ご使用になる前に必ずこの取扱説明書をよくお読みください。
この取扱説明書は必ず保管してください。

Please read through this brochure prior to use
and keep at hand thereafter for future reference.
この取扱説明書にはミストキャッチについての安全に関する注意・取付方法・運転・メンテナンスについての一般的指示を記
載していますが、記載されている内容が安全に対して全てカバーできるとは限らない事を理解してください。また、安全に対
して守るべき注意・確認は自分自身であり、何よりも大切なことは『常識を必ず働かせること』です。
This brochure contains general instructions for safety handling, installation, operation and maintenance of MISTCATCH.
However, please understand that they may not cover all possible contingencies. Always keep in mind that the most
important thing is to use the common sense and everybody who uses this product has to check and secure safety on its
own responsibility.

■安全に関するご注意 Safety precautions
・この商品は、機械や装置から発生されたオイルミストを捕集し、工場内のより良い環境をつくることを目的
として開発されたものです。本来の目的以外には、絶対使用しないでください。
This product has been developed aiming at creating better factory environment by collecting
oil mist generated from machinery and various devices. Never use it for any other purposes
than original intention.
・取扱説明書に示した注意事項は、安全に関する重大な内容を記載していますので必ず守ってください。
All the safety instructions written herein include very important matters for safety and therefore
have to be observed without fail. The marks and the symbols in this manual have the meanings
as described below.

危険 Danger
ミストキャッチは、各種工作機械の加工時及び製造工程に発生する一般的な水溶性オイルミスト・油性
オイルミストの吸引捕集を目的としているため、次のものは絶対に吸引させないでください。
Please ensure that the following substances are not allowed to enter into MISTCATCH since it aims to
inhale common water-soluble and oil-based oil mist generated during production process of various
kinds of machine tools.
・火種、工作機械加工時に発生する火花や火の粉。
Ignition sources and fire sparks generated in production.
・ガソリン・シンナー・ベンジン・灯油・有機溶剤等の引火性物質、及び引火点 70℃以下の油・洗浄液。
Flammable substances such as gasoline, thinner, benzine, kerosene, organic solvent as well as oil
and cleaning liquid with an ignition point 70℃ or below.
・アルミニウム、マグネシウム、チタン等の爆発性物質や、それらが付着混在した物体等。
Explosive substances such as aluminium , magnesium and titan as well as materials
ridden with those substances.
・可燃性の液体・ミストや、可燃性物質が付着混在した物体等。
Flammable liquid, mist and materials ridden with these substances.
・腐食性・粘着性の物質や有害ガスまたは非常性のものが多く含まれる気体等。
Corrosive and adhesive substances and hazardous gas or air with a lot of unusual matters.
・多量の粉塵、切削粉等。
Excessive amount of dust and cutting powder.
・50℃を超える温度の空気。
Hot air exceeding 50℃.
・多量の液体。
Liquid in plenty.
・金属の著しい錆や樹脂の著しい劣化をまねく物質等。
Substances which accelerate rusting of metals or aging of plastics.
→火災、破損、漏電の原因になります。
Failure to the above may cause fire, breakage or electric leak.
取付場所の環境は、塩素系ガス・硫酸系ガス・フッ素ガス・シュウ酸・キシレン・四塩化メチル等、
腐食性の雰囲気がある場所では使用できません。
This product can not be used in a atmosphere containing corrosive substances such as gaseous
chlorine, sulfuric acid, fluorine gas, oxalic acid, xylene, methyl tetrachloride and the like.
→破損、漏電の原因になります。
Failure to this may result in breakdown of the product or short circuits.
端子ボックスカバーを取り外した状態で運転しないでください。
Do not operate MISTCATCH when the terminal board of its motor is uncovered.
→感電、漏電の原因になります。
Failure to this may cause an electrical shock or a short circuit.
この取扱説明書の内容を全て読み、正しい方法で使用してください。
正しい方法で使用されない場合は、機器の持つ保護性能が損なわれ、事故、破損の原因となります。
Please read all the contents of this manual for proper usage. Improper usage can damage protection
performance and lead to an accident or breakage of the product.
運転中は絶対にモータに触れないでください。
また、ターボファン回転部に指や異物を入れないでください。
Never touch the motor while MISTCATCH is in operation. Fingers or any foreign matters should
be kept away from the rotating part of Turbo fan.
→ケガの原因になります。
Failure to this may result in injury.

