ACCENSIONE BUNSEN “SEKURFLAM” POLIGAS-
-Queste lampade sono dotate di uno speciale ugello regolabile che ne
permette l’uso con ogni tipo di gas.
-Ruotare la Bussola o la ghiera dell’entrata aria chiudendola completamente.
-Ruotare di un giro in senso antiorario la manopola del rubinetto il tubo o la
campana del bunsen per l’entrata del Gas, la valvola termoelettrica non permette
l’entrata del Gas.
-Premere il pulsante a molla della valvola si provoca l’uscita del Gas dalla parte
Superiore del becco bunsen
-Ci si colloca sulla parte superiore del becco bunsen, con una fiamma libera o
con un accendino piezoelettrico, provocandone l’accensione.
-Tenere premuto il pulsante della valvola per almeno 10 secondi in modo da
permettere alla termocoppia di raggiungere la temperatura di esercizio
di tutto aperto.
-Procedere con apertura/chiusura graduale del GAS tramite la Manopola, il tubo, o
la campana. REGOLARE l’ARIA ,con la bussola o la Ghiera sotto la Campana,
fino al raggiungimento della fiamma desiderata.
INTERVENTO DELLA VALVOLA DI SICUREZZA TERMOELETTRICA
-Se per cause accidentali si dovesse spegnere la fiamma, nel tempo di 35Secondi,per
effetto dell’abbassamento della temperatura del beccuccio della termocoppia
posto in prossimità della fiamma,la valvola termoelettrica tramite il nucleo
magnetico incorporato chiude automaticamente l’uscita del Gas.

-These lamps are equipped with special adjustable nozzle that
can be used with any type of gas.
-Turn the compass dial entry or air to close completely.
-Turn in one turn the knob on the faucet or the bell of the burner tube for gas inlet,
the valve does not allow the entrance of the thermal gas.
-Press the button on the valve spring causes the release of gases from the
Superior of the Bunsen burner
-There is placed on top of the Bunsen burner, with an open flame or
with a piezoelectric lighter, causing the ignition.
-Hold the valve button for 10 seconds to
allow the thermocouple to reach operating temperature
fully open.
-proceed with gradual opening of the gas through the knob, pipe, or the bell.
REGULAR AIR, with the compass or the ring under the bell until you reach the
desired flame.
INTERVENTION OF THERMOELECTRIC SAFETY VALVE
-If you were to accidentally turn off the heat, in a time of 35 seconds
sag due to the temperature of the tip of the thermocouple in the vicinity of the flame,
the thermal valve through the magnetic core incorporated automatically closes the
gas outlet.

DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
L’apparecchiatura è realizzata completamente in metallo:
• Il Becco Bunsen, che a seconda dell’ugello è adatto al funzionamento con ogni
tipo di gas (Gas Città - Gas Liquido - Gas Metano), è costruito in ottone Cromato.
• Il Bunsen è provvisto di Rubinetto con spillo di Sicurezza dotato di battuta
d’arresto ANTISFILAMENTO.
• Tutti i nostri becchi Bunsen del tipo: “SEKUR FLAM” e “SEKUR FLAM POLIGAS”
sono dotati di VALVOLA di Sicurezza Termo-Elettrica con Termocoppia per
l’intercettazione del gas in caso di spegnimento accidentale della fiamma.
• Le Valvole sono state progettate, costruite e controllate secondo i requisiti
essenziali di sicurezza della direttiva 2014/68/UE (PED).
• La base è realizzata in Acciaio Nichelato e colorato con una vernice epossidica
resistente agli agenti Acidi. Abbiamo inoltre aggiunto alla base un anello in PVC
per salvaguardare le superfici dei piani d’appoggio.
MESSA IN FUNZIONE
Non mettere in funzione l’apparecchio prima di aver letto le istruzioni
d’uso.
Avviso di Pericolo
Per prevenire eventuali infortuni causati da un utilizzo improprio
dell’apparecchio, si prega di seguire le seguenti norme di sicurezza:
NORME DI SICUREZZA
La installazione del Bunsen alla rete del gas deve essere possibilmente realizzato
da un installatore autorizzato.
Prima di installare il Bunsen alla rete del Gas assicurarsi che la pressione del Gas
sia quella adeguata.
Assicurarsi prima di collegare il bunsen alla rete che la manopola del Rubinetto a
vite sia chiuso.
Assicurarsi che il tubo di entrata sia correttamente collegato al portagomma e che
non vi siano perdite di gas.
Non collegare il Bunsen a Gas, senza montare un riduttore di pressione.
Non collegare il Bunsen a Gas, DIRETTAMENTE alla Bombola del Gas.
Non modificare nessuna parte del Bunsen (Fori, Passaggi, Ugelli ecc.).

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
All the appliance is made in metal:
• The burner, which, depending on the nozzle, is suitable for operation with all
types of gas (Town Gas - L.P.G.Gas - Natural Gas, is made of chromate brass.
• The Bunsen Burners are equipped with Cock with Safety Needle provided with
an anti-withdrawing locking device.
• “SEKUR FLAM” and “SEKUR FLAM POLIGAS” Bunsen Burners are provided
with Thermocouple-controlled and Thermoelettric Safety Valve to cut OFF the
gas supply in case of accidental extinguishment of the flame.
• The valves have been designed, built and controlled according to the essential
safety requirements of directive 2014/68 / UE (PED).
• The new line Bunsen will be made whit a steel planted disk, painted by an

SAFETY RULES
The installation of the burner to the gas should preferably be performed by a
licensed contractor.
Before installing the burner to the gas network to ensure that the gas pressure get
it right.
Make sure before you connect the burner to the network that the tap screw is closed.
Make sure the inlet is properly connected to the hose and that there are no gas
leaks.
Do not connect the burner to gas, without mounting a pressure reducer.
Do not connect to the Bunsen gas directly to gas container.
Do not change any part of the Bunsen (holes, passages, nozzles etc.)..

INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
Tutti i tipi di Becco Bunsen da noi costruiti (Semplici-Meker-Teclu-Poligas):
• FAMIGLIA TIPO SEMPLICE
- Semplice - funzionante con: Gas Città, Gas Liquido, Gas Metano.
- Semplice Poligas: funzionante con tutti i tipi di Gas.
• FAMIGLIA TIPO “SEKUR FLAM”
- Sekur Flam - funzionante con: Gas Città,Gas Liquido, Gas Metano.
• FAMIGLIA TIPO “SEKUR FLAM-POLIGAS”
- Poligas funzionante con tutti i tipi di Gas.
Sono forniti con scheda che ne riporta le specifiche tecniche e ne attesta l’avvenuto
collaudo.
MODO DI IMPIEGO
ACCENSIONE BUNSEN BURNER SEMPLICE
• Ruotare la Bussola dell’entrata aria chiudendola completamente (ad eccezione
delle versioni dotate di accensione piezoelettrica per le quali si consiglia di
tenere completamente aperta la regolazione dell’aria);
• Ruotare di un giro in senso antiorario la manopola del rubinetto entrata Gas;
• Ci si colloca sulla parte superiore del becco bunsen, con una fiamma libera o
con un accendino piezoelettrico, provocandone l’accensione;
• Procedere con apertura graduale del gas e dell’aria fino al raggiungimento
della fiamma desiderata.

delle versioni dotate di accensione piezoelettrica per le quali si consiglia di

• Premendo il pulsante a molla della valvola si provoca l’uscita del Gas dalla
parte superiore del becco bunsen;
• Ci si colloca sulla parte superiore del becco bunsen, con una fiamma libera o
con un accendino piezoelettrico, provocandone l’accensione;
• Tenere premuto il pulsante della valvola per almeno 10 secondi in modo da
permettere alla termocoppia di raggiungere la temperatura di esercizio di tutto
aperto.
INTERVENTO DELLA VALVOLA DI SICUREZZA TERMOELETTRICA
Se per cause accidentali si dovesse spegnere la fiamma, nel tempo di circa 40
secondi, per effetto dell’abbassamento della temperatura del beccuccio della
termocoppia posto in prossimità della fiamma, la valvola termoelettrica tramite il
nucleo magnetico incorporato chiude automaticamente l’uscita del Gas.

HOW TO USE
BUNSEN BURNER ON SIMPLE
• Turn the compass air entry closing completely;
• Turn in one turn the knob on the gas inlet valve;
• There is placed on top of the Bunsen burner, with an open flame or with a
piezoelectric lighter, causing the ignition;
• Proceed with gradual opening up of gas and air until they reach desired flame.
BUNSEN BURNER IGNITION “SEKURFLAM”
• Turn the compass air entry closing completely;
• Turn in one turn the knob on the gas inlet valve, thermoelectric valve does not
allow the entry of gas;
• Press spring valve will exit from the Gas Superior of the Bunsen burner;
• There is placed on top of the Bunsen burner, with an open flame or with a
piezoelectric lighter, causing the ignition;

INTERVENTION OF THERMOELECTRIC SAFETY VALVE
If you were to accidentally turn off the heat, in a time of about 40 seconds due to
the lowering of the temperature of the thermocouple spout located near the flame,
the thermoelectric valve, through the built-in magnetic core, automatically closes
the gas outlet.

ACCENSIONE BUNSEN “SEKURFLAM” POLIGAS
• Queste lampade sono dotate di uno speciale ugello regolabile che ne permette
l’uso con ogni tipo di gas;
• Ruotare la Bussola o la ghiera dell’entrata aria chiudendola completamente;
• Ruotare di un giro in senso antiorario la manopola del rubinetto il tubo o la
campana del bunsen per l’entrata del Gas, la valvola termoelettrica non
permette l’entrata del Gas;
• Premere il pulsante a molla della valvola si provoca l’uscita del Gas dalla parte
superiore del becco bunsen;
• Ci si colloca sulla parte superiore del becco bunsen, con una fiamma libera o
con un accendino piezoelettrico, provocandone l’accensione;
• Tenere premuto il pulsante della valvola per almeno 10 secondi in modo da
permettere alla termocoppia di raggiungere la temperatura di esercizio di tutto
aperto;
• Procedere con apertura/chiusura graduale del GAS tramite la manopola, il tubo,
o la campana. REGOLARE l’ARIA, con la bussola o la ghiera sotto la campana,
fino al raggiungimento della fiamma desiderata.
INTERVENTO DELLA VALVOLA DI SICUREZZA TERMOELETTRICA
Se per cause accidentali si dovesse spegnere la fiamma, nel tempo di circa 40
secondi, per effetto dell’abbassamento della temperatura del beccuccio della
termocoppia posto in prossimità della fiamma, la valvola termoelettrica tramite il
nucleo magnetico incorporato chiude automaticamente l’uscita del Gas.
