Gerätes zu gewährleisten.
WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE:
Um die Gefahr von Feuer, elektrischem Kurzschluss oder Beschädigung des Produktes zu vermeiden
befolgen Sie bitte folgende Hinweise:
1. Setzen Sie das Produkt keinem Regen oder Feuchtigkeit aus. Stellen Sie keine mit Wasser gefüllten
Gefäße auf das Gerät.
2. Installieren Sie das Gerät nicht in ein Bücherregal, Einbauschrank oder in ähnlichem engem Raum.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät gut belüftet ist.
3. Um einem elektrischen Kurzschluss oder Brand in Folge von einer Überhitzung vorzubeugen, sollten

Die Oehlbach Scope Vision Outdoor ist speziell für die Anbringung im Außenbereich konzipiert worden
und beheimatet einen eigens für diese Antenne entwickelten, besonders rauscharmen,Verstärker.Damit
wird der bestmögliche Empfang von DVB-T2 HD-Signalen garantiert. Unter Zuhilfenahme eines optional
erhältlichen Adapters ist aber auch DAB und DAB+ Empfang möglich. Flexibel zeigt sich die Antenne
auch bei der Aufstellung und kann an einem Mast, an der Wand, oder schlichtweg mit dem Standfuß auf
einer waagerechten Fläche platziert werden. Das wasserdichte und UV-beständige Gehäuse schützt die
hochwertigen Innenkomponenten bei schlechter Witterung.
Die Oehlbach Scope Vision Outdoor ist mit ihrem wasserdichten und UV-beständigen Gehäuse die
perfekte DVB-T2 Antenne für den Außenbereich. Mit einem eigens für die Antenne entwickelten
Verstärker ist optimaler HD-Empfang garantiert.

INSTALLATION
HINWEIS:
Bitte kontrollieren Sie für optimalen Empfang die folgenden Bedingungen:
1. Ausreichender Abstand von Störquellen sowie von großen Stromverbrauchern, wie Klimaanlage,
Fahrstuhl, Föhn, Mikrowelle usw.
2. Montage so hoch wie möglich. Bei terrestrischem Digitalem-pfang: Unterbrechungen zwischen An-
tenne und Sendeturm führen zeitweise zu Signalverlust. Solche Unterbrechungen können reduziert
werden, indem die Antenne so hoch wie möglich montiert wird.

MONTAGE
Innen-/Außenwandmontage (Abb. 1)
Schritt 1. Markieren Sie die Befestigungsposition mit einem Stift.(Nutzen Sie dazu den Montagestab.)
Schritt 2. Verwenden Sie die beiliegenden Schrauben, um den Montagestab an die Wand zu schrauben.
Je nach Wandmaterial müssen Dübel verwendet werden. Die Bohrung sollte dann etwa 35
mm tief sein und mit einem 6 mm-Bohrer durchgeführt werden.
Schritt 3. Befestigen Sie die Antenne an dem Montagestab.
Schritt 4. Verbinden Sie das Antennenkabel mit der Antenne und verlegen Sie das Kabel zu Ihrer Set-
Top-Box oder Ihrem TV-Gerät.
Schritt 5. Verfahren Sie weiter wie im Abschnitt “INBETRIEBNAHME” beschrieben.
Mastmontage (Abb. 2)
Schritt 1. Befestigen Sie den Montagestab mit den Gewindebügeln und Flügelmuttern an einem
geeigneten Mast.
Schritt 2. Befestigen Sie die Antenne an dem Montagestab.
Schritt 3. Verbinden Sie das Antennenkabel mit der Antenne und verlegen Sie das Kabel zu Ihrer Set-
Top-Box oder Ihrem TV-Gerät.
Schritt 4. Verfahren Sie weiter wie im Abschnitt “INBETRIEBNAHME” beschrieben.