注意 Caution
屋外及び高度 2000m 以上の場所での使用はできません。
This product is not designed for using outdoor or at highland over 2000 meter altitude.
振動・衝撃等のある場所では、使用できません。
The site of use should be free from stress such as vibration or impacts.
ミストキャッチが納入された時、その梱包状態が損傷していない事を確認してください。
Check that the package is not damaged when delivered.
→梱包の損傷はミストキャッチの寿命低下、異音、故障の原因につながります。
Any sign of damages may lead to short life, noise and/or malfunction of the product.
周囲温度が 0℃～+40℃で、周囲湿度が 85%RH 以下（非結露）の範囲で必ず使用してください。
Working environment should be within the temperature range from 0 to 40℃ with humidity
less than 85%RH, free from condensation.
機械や架台等に設置された状態での運搬は絶対にしないでください。
また、運搬する場合、衝撃・振動・ムリな荷重は加えないでください。
Never transport MISTCATCH with being mounted on a machine, a mounting stand and the like.
Shocks, vibrations and excessive load should be avoided during transportation.
→寿命の低下、異音、破損の原因になります。
Failure to the above may lead to breakdown, noise problem or shorter lifetime of the product.
排気口付近には精密機器などを配置しないでください。
→細かな粒子のオイルミストがかかり、装置の故障の原因になります。
Precision equipment should not be arranged near the air outlet to protect them from fine
particles flown out from MISTCATCH.

■設置方法 Installation
注意 Caution
ミストキャッチは必ず上下を確認して、水平、垂直（±２°）に取付けてください。
→ドレンの排出がスムーズに行われず、外に撒き散らす可能性があります。
Place the MISTCATCH right side up and fix it perpendicularly
and horizontally within a tolerance of ±2° as shown right.
- Failure to this may lead to scattering of water due to poor drainage.
保守、点検及び円滑な空気循環のために周囲に５００ｍｍ以上の空間を確保してください。
Keep at least 500mm or more space around a MISTCATCH in order to assure good ventilation and easy
access for maintenance service.
吸引口がオイルミストの発生源に近い場合は、衝突板などを設けて、
多量のオイルミストや切り屑を吸引しないようにしてください。
→多量のオイルミストを吸引すると、外に撒き散らす可能性があります。
Where the suction port is close to a mist source, provide
a collision plate or other protective measures
against inhaling excessive amount of oil mist or machining swarf.
- Over-inhaling may cause scattering of oil.
粒子径の小さいオイルミスト（油性オイルミストなど）を吸引する場合はミストキャッチ内部で捕集しきれず、
排気口よりミストが吹き出してしまう可能性があるため、アフターフィルタ（別売り）をご使用ください。
For inhaling extra fine particles like water-insoluble mist, use of the optional After Filter is recommended
for prevention of possible blow-off of untrapped particles.

１．設置 Set up
①ミストキャッチを置く場所に下図を参考に取付穴の加工をします。
Drill the mounting holes referring to the drawings below.
②付属のＭ８防振ゴム４個を使用して本体を設置します。防振ゴムは締め付けすぎないよう注意してください。
Fit the unit with using the enclosed 4pieces of M8 Anti-vibration rubbers. Be careful not to over tighten the
anti-vibration rubbers.
③吸引する場所に取付穴加工をして、付属のダクトフランジを取り付けます。
Drill the mounting holes to fit the enclosed duct flange.
④ダクトホースを接続し、付属の締付バンドにて固定します。
Connect the duct hose and fix it with the fixing band.

注意 Caution
・ミストキャッチへの吸い込み配管は、液のたまりがないように最短距離となるように設置してください。
Ductwork to the suction port should be made by the most direct way so as to avoid liquid pooling.
⑤ドレンパイプに付属のドレンホースを配管してください。
Connect the drain hose to the drain pipe.
注意 Caution
・ドレンホースは押し潰したり、巻いたりしないで必ず直線で円滑に排出できるよう取り付けてください。
For assuring smooth drainage, route the hose straight downward without flattening or rolling.
→ドレンの排出がスムーズに行われず、外に撒き散らす可能性があります。
Faulty drainage may be a cause of scattering.
・ドレンとともに高速の風が吹き出しますので、ドレンホースを液に漬けない様に配管してください。
Do not submerge the hose end in the tank.

