Gate Machine mounted Wall mounted
F800W intelligent terminal is a convenient and safe temperature
measuring terminal for visual face recognition. The product can be
applied to the traffic scene of intelligent community, access control
channel, face attendance, hotel, office building, school, shopping
mall and so on, which is helpful to realize intelligent safety control.

3. equipment start-up
1. After the equipment is plugged into the power supply,
the software starts itself;
4. recommended installation environment
1. Equipment for indoor use only, should avoid direct sunlight, avoid wind;
2. Application temperature :10~50 degrees Celsius;
3. Recommended installation height of 1.5 m, specific can be adjusted according to the actual situation;
4. Better to keep the ambient light intensity above 100 lux;
Note: If the current ambient temperature is outside the 10-50°C range, the temperature is too low or too high

5. FAQ treatment
5.1 Equipment unable to start or crash
1. If the equipment can not start up, check whether the positive and negative poles of the equipment power supply are connected back or whether the
input voltage is insufficient, it is recommended to use DC 12V/2A, Note that too long wiring length will affect the input voltage;
2. When the device is unable to perform an exit or termination operation, power it up reset and restart by cutting off and switching it on again.

5.2 No face recognition or low recognition rate
1. In the process of recognition, whether there is part occlusion or whether the face is in the recognition area;
2. The light is darker and the brightness of the lamp is improved.
3. Strong inverse light environment, try to adjust the installation angle or height, as far as possible to make the face terminal in vertical or down angle state;

5.3 Gate not open
1. Check whether the network connection is normal, re-plug;
2. Check whether the Wigan signal line is connected properly and re-plug;

▲do not immerse the machine in water in whole or in part separately to avoid damage to the equipment;
▲this machine is absolutely not allowed to move or vibrate violently while working;
▲please pay attention to switch the machine according to the normal steps to prolong the machine life;

▲Do not let any foreign matter fall into the inside of this equipment to prevent short circuit or cause equipment damage;
▲If the equipment fails or foreign objects enter the internal, immediately disconnect the power supply and consult the manufacturer or seller;
▲Do not put the equipment on a dangerous platform to prevent the equipment from falling, smashing, wounding, or damage to the equipment itself;
▲The power plug should be unplugged when cleaning the equipment.
▲Clean the machine with a soft dry cloth or a soft cloth with a small amount of cleaning agent. Do not use any solvent that will damage the surface coating,
such as alcohol or benzene;

d) Equipment can not be used properly in accordance with this manual;
e) There are other obvious anomalies in the equipment, such as lighting, camera without imaging, no gate control signal output.