INBETRIEBNAHME
Die Antenne bietet zwei Varianten für die Spannungsversorgung
Variante 1: Antenne betrieben mit STB oder Digital-TV (Abb. 3)

1. Befestigen Sie die Antenne wie im Montageabschnitt beschrieben.
2. Verbinden Sie den IEC-Stecker des mitgelieferten Antennen-
kabels mit einer Set-Top-Box oder einem TV-Gerät.
3. Verbinden Sie den F-Stecker des Antennenkabels mit der Antenne. Das Antennenkabel kann auf
Wunschlänge gekürzt und mit beiliegendem F-Stecker erneut montiert werden.
4. Richten Sie die Antenne so aus, dass eine beste Signal-/Bildqualität erreicht wird.
Variante 2: Antenne mit Netzteil betrieben (Diese Installation ist notwendig, wenn es KEINEN DC-
AUSGANG an Ihrer Set-Top-Box oder TV-Gerät gibt.) (Abb. 4)

1. Befolgen Sie die schon genannten Schritte aus Variante 1, aber schalten Sie den beiliegenden
Verstärker zwischen das Antennenkabel und der Set-Top-Box oder TV-Gerät. Hierzu verbinden Sie
das Antennenkabel mit dem “Antenna” Eingang des Verstärkers.
2. Der Ausgang des Verstärkers ist dann mit dem Antenneneingang der Set-Top-Box oder des TV-
Gerätes zu verbinden.
3. Nun ist der Verstärker mit Hilfe des beigelegten Netzteils mit Spannung zu versorgen.

Bitte beachten: Alle Anschlüsse müssen befestigt werden. Es wird empfohlen, eine Wasserschlaufe
in das Kabelende zu legen vor dem Eintrittspunkt in Ihr Haus (wenn das Gerät im Freien montiert wird).
Wenn Sie die Installation abgeschlossen haben, können Sie die Stärke und Qualität des Signals mit
Ihrer Set-Top-Box oder dem TV-Gerät kontrollieren. Ist die Qualität nicht ausreichend für ein gutes Bild,
können Sie die Antenne verschieben, bis Sie die optimale Empfangsposition gefunden haben.

· das Produkt in einwandfreier Originalverpackung verschickt wird,
· die Kaufquittung beigefügt ist.
5. Von der Garantie ausgenommen sind:
· Leuchtmittel
· Verschleißteile
· Transportschäden, sichtbar oder unsichtbar (Reklamationen für solche Schäden müssen umgehend
bei der Transportfirma, Bahn oder Post eingereicht werden.)
· Kratzer in Metallteilen, Frontabdeckungen u.s.w. (Diese Defekte müssen innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach
Kauf direkt bei Ihrem Händler reklamiert werden.)
· Fehler, die durch fehlerhafte Aufstellung, falschen Anschluss, unsachgemäße Bedienung (siehe
Bedienungsanleitung), Beanspruchung oder äußere gewaltsame Einwirkung entstanden sind.
· Unsachgemäß reparierte oder geänderte Geräte, die von anderer Seite als von uns geöffnet wurden.
· Folgeschäden an fremden Geräten
· Kostenerstattung bei Schadensbehebung durch Dritte ohne unser vorheriges Einverständnis.

Scope Vision Outdoor
The Oehlbach Scope Vision Outdoor has been specifically designed for outdoor use and it accom-
modates a low-noise amplifier that has been specially developed for the antenna. This guarantees the
best possible reception of DVB-T2 HD signals. DAB and DAB+ reception is also supported with the aid
of an optional adapter. The antenna is also flexible in terms of its installation and can be mounted on a
mast or a wall, or it can be simply positioned on its base on a horizontal surface. The waterproof and
UV-resistant housing protects the high-quality internal components in adverse weather conditions.
This waterproof and UV-resistant housing makes the Oehlbach Scope Vision Outdoor the perfect DVB-
T2 antenna for outdoor use. Optimum HD reception is guaranteed thanks to an amplifier that has been
specially developed for the antenna.