２．電源配線 Wiring
危険 Danger
・電源への接続工事および修理は、必ずその専門の業者にお任せください。
Wiring connection should be done only by qualified personnel.
・漏電による感電防止のため、アース線は必ず接地してください。
Ground the wire without fail using a ground wire.
・電源は必ず銘板に表示してある定格電圧を使用してください。
Ensure that the supply voltage is as specified on the rating plate.
・電源取入れ口には、必ず適切なブレーカを介してください。
Electrical connection should be made via an appropriate circuit breaker.
①端子ボックスのカバーを外します。
Uncover the terminal box.
②キャプコンの締付キャップを緩めて電線を通します。(適合電線径φ１１～１３)
Loosen the dome nut of the cord grip (CAPCON) to let the cable
pass through. Use cables of 11mm to 13mm diameter.
③端子台に適正締付けトルクで配線します。
適正締付けトルクは１.４Ｎ・ｍ（１４ｋｇｆ・ｃｍ）です。
Make wiring with an appropriate tightening torque (1.4N•m).
注意 電源配線は、Ｒ相Ｓ相Ｔ相アースを確実に配線してください。
配線を間違えますと、モータが正しく動作しません。
配線後、モータが正しい方向で回転している事を確認してください。
（モータの正しい回転方向は、本体に貼られている矢印シールの方向です。）
Caution! Pay attention to connect each cable to the right place.
Motor will not properly work if wrongly wired. Make sure
that rotation of motor is as indicated by an arrow on the MISTCATCH.
④キャプコンの締付キャップを締めて電線を固定します。
Tighten the cable gland CAPCON to fix the cables.
⑤端子ボックスのカバーを取り付けます。
Put the cover on the terminal box.
３．オプション品の取り付け Attachment of option
(1)チップセパレータの取り付け方法 Chip separator
①ノブを緩めて、吸気口カバーを取り外します。
Loosen the knob to remove the suction port cover.
②チップセパレータをノブ（ＯＭＣ－Ｆ１０５Ａ、ＯＭＣ－Ｆ１１０Ａは４箇所、ＯＭＣ－Ｆ１２０Ａは６箇所）で
固定します。その際、ドレンパイプが下向きになるように向きに注意してください。
Secure the Chip separator with the knobs. (4 knob for OMC-F105A, F110A and 6 for OMC-F120A)
Pay attention so the drain pipe is directed downward.
③ドレンパイプにドレンホースを配管します。ドレンホースの先端は液封してください。
Connect the drain hose the drain pipe. The hose end should be liquid-sealed.
(２)アフターフィルタの取り付け方法 After Filter
アフターフィルタに付属の取扱説明書を参考に取り付けてください。
Attach the After Filter referring to the instruction manual provided with the product.

■運転 Operation
１．運転方法 Operation
①電源を入れます。通電と同時に運転を開始します。
Turn power on.
②送風が行われていることを確認します。（音、排気口に手かざし等）
Make sure that air blows from the exhaust port by noise or by holding up hand over the port.
２．風量インジケータの確認方法 How to see the indication
風量表示ラインは、吸引風量が最大に近いほど、緑色の位置を示し、吸引風量が低下すると赤色の位置に近づい
ていきます。風量表示ラインの示す位置に参考に、メンテナンスを行ってください。
The pointer is positioned in the green zone when the suction air volume is high and moves toward the red zone
as the air volume decreases. Carry out maintenance work referring to the indication.

注意 Caution
風量インジケータは最大風量を基準に設定してあります。
アフターフィルタを設置した場合や、ダクトホースの引き回し条件によっては、
風量低下が起きるため、初期状態で風量表示ラインが最大風量にならない場合があります。
The air volume indicator shows the maximum level at the initial state.
However, depending on the condition of installation, like attachment of an after filter or the
length or routing of duct hose, it may not show the maximum level even in the initial state.
■メンテナンス Maintenance
注意 Caution
・メンテナンス作業を行う場合は、必ず電源を切り、モータの回転が停止したことを確認して
作業を行ってください。
Turn off power and make sure that the motor has been completely stopped before starting
maintenance work.
→けが、破損の原因になります。
Failure to this may be a cause of injury or breakdown of the unit.
・モータのフレームは高温になりますので、素手でさわらないでください。
Motor frame can be very hot. Do not touch it with bare hands.
・電源ケーブルを無理に引っ張ったり、曲げたり、はさみ込んだりしないでください。
Do not pull the power cable by force. Pay attention not to bend or tuck the cable.
・１～３ヶ月に１回程度フィルタの汚れ具合を確認して、汚れがひどい場合には洗浄または
交換を行ってください。
Check for dirt every month or at least quarterly basis. When excessive dirt is found, carry out cleaning
or replacement.
・吸引力が低下した場合には、フィルタのメンテナンスを行ってください。
Carry out maintenance service at any time when suction power has declined.

