Troubleshooting
Check the following if your unit should fail during operation. You can also refer to the pages of this manual for complete
instructions.

After switching on- the device
does not wok
Does the conduct plug to the socket? Check and plug the power cable to the socket
The lack or the weak
nebulisation during
the device`s operation
Is the medicine in the container? Pour the suitable amount of the medicine
to the container.
Minimum 2 ml maximum 6 ml
Too much or too little of medicine in
the container?
Lost, un ounted the spraying
nozzle in the edicine container?
Mount the spraying nozzle inside the
medicine container.
Is the set of accessories compunded
correctly?
Check and mount the accessories in
accodance with the instruction manual.
Is the air outlet hole in the lower part
of the medicine container plugged?
Check and clean the outlet hole (nozzle) in
the lower part of the medicine container.
Is the medicine container with the
mask or the mouthpiece tilted at the
acute angle?
Make sure, that accessories set (nebulizer
cup + mask or mouthpiece) is not tilted at the
angre more than 5 degrees
Is the air tube connected right to the
compressor?
Plug air tube properly to the compressor and
to the lower part of nebulizer cup.
Is the air tube folded or damaged? Make sure, that the air tube is correct, not
folded. I necessary- replace the tube.
Is the air tube plugged? Make sure that there are no contaminations
in the air tube.
Is the air filter dirty? Replace dirty filter for a new one.
The nebulizer woks unnaturally
loudly?
Does the filter’s cover on the
compressor’s mounted corectly?
Mount correctly the air filter’s cover plate on
the compressor.
The nebulizer hits up very much Are air vents holes (air intake) in the
compressor body covered?
During operation- don't cover air vents (air
intake) in the compressor body.
If none of the solutions bought the result , do not ty to repair the device on your own!
The rep air must be made by the manufactuer or the authrised service.

WARRANT Y
Omnibus Medical Equipment provides 3- year warranty from the date of the nebulizer’s purchase.
In this time the change of elements which submit guaranty repairing and labour are free.
Only original spare parts are covered by the warranty. All modernizations, modifications without the agrement of the
manufacturer and the importer are
forbidden under penalty of loss of the warranty!
The manufacturer and the importer are not responsible for damages which are the result of the improper use of the
apparatus and using unoriginal accessories.
The warranty does not cover the normal consumption of the equipment duing usage and individual plastic accessories
such as masks, a fastener, a mouthpiece, an air tube, a medicine container, filters.
The product should be delivered on the own cost together with the warranty card, the proof of purchase and the damage
description directly to the firm Omnibus-Serwis, 9, Grunwaldzka St., 82-500 Kwidzyn, Poland.
All costs connected with the safe packaging, security, transport and another risk are incurred by the user.
The nebulizer is predicted for the home use and therefore the waranty does not cover the apparatus used in a
professional way in health centres, clinics, hospitals, etc.
The warranty time is prolonged in case of the necessity of import the necessary parts on the base of the written
information sent to the Customer by the Service.
In the range of matter which is not regulated by the conditions of herein warranty, the provisions of the Civil Code are
applied.