INSTALLATION
NOTE:
For the best possible reception, please check the following conditions:
1. There is a sufficient distance to sources of interference and large power consumers such as air
conditioning units, lifts, hairdryers, microwave ovens, etc.
2. Installation is as high as possible. In case of digital terrestrial reception: Interruptions between the
antenna and radio tower can cause temporary loss of the signal. These types of interruption can be
reduced by installing the antenna as high as possible.

INSTALLATION
Internal/external wall mounting (Fig. 1)
Step 1. Mark the mounting position with a pen or pencil (use the mounting bar for this purpose).
Step 2. Use the supplied screws to screw the mounting bar to the wall.
You may need to use wall plugs depending on the wall. Use a 6 mm drill bit to drill a hole
approx. 35 mm deep.
Step 3. Secure the antenna to the mounting bar.
Step 4. Connect the antenna cable to the antenna and then run the cable to your set-top box or TV.
Step 5. Proceed as described in the section entitled “INITIAL OPERATION”.
Mounting the mast (Fig. 2)
Step 1. Secure the mounting bar to a suitable mast by using the threaded brackets and wing nuts.
Step 2. Secure the antenna to the mounting bar.
Step 3. Connect the antenna cable to the antenna and then run the cable to your set-top box or TV.
Step 4. Proceed as described in the section entitled “INITIAL OPERATION”.

INITIAL OPERATION
The antenna can be supplied with power in two different ways
Variant 1: Operating the antenna via an STB or digital TV (Fig. 3)

1. Secure the antenna in place as described in the mounting section.
2. Connect the IEC connector of the supplied antenna cable to a set-top box or TV.
3. Connect the F-connector of the antenna cable to the antenna itself. The antenna cable can be
shortened to the required length and reattached with the supplied F-connector.
4. Align the antenna to achieve the best signal/image quality.
Variant 2: Operating the antenna via a power supply unit (this method is necessary if your set-top box
or TV does not have a DC output) (Fig. 4)

1. Follow the steps specified for Variant 1 above, but connect the supplied amplifier between the
antenna cable and your set-top box or TV. When doing this, connect the antenna cable to the
“Antenna” input on the amplifier.
2. Then connect the output of the amplifier to the antenna input on your set-top box or TV.
3. Now connect the amplifier to the supplied power supply unit.

Please note: All connections should be fixed. It is recommended that you establish a water-drop loop
at the end of cable before it enters your home (when mounting the device outdoors).
When you have finished the installation process, you can use your set-top box or TV to check the
strength and quality of the signal. If the quality is not sufficient for a good picture, you can try moving
the antenna until you find the best reception position.
Warranty
Congratulations! Thanks to your intelligent choice you are now the proud owner of an OEHLBACH®

ity. This high quality standard allows us to provide a 2 year warranty for this OEHLBACH® product.
OEHLBACH® products are continuously inspected and checked throughout the entire manufacturing
process. If service is necessary, however, please observe the following:
1.The warranty period starts with the purchase of the product and only applies to the original owner.
2.During the warranty period we will rectify any defects that aredue to faulty material or workmanship
by replacing or repairing the defective part at our discretion. Further claims, and in particular those for
price reduction, cancellation of sale, compensation for damage or subsequent damage, are excluded.
The warranty period is not affected by any work we provide under the warranty.
3.The product should not be tampered with.
4.In the event of a warranty claim please contact your authorised dealer first. Should it prove necessary
to return the product to us, please ensure that
· the product is sent in its original factory packaging in good condition,
· your proof of purchase is enclosed.
5.The following are excluded from the warranty:
· Illuminants
· Wear parts
· Shipping damages, either readily apparent or concealed (claims for such damages must be lodged
immediately with the shipping agent, the railway express office or the post office).
· Scratches in metal components, front panels, etc. (You mustnotify your authorised dealer directly of
such defects within 5 days of purchase).
· Defects caused as a result of incorrect installation, faulty connection, improper operation (see user
manual), overloading or external force.
· Improperly repaired or modified devices that have been opened by a party other than us.
· Subsequent damage to other devices.
· Reimbursement of costs for repairing damage that has been caused by a third party without our prior
conse.

