GET STARTED –QUICK GUIDE
This User Manual is intended for the daily use of the tuner. See the Installation Manual for
installation.
Advanced OneRemote circuitry has been added to this tuner, OneRemote DabWiFi6, enabling it to
be part of a remotely controlled Bang & Olufsen system. Complete control is obtained with a Bang
& Olufsen remote control terminal.
•DabWiFi6 is a beocompatible tuner.
•DabWiFi6 may be controlled by any Bang & Olufsen system remote terminal from 1988
and on.
•DabWiFi6 may be also controlled via the free app UNDOK in iPhones, iPods, iPads or in
Android phones and tablets. Using UNDOK the DabWiFi6 can be controlled from all over
the house.
DabWiFi6 may be connected to any
Bang & Olufsen system and controlled
directly by Bang & Olufsen remotes.
When switching on the DabWiFi6 with a Bang
& Olufsen remote the Bang & Olufsen system
is switched on too and the input with the
DabWiFi6 automatically selected.
If the DabWiFi6 is to be used only for
handling DAB+, FM channels or music via
Bluetooth, no further installation is required.
DabWiFi6 is connected to the system input
that is selected by pressing AMEM or ATAPE
on the Bang & Olufsen remote.
If the Bang & Olufsen system has no AMEM or ATAPE operated input available, the DabWiFi6
needs to be connected to a different input socket and reprogramming of the DabWiFi6 is
required accordingly. See the Installation Manual.
•Bang & Olufsen link-systems do not only allow for listening to system sources from the
main room from any connected link room, but also for controlling them remotely. Thus, a
link connected kitchen speaker plays music from the main room. DabWiFi6 may be part
of that system, controlled via WiFi. See the Installation Manual.

INSTALLATION
This manual is about the daily use of the DabWiFi6. Refer to the Setup manual about installing
DabWiFi6 in a Bang & Olufsen setup.
When the DabWiFI6 is installed and the preferred Favorite stations has been saved in the receiver,
daily use is very simple.
DabWiFi6 powers on automatically when the B&O system is powered on, and the last listened to
station starts playing. Favorite Radio station my be selected pressing a single digit.
DabWiFI6 can be programmed to power off automatically, when the B&O system is powered off.
Any B&O remote control can be used to control DabWiFi6 like Beolink 1000, Beolink 5000, Beo4,
Beo6 and Beoremote One in IR-mode.
PRESETS - FAVORITE RADIO PROGRAMS
There are separate favorite lists for Internet Radio DAB+ and FM radio stations. Each list can store
20 radio channels. The first 10 can be directly accessed just pressing a cipher on the B&O remote
control.
Using the B&O remote control or a smartphone, the favorite list can quickly be added another
radio station.
•eshow the favorit radiostation list in the display.
•Oe save the currently listened to radiostation as a preset.
•0.. 9select one of the first 10 presets.
To save the currently listened to radio station as a preset:
1. PressOe and wait a second for the list of currently saved favorites to
show up on the screen.
2. Select the position for the new favorite radio program. If there is already a
radio program saved on the position, it will be overwritten.
3. PressOand wait a second.

CONTROL WITH SMARTPHONE OR TABLET
DabWiFI6 can be controlled with a Bang & Olufsen remote control.
It can also be controlled with a Smartphone or Tablet, using the UNDOK APP.
This make it easier to use all the special features of the receiver and makes it possible to control
the receiver from any room in the house with WiFi coverage.
Any device in the house with UNDOK installed can control DabWiFi6.
APPS FOR APPLE IOS, IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC
With the free APP UNDOK for Apple iPhone, iPad and MAC the DabWiFi6 may be fully controlled
from any room in the house, via the Wifi network.
With more than one DabWiFi6 in the house, UNDOK can control them all at the same time.
Individually or simultaneously.
Open UNDOK and select the DabWiFi6 you want to control. If the alias of DabWiFi6 has not been
changed during installation it is ‘DIT1010xxxx’. During installation receivers might have been given
other names like Kitchen, Bedroom e.t.c.

