この取扱説明書は必ず保管してください。

この取扱説明書にはミストキャッチについての安全に関する注意・取付方法・運転・メンテナンスについての一般的指示を記
載していますが、記載されている内容が安全に対して全てカバーできるとは限らない事を理解してください。また、安全に対
して守るべき注意・確認は自分自身であり、何よりも大切なことは『常識を必ず働かせること』です。
This brochure contains general instructions for safety handling, installation, operation and maintenance of MISTCATCH.
However, please understand that they may not cover all possible contingencies. Always keep in mind that the most
important thing is to use the common sense and everybody who uses this product has to check and secure safety on its
own responsibility.

■安全に関するご注意 Safety precautions
・この商品は、機械や装置から発生されたオイルミストを捕集し、工場内のより良い環境をつくることを目的
として開発されたものです。本来の目的以外には、絶対使用しないでください。
This product has been developed aiming at creating better factory environment by collecting
oil mist generated from machinery and various devices. Never use it for any other purposes
than original intention.
・取扱説明書に示した注意事項は、安全に関する重大な内容を記載していますので必ず守ってください。
All the safety instructions written herein include very important matters for safety and therefore
have to be observed without fail. The marks and the symbols in this manual have the meanings
as described below.

危険 Danger
ミストキャッチは、各種工作機械の加工時及び製造工程に発生する一般的な水溶性オイルミスト・油性
オイルミストの吸引捕集を目的としているため、次のものは絶対に吸引させないでください。
Please ensure that the following substances are not allowed to enter into MISTCATCH since it aims to
inhale common water-soluble and oil-based oil mist generated during production process of various
kinds of machine tools.
・火種、工作機械加工時に発生する火花や火の粉。
Ignition sources and fire sparks generated in production.
・ガソリン・シンナー・ベンジン・灯油・有機溶剤等の引火性物質、及び引火点 80℃以下の油・洗浄液。
Flammable substances such as gasoline, thinner, benzine, kerosene, organic solvent as well as oil
and cleaning liquid with an ignition point 80 ℃or below.
・アルミニウム、マグネシウム、チタン等の爆発性物質や、それらが付着混在した物体等。
Explosive substances such as aluminium, magnesium and titan as well as materials
ridden with those substances.
・可燃性の液体・ミストや、可燃性物質が付着混在した物体等。
Flammable liquid, mist and materials ridden with these substances.
・腐食性・粘着性の物質や有害ガスまたは非常性のものが多く含まれる気体等。
Corrosive and adhesive substances and hazardous gas or air with a lot of unusual matters.
・多量の粉塵、切削粉等。
Excessive amount of dust and cutting powder.
・80℃を超える温度の空気。
Hot air exceeding 80 ℃.
・多量の液体。
Liquid in plenty.
・金属の著しい錆や樹脂の著しい劣化をまねく物質等。
Substances which accelerate rusting of metals or aging of plastics.
→火災、破損、漏電の原因になります。
Failure to the above may cause fire, breakage or electric leak.
取付場所の環境は、塩素系ガス・硫酸系ガス・フッ素ガス・シュウ酸・キシレン・四塩化メチル等、
腐食性の雰囲気がある場所では使用できません。
This product can not be used in an atmosphere containing corrosive substances such as gaseous
chlorine, sulfuric acid, fluorine gas, oxalic acid, xylene, methyl tetrachloride and the like.
→破損、漏電の原因になります。
Failure to this may result in breakdown of the product or short circuits.
本体の改造・修理は絶対にしないでください。また、修理をする場合にはメーカにご相談ください。
Never tamper or repair the unit by yourself. Please consult your local supplier for repairing.
→けが、破損の原因になります。
Improper tampering or repairing may be a cause of injury or breakdown.
端子ボックスカバーを取り外した状態で運転しないでください。
Do not operate MISTCATCH when the terminal board of its motor is uncovered.
→感電、漏電の原因になります。
Failure to this may cause an electrical shock or a short circuit.
この取扱説明書の内容を全て読み、正しい方法で使用してください。
正しい方法で使用されない場合は、機器の持つ保護性能が損なわれ、事故、破損の原因となります。
Please read all the contents of this manual for proper usage. Improper usage can damage protection
performance and lead to an accident or breakage of the product.
運転中は絶対にモータに触れないでください。
また、ターボファン回転部に指や異物を入れないでください。
Never touch the motor while MISTCATCH is in operation. Fingers or any foreign matters should
be kept away from the rotating part of Turbo fan.
→ケガの原因になります。
Failure to this may result in injury.