Note: In case any trouble occurred during operation, turn off power immediately and contact the supplier.
●フィルタ交換方法 Replacement of Filter
※フィルタは１～２回程度は洗って再利用することが可能です。
Filter is washable and reusable a couple of times.
１．二次フィルタ、三次フィルタの交換 Secondary and Tertiary filters
①排気口カバーを固定しているノブを外し、排気口カバーと三次フィルタを取り外します。
Loosen the knob the exhaust port cover to remove the cover and the Tertiary filter.
②さらに奥にある二次フィルタを３枚取り外します。
Then remove the Secondary filter consisting of three filters behind them.
③フィルタを洗浄又は交換し、逆の手順で取り付けます。
Clean or replace the filters and reassemble in the reverse order.
２．一次フィルタの交換 Primary filter
①吸気口に接続されているダクトホースを取り外してください。
Disconnect the duct hose from the suction port.
②吸気口の奥に円形フィルタがネジで固定されているので、ネジを外し、一次フィルタを取り出して
交換してください。
Unscrew the round Primary filter inside to remove it.
③フィルタを洗浄又は交換し、逆の手順で取り付けます。
Clean or replace the filter and reassemble.

●モータ交換方法 Motor replacement
①端子ボックスのカバーを開け、端子台からモータに接続されている電線を取り外します。
Uncover the terminal box to disconnect the wire connected to the motor.
②排気口カバーを固定しているノブを外し、排気口カバーと三次フィルタを取り外します。
Loosen the knob of the exhaust port cover to remove the cover and the Tertiary filter.
③さらに奥にある二次フィルタを３枚取り外します。
Then remove the Secondary filter consisting of three filters behind them.
④吸気口カバーを固定しているノブを外し、吸気口カバーを取り外します。
Loosen the knob of the suction port cover to remove the cover.
⑤ターボファンを固定しているボルトを２本外し、ターボファンを取り外します。
Unscrew the 2 bolts from the turbo fan to remove it.
⑥モータを固定しているボルトを緩めて、モータを取り外します。
Loosen the bolts that fixes the motor to remove the motor.
⑦新しいモータを取り付けます。
Attach a new motor.
⑧付属の新しいターボファンをモータに固定します。
Attach the new turbo fan supplied to motor shaft.
⑨モータの電線を端子台に固定します。その際、電線を通した穴にシーリング処理を施してください。
Connect the motor cable to the terminal box. Seal the cable hole of the housing.
⑩フィルタ、及び吸気口カバー、排気口カバーをそれぞれ取り付けます。
Put the filters, suction and exhaust port covers back.
注意 吸気口カバーは矢印シールが上になるように固定してください。
Note: Place the suction port cover so the arrow sticker is shown on top.
●チップセパレータのメンテナンス方法 Chip separator maintenance
①チップセパレータの上下のクランプを緩めて、フタを取り外します。
Loosen the clamps on top and bottom of the Chip separator to
remove the lid.
②チップセパレータ内部に入っているフィルタを取り出します。
Take out the filter from inside the Chip separator.
③チップセパレータ内部に溜まっている切削粉等を清掃します。
Clean the Chip separator interior of cutting ships and swarf.
④フィルタを洗浄又は交換して、チップセパレータ内に設置します。
Clean or replace the filter and attach it to the original place in
the Chip separator.
⑤フタを元通りに取り付けます。
Reattach the Lid.
●アフターフィルタのメンテナンス方法 After filter maintenance
アフターフィルタに付属の取扱説明書を参考に交換してください。
Replace the After filter referring to the enclosed instruction manual.
●廃棄するときの注意 Waste disposal
ミストキャッチは主に下表の部品により構成されています。廃棄する際は各地方自治体の条例等に従って、
各部品の材質にあった適切な処分をお願いします。