APP FOR ANDROID
With the free APP UNDOK for Android smartphones the DabWiFi6 may be fully controlled from
any room in the house, via the Wifi network.
With more than one DabWiFi6 in the house, UNDOK can control them all at the same time.

handle the tuner on the Bang & Olufsen system. Factory setting is AMEM or ATAPE.
OQ Change to Internet Radio mode.
Q Press repeatedly for change to Internet Radio mode.
EReturn to previous screen.

mOpen-close the setup menu.
SELECTING A NON-PRESET INTERNET RADIO STATION.
From the play screen, PressDor Fto access the Radio Search menu. Here the channels
are sorted in subcategories for easier location.
In these listings the E(BACK) must be used to go back to the previous screen. For ease
theSmay be used to select an item in the list, but theEmust be used to back out. Just
asEworks in all menus.

BLUETOOTH
Switch on the DabWiFi6 tuner with the Bang & Olufsen remote by pressing the key selected to
handle the tuner on the Bang & Olufsen system. Factory setting is AMEM or ATAPE.
Selecting the Bluetooth mode makes it possible to play music from any paired smartphone, tablet
or other device, via the DabWiFi6 and the Bang & Olufsen system. *1
OEChange to Bluetooth mode.
Q Press repeatedly change to FM Radio mode.
qStop and re-start playback.
OA/SRew/ FF.
OD/FNext/ Previous.
mOpen-close the setup menu.
In the Bluetooth mode all control of the music is handled directly on the transmitting smartphone,
tablet or any other Bluetooth connected device.
Playback status and the signal quality are displayed at the very bottom of the display.
*1 PAIRING A BLUETOOTH DEVICE TO DABWIFI6
For a smartphone, tablet or any other bluetooth device to be able to send music to the DabWiFi6, it
must be paired with DabWiFi6. Pairing is only needed initially, as DabWiFi6 will remember the
Bluetooth device.
To pair a Bluetooth transmitter with DabWiFi6:
1. Select the Bluetooth mode, as described above.
2. Go to the Setup Menu on the transmitting device and look for the Bluetooth menu.
3. Shortly after selecting Bluetooth, the DabWiFi6 will show up in the menu as DIT1010.
Select this and music played on the device can be listened to via the Bang & Olufsen system.

PODCASTS
Switch on the DabWiFi6 tuner with the Bang & Olufsen remote by pressing the key selected to
handle the tuner on the Bang & Olufsen system. Factory setting is AMEM or ATAPE.
Press Qrepeatedly until Podcast is shown in the upper left corner of the display.
The selected preset number and the WiFi signal quality are displayed at the very bottom of the
display. A Podcast preset is saved in the Internet Radio preset list.
SPOTIFY
Switch on the DabWiFi6 tuner with the Bang & Olufsen remote by pressing the key selected to
handle the tuner on the Bang & Olufsen system. Factory setting is AMEM or ATAPE.
From the Spotify app that you normally use, simply select the DIT1010 (Default name of the
DabWiFi6) to play Spotify via the DabWiFi6 and the Bang & Olufsen system. DabWiFi6 will
automatically shift to Spotify.
Playback status and the quality of the WiFi signal are displayed at the very bottom of the display.

MAIN MENU
mor p0 gives access to the main menu. When chosen various receiver options are
available.
Adjustment in this menu is required only during initial installation.
OLDER BANG & OLUFSEN REMOTES
The DabWiFi6 tuner may be controlled by all Bang & Olufsen system remotes.
Through the years Bang & Olufsen has marketed various models, where keys have been added or
removed. Some keys have just changed names.
As an example, the Pkey has been replaced by the Okey.
If the remote does NOT have aOkey or a small joystick, control the DabWiFi6 tuner in
accordance with below tables.