注意 Caution
屋外及び高度 1000m 以上の場所での使用はできません。
This product is not designed for using outdoor or at highland over 1000 meter altitude.
振動・衝撃等のある場所では、使用できません。
The site of use should be free from stress such as vibration or impacts.
ミストキャッチが納入された時、その梱包状態が損傷していない事を確認してください。
Check that the package is not damaged when delivered.
→梱包の損傷はミストキャッチの寿命低下、異音、故障の原因につながります。
Any sign of damages may lead to short life, noise and/or malfunction of the product.
周囲温度が 0℃～+40℃で、周囲湿度が 85%RH 以下（非結露）の範囲で必ず使用してください。
Working environment should be within the temperature range from 0 to 40 ℃with humidity
less than 85%RH, free from condensation.
機械や架台等に設置された状態での運搬は絶対にしないでください。
また、運搬する場合、衝撃・振動・ムリな荷重は加えないでください。
→寿命の低下、異音、破損の原因になります。
Never transport MISTCATCH with being mounted on a machine, a mounting stand and the like.
Shocks, vibrations and excessive load should be avoided during transportation.
Failure to the above may lead to breakdown, noise problem or shorter lifetime of the product.
排気口付近には精密機器などを配置しないでください。
→細かな粒子のオイルミストがかかり、装置の故障の原因になります。
Precision equipment should not be arranged near the air outlet to protect them from fine
particles flown out from MISTCATCH.

■設置方法 Installation
注意 Caution
ミストキャッチは必ず上下を確認して、水平、垂直（±2°）に取付けてください。
Place the MISTCATCH right side up and fix it perpendicularly and
horizontally within a tolerance of ±2° as shown right.
→ドレンの排出がスムーズに行われず、外に撒き散らす可能性があります。
Failure to this may lead to scattering of water due to poor drainage.
メンテナンス及び円滑な空気循環のために下図のように空間を確保してください。
Keep enough space around a MISTCATCH as shown below in order to assure good ventilation and
easy access for maintenance.
吸引口がオイルミストの発生源に近い場合は、衝突板などを設けて、
多量のオイルミストや切り屑を吸引しないようにしてください。
Where the suction port is close to a oil mist source, provide
a collision plate or other protective measures against inhaling
excessive amount of oil mist and/or machining swarf.
→多量のオイルミストを吸引すると、外に撒き散らす可能性があります。
Over-inhaling may cause scattering of oil.
粒子径の小さいオイルミスト（油性オイルミストなど）を吸引する場合はミストキャッチ内部で捕集しきれず、
排気口よりオイルミストが吹き出してしまう可能性があるため、アフターフィルタ（別売り）をご使用ください。
For inhaling extra fine particles like water-insoluble mist, use of the optional After filter is recommended
for prevention of possible blow-off of untrapped particles.

１．設置 Set up
①ミストキャッチを置く場所に下図を参考に取付穴の加工をしてください。
Drill the mounting holes referring to the drawings below.
②本体を吊り上げて設置する場合には、本体のアイボルトを使用して吊り上げてください。
OMC-N205/-N205：モータ側 1点、OMC-N210/-N210H、OMC-N215/-N215H、OMC-N225/-N225H：2点
For hanging installation, use the eyebolts provided with the MISTCATCH.
OMC-N205/-N205 has 1 eyebolt on the motor side.
OMC-N210/-N210H, OMC-N215/-N215H and OMC-N225/-N225H have two eyebolts respectively.
注意 吊り上げ作業は玉掛け、クレーンの有資格者が作業してください。
Caution Slinging and craning works should be done only by qualified personnel.
③付属の M8 防振ゴム 4個を使用して本体を設置します。防振ゴムは締め付けすぎないよう注意してください。
Install the unit using the supplied 4 pieces of M8 anti-vibration rubber Pay attention not to tighten
the anti-vibration rubber too much.
④ダクトホースをミストキャッチに接続してください。
配管の継ぎ目より漏れが発生する可能性がある場合にはシーリング処理を施してください。
Connect the duct hose to MISTCATCH.
If there is a risk of leak, seal around the joint part.