La Oehlbach Scope Vision Outdoor a été spécialement conçue pour une installation en extérieur. Elle
comprend un amplificateur particulièrement silencieux, qui a été spécialement développé pour cette
dernière. Elle garantit ainsi une excellente réception des signaux HD DVB-T2. En utilisant un adaptateur
disponible en option, elle permet également de recevoir les signaux DAB et DAB+. L’installation de
l’antenne est également très flexible. Elle peut se fixer sur un pylône, un mur, ou tout simplement sur
une surface horizontale et plate directement sur son pied. Le boîtier imperméable et résistant aux UV
protège les composants intérieurs de grande qualité des intempéries.
La Oehlbach Scope Vision Outdoor est l’antenne DVB-T2 idéale pour l’extérieur grâce à son boîtier
imperméable et résistant aux UV. Avec son amplificateur spécialement développé, l’antenne garantit
une réception HD optimale.

REMARQUE :
Veuillez contrôler les conditions suivantes pour assurer la meilleure réception possible :
1. Distance suffisante de toute source de perturbation ainsi que de tout appareil consommant beau-
coup d’énergie comme des climatiseurs, des ascenseurs, sèche-cheveux, fours micro-ondes, etc.
2. Montage aussi haut que possible. Pour la réception numérique terrestre : les interruptions entre
l’antenne et la tour émettrice provoquent des pertes de signal temporaires. Ces interruptions
peuvent être réduites en plaçant l’antenne le plus haut possible.

MONTAGE
Montage mural intérieur/extérieur (fig. 1)
Étape 1. Marquez le point de fixation avec un crayon (utilisez la barre de montage).
Étape 2. Utilisez les vis fournies afin de visser la barre de montage au mur.
Selon le matériau du mur, il faut utiliser des chevilles. Les trous doivent avoir une profondeur
d’environ
35 mm et être réalisés avec une mèche de 6 mm.
Étape 3. Fixez l’antenne sur la barre de montage.
Étape 4. Raccorder le câble de l’antenne avec l’antenne et faites courir le câble jusqu’à votre boîtier
décodeur ou votre TV.
Étape 5. Poursuivez l’installation avec l’étape « MISE EN SERVICE ».
Montage sur pylône (fig. 2)
Étape 1. Fixez la barre de montage avec les chapes taraudées et les écrous à ailettes sur un pylône
adapté.
Étape 2. Fixez l’antenne sur la barre de montage
Étape 3. Raccorder le câble de l’antenne avec l’antenne et faites courir le câble jusqu’à votre boîtier
décodeur ou votre TV.
Étape 4. Poursuivez l’installation avec l’étape « MISE EN SERVICE ».

MISE EN SERVICE
L’antenne propose deux variantes d’alimentation électrique
Variante 1 : fonctionnement de l’antenne via boîtier décodeur ou TV numérique (fig. 3)

1. Fixez l’antenne comme décrit dans les étapes de montage.
2. Raccordez le connecteur IEC du câble d’antenne fourni avec un boîtier décodeur ou un téléviseur.
3. Raccordez le connecteur F du câble d’antenne avec l’antenne. Le câble d’antenne peut être rac-
courci à la longueur souhaitée et connecté avec le connecteur F fourni.
4. Orientez l’antenne de manière à atteindre la meilleure qualité de signal/d’image possible.
Variante 2 : fonctionnement de l’antenne via un bloc d’alimentation (cette installation est nécessaire
quand aucune sortie DC n’est disponible sur le boîtier décodeur ou le téléviseur). (fig. 4)

1. Suivez les étapes précédemment décrites pour la variante 1, mais connectez l’amplificateur fourni
entre le câble d’antenne et le boîtier décodeur ou le téléviseur. Pour cela, raccordez le câble
d’antenne avec l’entrée « Antenne » de l’amplificateur.
2. La sortie de l’amplificateur est ainsi raccordée avec l’entrée antenne du boîtier décodeur ou du
téléviseur.
3. Ensuite, il faut mettre sous tension l’amplificateur à l’aide du bloc d’alimentation fourni.

