GET STARTED –QUICK GUIDE
Advanced OneRemote circuitry has been added to this tuner, OneRemote DabWiFi4, enabling it to
be part of a remotely controlled Bang & Olufsen system. Complete control is obtained with a Bang
& Olufsen remote control terminal.
DabWiFi4 is a beocompatible tuner
DabWiFi4 may be controlled by any Bang & Olufsen system remote from 1988 and on.
DabWiFi4 may be controlled via the app UNDOK in iPhones, iPods, iPads or in Android
phones and tablets.
DabWiFi4 may be connected to any
Bang & Olufsen system and controlled
by Bang & Olufsen remotes.
When switching on the DabWiFi4 with a
Bang & Olufsen remote the Bang & Olufsen
system is switched on too and the input with
the DabWiFi4 automatically selected.
If the DabWiFi4 is to be used only for handling
DAB+, FM channels or music via Bluetooth,
no further installation is required.
DabWiFi4 is connected to the system input
that is selected by pressing AMEM or ATAPE
on the Bang & Olufsen remote.
If the Bang & Olufsen system has no AMEM or ATAPE operated input available, the DabWiFi4
needs to be connected to a different input socket and reprogramming of the DabWiFi4 is
required accordingly. See the Installation Guide.
If Internet Radio or any other streaming service is to be handled by the DabWiFi4,
connection to a WiFi network is required. See the Installation Guide.
Bang & Olufsen link-systems not only allow for listening to system sources from the main
room in any connected link room but also controlling them remotely. Thus a link
connected kitchen speaker not only plays music from the main room, but allows for
control of the system. DabWiFi4 may be part of that system. See the Installation Guide.

PRESETS - FAVORITE CHANNELS
Enter favorite channels as presets selectable by pressing single digits on a Bang & Olufsen remote.
A total of 10 presets are available for FM, DAB+ and Internet Radio each. Presets may be changed
at any time by pressing a single key on the Bang & Olufsen remote.
SELECT OPERATION
DAB+ CHANNELS
Switch on the DabWiFi4 tuner with the Bang & Olufsen remote by pressing the key selected to
handle the tuner on the Bang & Olufsen system.
Press eor grepeatedly until DAB radio is displayed or press W.
Select one of the presets by pressing a digit 0–9, or press DorFto display
a list of the available DAB channels.
The preset number and the signal quality are displayed at the very bottom of the display.

FM CHANNELS
Switch on the DabWiFi4 tuner with the Bang & Olufsen remote by pressing the key selected to
handle the tuner on the Bang & Olufsen system.
Press eor grepeatedly until FM Radio is displayed or press R.
Select one of the presets by pressing a digit 0–9.
The preset number and the signal quality are displayed at the very bottom of the display.

BLUETOOTH
Switch on the DabWiFi4 tuner with the Bang & Olufsen remote by pressing the key selected to
handle the tuner on the Bang & Olufsen system.
Press eor grepeatedly until Bluetooth is displayed or press E.
The Bluetooth logo flashing on the DabWiFi4 tuner’s display indicates the tuner waiting for
connection to a source.
Switch on a Bluetooth source and pair it with the DabWiFi4 tuner. If a password is required, use
0000.
flashing stops with completed pairing
INTERNET RADIO
Switch on the DabWiFi4 tuner with the Bang & Olufsen remote by pressing the key selected to
handle the tuner on the Bang & Olufsen system.
Press eor grepeatedly until Internet Radio is displayed or press Q.
Select one of the presets by pressing a digit 0–9.
Use A,S,D,Fand m to select a station or podcast.