注意 Caution
ミストキャッチへの吸い込み配管は、液のたまりがないように最短距離となるように設置してください。
The suctioning duct should take the shortest way so as to avoid a liquid pool.
⑤ドレンパイプに付属のドレンホース、ホースバンドで配管してください。
ドレンパイプは Rp3/4 インチのソケットになっています。必要に応じて、ホースニップル、配管等を接続する
ことができます。
Make connections with the enclosed drain hoses and hose bands.
The drain pipe is provided with Rp3/4”socket. Connect a hose nipple or a pipe as necessary.
⑥付属のメンテナンスシールをミストキャッチの見易い場所に貼り付けてください。
Affix the enclosed Maintenance Sticker to wherever readily visible on the MISTCATCH.
注意 Caution
・ドレンホースの先端は液封してください。
Submerge the open end of the drain hose in a tank.
・ドレンホースは押し潰さないように、必ず円滑に排出できるよう取付けてください。
→ドレンの排出がスムーズに行われず、外に撒き散らす可能性があります。
For assuring smooth drainage, avoid flattening out the drain hose.
Faulty drainage may be a cause of scattering of drainage.
・ドレンホースは油が円滑に排出されるように、ドレン排出口の位置から下になるようにしてください。
→装置内部に油が溜まり、油を撒き散らす恐れがあります。
To prevent pooling of oil inside which can result in scattering, direct the drain hose to be
lower than the drain discharge port for smooth oil drainage.
・液面からドレン排出口までの高さが 400mm 以上になるようにしてください。
→400mm 以下の場合は、回収容器から液体を吸い上げてしまう可能性があります。
The distance between the liquid surface and the drain port should be at least 400mm.
Or, liquid in the recovery tank may be sucked up.

２．電源配線 Wiring
危険 Danger
電源への接続工事および修理は、必ずその専門の業者にお任せください。
Wiring connection should be done only by qualified personnel.
漏電による感電防止のため、アース線は必ず接地してください。
Ground the wire without fail for prevention of electrical shock.
電源は必ず銘板に表示してある定格電圧を使用してください。（電圧公差±10%）
Ensure that the supply voltage is as specified on the rating plate within ±10%.
電源取入れ口には、必ず適切なブレーカを介してください。
Electrical connection should be done via an appropriate circuit breaker.

ブレーカは必ず機器の近くに設置してください。
また、ブレーカの動作が困難になるような機器配置はしないようにしてください。
Position the circuit breaker near the MISTCATCH.
Make sure that the breaker’s action is not interrupted by other equipment.
電源にインバータを接続して使用しないでください。故障の原因となります。
Do not connect an inverter to the power source. Failure to this may lead to breakdown of the product.
①モータの端子台カバーを外して下さい。
Uncover the terminal board of the motor.
②キャプコンの締付キャップを緩めて電線を通して下さい。(適合電線径φ11～13)
Loosen the dome nut of the cable gland (CAPCON) to let the cable pass through. Use cables of 11mm to
13mm diameter.
③端子台に標準締付けトルクで確実に配線して下さい。
標準締付けトルクは 1.4N･m（14kgf･cm）です。
Connect the cables to the terminals. Recommended tightening torque is 1.4 N・m (14kgf・cm).
注意 電源配線は、R相S相T相を確実に配線して下さい。
配線を間違えますと、モータが正しく動作しません。
配線後、モータが正しい方向で回転している事を確認して下さい。
モータの正しい回転方向は、モータに貼られている矢印シールの方向で確認して下さい。
Caution Connect each cable to R, S and T phases properly. Improper wiring will lead to malfunction
of motor.
After completion of wiring, make sure that the motor rotates to the right direction.
The direction of motor rotation is indicated by the arrow sticker on the motor.
④締付キャップを締めて電線を固定して下さい。
Tighten the dome nut of the cord grip to fix the cables.
⑤モータの端子台カバーを取付けて下さい。
Fit the cover on the terminal board of motor.

３．オプション品の取付け Attachment of option
（１）エルボフランジ Elbow flange
①本体に取付いているダクトフランジを取り外してください。
Unscrew and detach the duct flange from the unit.
②ダクトフランジを固定していたねじ 4本でエルボフランジを固定してください。その際、油が漏れないように
コーキング剤等を使用して、エルボフランジの取付面にシール処理を行ってください。
Fix the elbow flange using the screws removed in the above. For prevention of oil leak, apply caulking
agent to the elbow flange mounting surface for sealing.
（２）排気ダクトフランジ Exhaust duct flange
排気ダクトフランジに付属している M8 ボルトを使用して本体の排気口に取付けてください。
Fix the Exhaust duct mounting adapter with the exhaust port of the MISTCATCH using the enclosed M8 bolts.
（３）水飛散防止ユニット Water scatter prevention unit
水飛散防止ユニットに付属している M8 ボルトを使用して本体の排気口に取付けてください。
Fix the Water scatter prevention unit with the exhaust port of the MISTCATCH using the enclosed M8 bolts.

