Description
DHL-32 Automatic Convection Oven is the newest style all over the world. It is all stainless
steel structure, and its appearance is novel and decent. The temperature control knobs and timer are
equipped with, so that it is able to adjust the temperature and baking time as requested. On the rear
of the machine, there are circulating fans so that the temperature of the oven can be quickly up to
250℃ during a short time. The machine is suitable for not only baking bread, short-bread cookies,
pies, but also preheating desserts. Therefore, it is the idealest assistant to fast-food stores,
cafe-shops, retail stores, and confectionaries.

Operating instruction
Firstly, before use, please check whether the power supply is in compliance with rating label,
and that the power supply cord must be grounded properly. Secondly, adjust the temperature control
knobs to the needed temperature and timer knobs to requested time, then the thermal tubes and fans
must be connected with the power supply. Thirdly, the oven begins working as soon as the red pilot
of power supply and the green pilot of temperature control are glowing. Fourthly, when the
determined temperature is reached, the oven will automatically keep in the constant temperature as
soon as the green pilot of temperature control is off. When the determined time is reached, all of the
pilots will be off and the oven will stop working.