Attention : tous les raccords doivent être fixés. Il est recommandé de réaliser une boucle casse-goutte
à l’extrémité du câble avant le point d’entrée de votre maison (si l’appareil est monté à l’extérieur).
Si vous avez terminé l’installation, vous pouvez contrôler la qualité et la puissance du signal avec votre
boîtier décodeur ou votre téléviseur. Si vous estimez que la qualité n’est pas suffisante pour une bonne
image, vous pouvez déplacer l’antenne jusqu’à atteindre une position optimale pour la réception.

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES
Neem onderstaande instructies in acht om brand, elektrische kortsluiting of schade aan het product te
vermijden:
1. Stel het product niet bloot aan regen of vocht. Plaats geen bekers, vazen of andere containers met
vloeistoffen op het apparaat.

De Oehlbach Scope Vision Outdoor is speciaal ontwikkeld voor plaatsing buitenshuis en bevat een
bijzonder ruisarme versterker die speciaal voor deze antenne is ontwikkeld. Daarmee wordt de beste
ontvangst van DVB-T2 HD-signalen gegarandeerd. Met behulp van een optioneel leverbare adapter is
echter ook DAB en DAB+ ontvangst mogelijk. Ook bij de plaatsing laat de antenne zijn flexibele kant
zien: hij kan aan een mast, aan de wand, of simpelweg met het voetstuk op een horizontaal oppervlak
worden geplaatst. De waterdichte en UV-bestendige behuizing beschermt de hoogwaardige componen-
ten tegen slechts weersomstandigheden.
De Oehlbach Scope Vision Outdoor is met zijn waterdichte en UV-bestendige behuizing de perfecte

INSTALLATIE
LET OP:
Houd bij de installatie rekening met de volgende factoren voor optimale ontvangst:
1. Zorg voor voldoende afstand van storingsbronnen en apparaten die veel stroom verbruiken, zoals
airconditioner, lift, föhn, magnetron e.d.
2. Monteer de antenne zo hoog mogelijk. Bij ontvangst van terrestrische digitale signalen: Onder-
brekingen tussen antenne en zendtoren kunnen van tijd tot tijd leiden tot signaalverlies. Dergelijke
onderbrekingen kunt u verminderen door de antenne zo hoog mogelijk te installeren.

MONTAGE
Montage aan binnen-/buitenwand (afb. 1)
Stap 1: Houd de montagestaaf op de plek waar u de antenne wilt monteren en teken de gaten voor de
schroeven af met een potlood.
Stap 2: Bevestig de montagestaaf aan de wand met de meegeleverde schroeven.
Afhankelijk van het materiaal waaruit de wand bestaat, moet u misschien wandpluggen
gebruiken. Boor in dat geval met een 6 mm-boor gaten van ongeveer 35 mm diep.
Stap 3: Bevestig de antenne aan de montagestaaf.
Stap 4: Sluit de antennekabel aan op de antenne en leid hem door naar uw settopbox of direct naar
uw tv-apparaat.
Stap 5: Ga verder met de instructies in de paragraaf “INGEBRUIKNAME”.
Montage aan een mast (afb. 2)
Stap 1: Bevestig de montagestaaf met de draadbeugels en vleugelmoeren aan een daarvoor geschikte
mast.
Stap 2: Bevestig de antenne aan de montagestaaf.
Stap 3: Sluit de antennekabel aan op de antenne en leid hem door naar uw settopbox of direct naar
uw tv-apparaat.
Stap 4: Ga verder met de instructies in de paragraaf “INGEBRUIKNAME”.