（４）アフターフィルタ After filter
●OMC-N205/-N205H の場合
For OMC-N205/-N205H
①アフターフィルタ上部の蝶ナットを緩めて、防水ワッシャ、フィルタを取り外してください。
Loosen the Wingnut to detach the Watertight washer and the Filter.
②アフターフィルタに付属している M8 皿ボルトを使用して本体の排気口に下カバーを取付けてください。
Fix the Bottom cover to the exhaust port of the MISTCATCH using the enclosed M8 countersunk bolts.
③フィルタ、防水ワッシャを取付け、蝶ナットで固定してください。
Attach the Filter and the Watertight washer and tighten the Wingnut to fix them.
●OMC-N210/-N210H、OMC-N215/-N215H、OMC-N225/-N225H の場合
For OMC-N210/-N210H、OMC-N215/-N215H and OMC-N225/-N225H
アフターフィルタに付属している M8 ボルトを使用して本体の排気口に取付けてください。
Fix the After filter to the exhaust port of the MISTCATCH using the enclosed M8 bolts.

■運転方法 Operation
注意 Caution
点検扉や捕集ユニットを取り外した状態での連続運転は絶対にしないでください。
Never make MISTCATCH run continuously without fitting the Access Door and/or
the Collection Unit.
過度な ON/OFF を繰り返す運転はしないでください。
Avoid frequent ON/OFF switching.
→寿命低下、破損の原因となります。
Failure to this may lead to damage or short life of the product.
連続運転する前に、必ず回転方向の確認を行ってください。
Before starting continuous run, check the rotating direction without fail.
→逆回転で連続運転した場合は寿命低下、破損の原因となります。
Continuous running to the wrong direction will lead to damage or short life of the product.
１．運転する前に Before starting operation
①電源を ON にして、すぐに OFF にしてください。
Turn power on and then off immediately.
②モータの回転方向がモータに貼られている矢印シールと同じであることを確認してください。
回転方向が反対の場合には、電源の R相と S相を入れ替えてください。
Ensure that the direction of motor rotation is same as shown in the arrow direction on the motor.
In case it rotates to the opposite direction, exchange R and S of the power supply.
２．運転 Operation
①電源を入れてください。
Turn power on.
②排気口から風が出ることを確認してください。
Make sure that air blows from the exhaust port.
注意 排気口から風が出ない場合には、ダクトホース内や捕集ユニットに詰まりがないか
確認してください。
Caution In case of poor airflow, check for clogging in the duct hose and the collection unit.

■メンテナンス Maintenance
注意 Caution
メンテナンス作業を行う場合は、必ず電源を切り、モータの回転が停止したことを確認してから
作業を行ってください。
Turn off power and make sure that the motor has completely stopped before starting
maintenance work.
→けが、破損の原因になります。
Failure to this may be a cause of injury or breakdown of the unit.
メンテナンスをする際には手袋などをして、ケガを防止してください。
Put on groves to protect your hands.
モータのフレームは高温になりますので、素手でさわらないでください。
Motor frame can be very hot. Do not touch it with bare hands.
1～3ヶ月に 1回程度捕集ユニット、整風デミスタ、装置内部の汚れ具合を確認して、
汚れがひどい場合には洗浄または交換を行ってください。
Check for dirt of Collection unit, Rectification demister and housing interior every month or
at least quarterly basis. When excessive dirt is found, carry out cleaning or replacement.

・使用中に異常が生じた時には、使用するのをやめ、電源をＯＦＦにしてメーカにご連絡ください。
その際、異常の内容とシリアルナンバーをお伝えください。
In case any trouble occurred during operation, turn off power immediately and contact the supplier.
Please provide information on the details of the problem with the serial number of the product when
you contact them.

２．捕集ユニットの洗浄 Cleaning of Collection unit
吸い込みが少なった場合は、捕集ユニットが目詰まりしている可能性がありますので、捕集ユニットを取り外して
汚れ具合を確認してください。汚れがひどいときは洗浄してください。
If suction power is decreased, the Collection unit is possibly clogged.
Detach the Collection unit to check for dirt and clean it in case excessive dirt is found.
①点検扉を固定しているねじ及びキャッチクリップ 2箇所を外して、点検扉を開けてください。
（左右どちらか開放しやすい側で構いません）
点検扉は開けてから上に引っ張ることにより外すことができます。
Remove the screw and unlock the two draw latches to open one of the Access doors whichever easy to open.
Access door can be detached by pulling it up once opened.
②捕集ユニットを固定している 4箇所のロックを 90°回転して外し、捕集ユニットを取り外してください。
Turn the four locks for Collection unit by 90 degrees to remove and then take out the Collection unit.
③捕集ユニットをエアブローや、ブラシなどを使用して洗浄してください。
汚れが落ちにくい場合には、洗浄液に漬け置きしてください。
Clean the Collection unit by means of compressed air or a brush. For heavy dirt, steep the unit in a washing
liquid for some time.
④捕集ユニットを取付ける時には八角形のガイドに合わせて設置し、ロックを 4箇所固定してください。

