con todas las cintas de la correa de la barbilla bien tirantes
y una correcta adaptaciòn a la circunferencia crànica. La
correa de la barbilla no debe cubrir las orejas y la hebilla
no debe apoyarse en el mentòn. La correa de la barbilla
cerrada no debe ejercer ninguna presiòn sobre la laringe.
El casco va colocado en la cabeza siempre en posiciòn
horizontal en modo de proteger tambien la frente.

1. Colocar el casco con el sistema posterior de regula-
ciòn de tamaño abierto.
2. Cerrar el sistema de regulaciòn del tamaño girando el
rodillo posterior (Fig. 1).
3. Cerrar la hebilla de la correa de la barbilla. Se debe sen-
tir un clic de seguridad. Tirar la correa de la barbilla en
modo de vercar la efectividad de la cerradura de la
hebilla (Fig. 2).
4. Regular la correa de la barbilla.
5. Vericar la correcta posiciòn del casco y la correcta
cerradura de los sistemas (la hebilla y regulaciòn ta-
maño posterior). El casco correctamente usado no
debe moverse en modo evidente de la pocisiòn sobre
la cabeza. Mejor es la regulaciòn del casco mayor es la
seguridad (Fig. 2).
Control antes del uso
Antes de cada utilizaciòn vericar el estado del casquete
exterior y del sistema de jaciòn, vericar el estado de la
correa de la barbilla y de las uniones. Vericar el correcto
funzionamento del sistema de regulaciòn del tamaño y de
la hebilla de la correa del barbilla.
Modicaciòn a los componentes originales
Las eventuales modicaciones o eliminaciones de com-
ponentes originales del producto puede limitar las carac-
teristicas de seguridad. Se recomienda absolutamente de
no modicar o adaptar el equipamiento para agregar otros
componentes si no està autorizado por escrito del fabri-
cante. Aplicar colores, solventes, pegamentos o etiquetas
adesivas solo en conformidad a las indicaciones dadas del
fabricante.
Atenciòn!
Los productos no van expuestos a condiciones daño-
sas y tratamientos equivocados. Evitar el contacto con
sustancias corrosivas y agresivas (como por ejemplo àci-
dos, productos para soldar, aceites, detergentes). Evitar
la exposiciòn a altas temperaturas, por ejemplo dejando
el casco al interno de un vehiculo expuesto al sol. Evitar
el contacto con fuentes de calor o chispas. No sentarse
sobre el casco y no comprimir el casco en modo excesivo
en una bolsa. Evitar el contacto con objetos a puntas o
cortantes. Evitar de hacer caer el casco.
Temperatura de utilizaciòn
La temperatura de uso del producto (En estado seco) va
aproximadamente de -20°C a + 50°C.
Duraciòn y sustituciòn
La duraciòn de la vida del producto depende sustancial-
mente de la tipologia y la frecuencia del uso asi como los
factores externos. El casco està sujeto, aunque si no es
utilizado, a un cierto envejecimiento debido sobretodo a
la intensidad de los rayos ultravioletas y a las inuencias
climàticas.

rasgos evidentes de uso en condiciones de almacenami-
ento optimales: 9 años.

Si el producto viene utilizado en condiciones extremas,
temperaturas extremadamente altas o bajas, agua del
mar, expuestos a frecuentes golpes debido a caidas de
piedras/ hielo y si presenta muchas raspaduras, despues
de un breve periodo de uso las caracteristicas de seguri-
dad podrian ser reducidas a tal punto de sostituir el pro-
ducto inevitablemente. Este casco ha sido estudiado para
absorver la energia seguida de un impacto. la absorcion
del golpe viene tramite la rotura parcial de la hebilla o de
la parte interna del casco. Despues de un fuerte impac-
to (golpe, caida de piedras o hielo) el casco va sostituido
aunque si no presenta daños visibiles. Lo mismo vale en
presencia de raspaduras profundas o si el producto viene
en contacto con sustancias quimicas.
Almacenamiento y transporte
Almacenar el producto en lugar fresco y seco, no exponer-
lo a los rayos solares, produco quimicos y temperaturas
entre 5 y 35 °C. Almacenar el producto sin exponerlo a
esfuerzos mecànicos de peso presiòn o tracciòn. Durante
el transporte proteger el producto de los rayos directos
del sol, de las sustancias quimicas, de la suciedad y de
los daños mecanicos. Utilizar a tal n una bolsa protectiva
o tambien contenedores para transportarlos. Limpieza
Lavar los productos en agua tibia (si es necesario con
jabòn neutro). Enjuagar bien con agua. No hacer secar el
producto en una secadora o cerca de los radiadores de
calor, solamente a temperatura ambiente. Si es necesario
se pueden utilizar tambien desinfectantes libres de halò-
genos disponibles en el comercio.
Garantia
2 años sobre cada defecto del material o de fabricaciòn.
Estan escluidos de la garantia el uso normal, la oxidaciòn,
modicaciones, mala conservaciòn, uso diferente de aqu-
ellos por los cuales este casco ha sido destinado.