SPOTIFY CONNECT
Switch on the DabWiFi4 tuner with the Bang & Olufsen remote by pressing the key selected to
handle the tuner on the Bang & Olufsen system.
Press eor grepeatedly until Spotify Connect is displayed.
Start Spotify on the smartphone, tablet, iPhone/iPad, MAC or PC that is normally used for
streaming. Press , Devices Available, on the Spotify display on the streaming device and select
the DABWiFi4 tuner from the list of available devices, fromwhere the music may be played*). If
the name of the DabWiFi4 has not been changed, it is identified as DigitRadio 110 IR. If more
DabWiFi4 tuners have been installed in the home, they have been renamed to be identifiable.
When selected this way on the streaming device Spotify is automatically redirected to the selected
DabwiFi4 tuner that plays the music without blocking the selecting device.

MUSIC PLAYER
Switch on the DabWiFi4 tuner with the Bang & Olufsen remote by pressing the key selected to
handle the tuner on the Bang & Olufsen system.
Press eor grepeatedly until Music player is displayed or press OE...
Use A,S,D,F and mto select shared music from a PC or another
UPnP server, like the Windows Media Player.

CONTROL DABWIFI4 VIA AN APP FOR SMARTPHONES, TABLETS AND PC’S
Tip. With more DabWiFi4 tuners installed on the same WiFi network the Bang & Olufsen
system is turned into a multiroom system allowing for different sources to be applied
in different rooms.
APP FOR APPLE IOS, IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC
Via the app UNDOK for iPhone, iPad and MAC computers the DabWiFi4 tuner may be controlled
completely using a WiFi network. UNDOK is available for free from App Store.
All installed DabWiFi4 tuners may be controlled via this app.
Start the UNDOK app and select the DabWiFi4 tuner to be controlled. If the name has not been
changed during the installation, it is identified as DigitRadio 110 IR.
If more DabWiFi4 tuners have been installed in the home, they have been renamed to be
identifiable.

APP FOR ANDROID
Via the app UNDOK for Android smartphones tablets and other Android devicesi the DabWiFi4
tuner may be controlled completely using a WiFi network. UNDOK is available for free from
Google Play.
All installed DabWiFi4 tuners may be controlled via this app.
Start the UNDOK app and select the DabWiFi4 tuner to be controlled. If the name has not been
changed during the installation, it is identified as DigitRadio 110 IR.
If more DabWiFi4 tuners have been installed in the home, they have been renamed to be
identifiable.

SPOTIFY
Spotify is a digital music service giving access to millions of songs in all genres via smartphones,
tablets or PCs.
When selecting music it may be directed to one or all DabWiFi tuners in the installation whether it
has been selected on a smartphone, tablet or PC.
If the Spotify music is selected via a smartphone, this phone may be used for calls simultaneously
or switched off completely. The music plays on.
The DabWiFi4 tuner is using the ordinary Spotify app, but it has to be the Spotify Premium with a
subscription.
ONLINE EDITING OF PERSONAL LISTS OF INTERNET RADIO CHANNELS
Internet radio channels on one or more DabWiFi4 tuners may be edited on www.wifiradio-
frontier.com . Lists are easily created giving a quick overview of the thousands of channels
available.
A free account is created and an Access Code for each of the DabWiFi4 tuners using the lists
added.
An Access Code is the DabWiFi4 tuners ID or individual access code. .
With an account established personal lists, ”bookmarks” , with favorite programs may be created.
When a list has been created or edited, the changes are visible immediately on all the DabWiFi4
tuners registered to the account.
The DabWiFi4 tuner’s Access Code is revealed by selecting Internet Radio, pressingDand
selecting HELP. Get access code is displayed with the code.

Here are 4 DabWiFi4 tuners registered to the same account. When changing the lists on this
account, all 4 tuners are updated immediately.
OLDER BANG & OLUFSEN REMOTES
The DabWiFi4 tuner may be controlled by all Bang & Olufsen system remotes.
Through the years Bang & Olufsen has marketed various models, where keys have been added or
removed. Some keys have just changed names.
As an example the Pkey has been replaced by the Okey.
If the remote does NOT have a Okey or a small joystick, control the DabWiFi4 tuner in
accordance with below tables.