３．整風デミスタの洗浄（OMC-N215/-N215H，OMC-N225/-N225H のみ）
Cleaning of Rectification demister (For OMC-N215/-N215H and OMC-N225/-N225H only)
吸い込みが少なくなった場合は、整風デミスタが目詰まりしている可能性がありますので、整風デミスタを取り外して
汚れ具合を確認してください。汚れがひどいときは洗浄してください。
If suction power is decreased, the Rectification demister is possibly clogged.
Detach the Rectification demister to check for dirt and clean it in case excessive dirt is found.
①背面フタを固定しているキャッチクリップ 2箇所を外し、背面フタを外して、整風デミスタを取り出してください。
Unlock the two draw latches to remove the Rear cover to take out the Rectification demister.
②洗剤等を使用して、整風デミスタを洗浄してください。
Clean the demister with detergent.
４．吸気口内部の清掃 Cleaning of Suction port interior
1～3ヶ月に 1回程度吸気口内部の汚れ具合を確認し、汚れがひどい場合には洗浄してください。
Check for dirt of housing interior every month or at least quarterly basis. When excessive dirt is found,
carry out cleaning.
①ねじ 3本を緩めてインナーカバーを外してください。
Unscrew the three screws to detach the Inner cover of the suction port.
②吸気口内部に溜まった汚れ、異物を取り除いてください。
Remove dirt and foreign matters from the inner surface of suction port.
５．ターボファンの洗浄 Cleaning of Turbo fan
ターボファンに異物、汚れが多く付着している場合には、清掃してください。
Carry out cleaning when excessive dirt was found on the Turbo fan.
①P.14「捕集ユニットの洗浄」を参考に捕集ユニットを取り外してください。
Detach the Collection unit referring to “Cleaning of Collection unit”in page 14.
②汚れが軽微な場合は、そのままの状態で、拭くなどして汚れを落としてください。
If Turbo fan is not heavily dirty, clean it off without detaching.
③汚れが強固な場合は、M6 ボルト及びイモネジ（OMC-N205/-N205H は1箇所、OMC-N210/-N210H、
OMC-N215/-N215H、OMC-N225/-N225H は2箇所）を緩めて、ターボファンを外して中性洗剤等で
洗浄してください。
For heavy dirt, unscrew the M6 bolt and the set screws of the Turbo fan to release it from
the motor shaft and wash dirt away using detergent. The number of set screws is
1 for OMC-N205/-N205H and 2 for OMC-N210/-N210H, OMC-N215/-N215H and OMC-N225/-N225H.
注意 ターボファンに過大な力を掛けないようにしてください。→ターボファンの破損につながります。
Caution Take care not to put excessive stress on the Turbo fan. Or, the Turbo fan can break.

６．モータの交換方法 Replacement of Motor
①電源の供給を停止して、端子ボックスから電源を供給している電線を取り外してください。
Turn power off and disconnect the power supplying cable from the terminal box.
②点検扉を開けて、捕集ユニット、ターボファンを取り外してください。
Open the Access door and detach the Collection unit and the Turbo fan.
③モータを固定しているナットを緩めて、モータを取り外してください。
Loosen the four nuts that hold the motor to detach it.
④新しいモータをナットで固定してください。その際、油が漏れないように、コーキング剤等を使用して、
モータの取付面にシール処理を行ってください。
Fix a new motor with the nuts. For prevention of oil leak, apply caulking agent to the motor
mounting surface for sealing.
⑤ターボファンを元通り取付けてください。
Attach the Turbo fan again.
⑥捕集ユニットを取り付けて、点検扉を閉じてください。
Attach the Collection unit and close the Access door.
⑦端子ボックスに電線を接続してください。
Connect the power cable to the terminal box.
⑧正常に運転することを確認してください。
Make sure that the motor runs normally.
７．アフターフィルタの交換方法 Replacement of After filter
①アフターフィルタ上部の蝶ナットを緩めて、防水ワッシャ、フィルタを取り外してください。
Loosen the Wingnut to detach the Watertight washer and the Filter.
②新しいフィルタに交換してください。
Attach a new Filter.
８．廃棄するときの注意 Waste disposal