2. Zamknite systém prispôsobenia veľkosti otočením zad-
ného kolieska (Obr. 1).
3. Zapnite sponu na podbradovom remienku. Musíte počuť
zvuk zaklapnutia spony – znie ako „klik“. Utiahnite remienok
tak, aby pracka zostala zapnutá (Obr. 2).
4. Prispôsobte si dĺžku remienka.
5. Skontrolujte správnu pozíciu helmy na hlave a správ-
ne zamknutie spony na podbradovom pásiku aj systému
prispôsobenia veľkosti (vzadu). Ak je helma správne na-
stavená, nehýbe sa na hlave zo strany na stranu. Čím
presnejšie je nastavenie, tým vyššia je úroveň bezpeč-
nosti (Obr. 3).
Skontrolujte pred použitím
Pred použitím skontrolujte stav vrchnej škrupiny a po-
stroja, skontrolujte stav podbradového remienka a švov.
Overte, či systém prispôsobenia veľkosti a podbradový
remienok fungujú správne.
Zmeny na originálnych dieloch
Potenciálne úpravy alebo odstránenie originálnych dielov
produktu môžu viesť k zníženiu jeho ochranných vlastnos-
tí. Vysoko odporúčame nevykonávať také zmeny ani nepri-
dávať na produkt ďalšie diely bez toho, že by to bolo expli-
citne odporučené výrobcom v návode. Farby, rozpúšťadlá,
lepidlá či samolepky aplikujte iba v prípade, že ich použitie
neodporuje informáciám od výrobcu.
Varovanie!
Produkt nesmie byť vystavený nebezpečným podmien-
kam a nevhodnému zachádzaniu. Zamedzte kontaktu s
korozívnymi alebo agresívnymi substanciami (ako sú napr.
kyseliny, bázy, tavivá, oleje, detergenty). Nevystavujte
produkt vysokým teplotám, napr. nenechávajte helmu vo
vozidle na priamom slnku. Zamedzte kontaktu so žiarom
a iskrami.
Nesadajte si na helmu a nesnažte sa ju stlačiť do men-
šieho obalu. Zamedzte jej kontaktu s ostrými predmetmi.
Snažte sa predchádzať pádom helmy.
Teplota pri použití
Produkt (v suchom stave) môže byť permanentne použí-
vaný v teplotnom rozsahu od -20°C do +50°C.
Životnosť a výmena
Životnosť produktu je závislá na spôsobe a frekvencii po-
užitia aj na vonkajších faktoroch. Aj v prípade, že nie je
používaná, helma starne vplyvom UV žiarenia a atmosfé-
rických podmienok.
Maximálna životnosť produktu pri optimálnom skladova-
ní a bez jeho používania: 10 rokov.

Oblasť použitia
Helma je špeciálne navrhnutá pre horolezectvo, športové
lezenie, záchranné práce a práce vo výškach. Podbradový
remienok má odolnosť 50 daN.
Návod na použitie
Výrobok je súčasťou osobného bezpečnostného vy-
bavenia. Pred použitím produktu si dôkladne prečítajte
produktovú dokumentáciu. Starostlivo si prečítajte nasle-
dujúci návod na použitie. Produkt je špeciálne navrhnutý
pre horolezectvo, športové lezenie, podzemné práce. Riziká
súvisiace s jeho používaním nesie používateľ. Aktivity vo
výškach (športové aj pracovné) zahrnujú závažné riziká
a nebezpečenstvo zranenia hlavy. Možnosť zranenia nie
je možné vylúčiť absolútne. Na účel dosiahnutia čo naj-
vyššieho štandardu bezpečnosti pri prevádzkovaní uvede-
ných aktivít je nevyhnutné používať produkt adekvátnym
spôsobom v súlade so súčasnými predpismi.
Nasledujúce inštrukcie sú veľmi dôležité pre zaistenie
optimálneho spôsobu používania helmy. Ani ich prečítanie
však nemôže plne nahradiť skúsenosť, osobnú zodpoved-
nosť a opatrnosť individuálnych používateľov vo vzťahu
k rizikám, ktoré prináša športové lezenie, horolezectvo a
práce vo výškach. Tento návod nezbavuje používateľa hel-
my jeho osobnej zodpovednosti v súvislosti s hroziacimi
rizikami. Helmu pri rizikových činnostiach môžu používať
iba trénovaní a skúsení používatelia či používatelia pod
dohľadom profesionála. Výrobca nenesie zodpovednosť za
skutočnosti spôsobené nesprávnym používaním produk-
tu. Zodpovednosť a riziko plne nesie používateľ. V prípade
použitia výrobku pri záchranných aktivitách alebo ako OOP
sa odporúča oboznámenie používateľa s národnými nor-
mami pre danú oblasť.
Nastavenie
Pre bezpečné použitie je nevyhnutné, aby bola helma
nastavená podľa rozmerov hlavy používateľa. Správne
nastavená helma so zapnutým podbradový remienkom
a zapínaním v správnej polohe vzhľadom k obvodu hlavy
drží pevne na hlave, takže sa pri nosení nekýve zo strany
na stranu a nehýbe sa. Jedine pri optimálnom nastavení
poskytuje helma maximálnu dosiahnuteľnú úroveň bez-
pečnosti. Správne a bezpečné nastavenie helmy je mož-
né jedine vtedy, keď je podbradový remienok zapnutý a
utiahnutý úmerne k obvodu lebky používateľa. Remienky
nesmú zakrývať uši a spona sa nesmie dotýkať brady.
Správne zapnutý podbradový remienok nesmie tlačiť na
hrtan. Helma musí byť nastavená na hlavu vždy v horizon-
tálnej pozícii, aby chránila tiež čelo používateľa.

Veľmi časté použitie alebo extrémne podmienky
Ak je produkt používaný v extrémnych podmienkach, v prí-
liš vysokých alebo príliš nízkych teplotách alebo v morskej
vode alebo ak je vystavený častým otrasom a ranám v
dôsledku pádu kameňov či ľadu a tiež ak vykazuje počet-
né škrabance, môžu byť jeho bezpečnostné charakteristi-
ky zredukované v kratšom čase a mal by byť nahradený
novým.
Táto helma je navrhnutá tak, aby pohltila energiu po nára-
ze. Pohltenie nárazu sa prejaví čiastočným prasknutím či
poškodením škrupiny alebo vnútra helmy. Po silnom náraze
(rana, pád kameňa alebo ľadu) musí byť helma vymenená,
aj keď nie je viditeľne poškodená. To isté platí pre hlboké
škrabance alebo pre situáciu, kedy sa produkt dostane do
kontaktu s chemikáliami.
Skladovanie a preprava
Skladujte produkt v suchom a chladnom mieste, v teplot-
nom rozsahu od 5 °C do 35 °C, nevystavujte ho slnku ani
vplyvu chemikálií. Skladujte produkt tak, aby nedochádzalo
k mechanickej únave spôsobenej nárazmi, tlakom alebo
trakciou. V priebehu prepravy chráňte produkt pred pria-
mym slnečným žiarením, chemikáliami, špinou a mecha-
nickým poškodzovaním. Používajte ochranný obal alebo
špeciálny kontajner pre bezpečné uchovávanie helmy a
jej prepravu.
Čistenie
Očistite špinavý produkt v teplej vode (ak je to potrebné,
použite neutrálne mydlo). Dôkladne ho opláchnite vodou.
Nikdy produkt nesušte v sušičke alebo v blízkosti kúrenia a
radiátorov, vždy ho sušte pri izbovej teplote. Ak to je potreb-
né, použite dostupnú nehalogénovú dezinfekciu.
Záruka
Dva roky na materiálové alebo výrobné chyby. Bežné opo-
trebenie, oxidácia, zlá údržba a iné použitie sú zo záruky
vylúčené.
