The luxury OPATRA SYNERGY EYE is a unique device that combines focus red light
therapy alongside with massage and heat therapy to facilitate the absorption of
vitamins and nutrients. Helping to reduce fine lines and create smoothness around
the eye contour area.
The RED LED LIGHT stimulates the fibroblasts that produce collagen, which in turn
can help the skins youthful appearance. With the application of OPATRA’S anti-age-
ing creams or serums, the red light helps penetrate the product into deeper layers
of the skin, whilst also helping to improve blood circulation, expression lines and
regenerating cell connections.
The MASSAGE and HEAT mode gently stimulates and relaxes your facial muscles,
and in turn, turns on the collagen and elastin production. It also helps reduce pui-
ness, tightens the skin, improves blood flow and skin elasticity.
To achieve the best results, Synergy Eye should be used in conjunction with Opatra’s
complete anti-ageing skincare range.

The Opatra Synergy Device is composed of the following:

The Opatra Synergy Device comprises of a hand unit (1) that contains 25 Light emit-
ting diodes that emit light in the red and near infra-red region of the light spectrum.
The LEDs are contained within a stainless-steel treatment head that is held against
the skin to provide topical heating for the relief of minor aches and pains, as well as
improve the appearance and texture of the skin.
The hand unit contains a ON/OFF (2) button which activates the device and 3 small
LED indicators that flash as the device warms up.
The Opatra Synergy Device is battery operated and receives power from a recharge-
able Lithium ion battery (3.7v, 550mAh). The hand unit is charged by placing into the
charging/docking station (3). The unit is fully charged in 2 hours.
The hand-held unit cannot be used while charging. The charging station receives
power from a standard power adaptor (100- 240V 50-60Hz. 0.2A) (4).
SAFETY FIRST
DO NOT use this device if:
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You suer from light-induced epilepsy.
• You suer from, Lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema or Albinism.
• You have bleeding, open or oozing skin, such as sores, herpes simplex, eczema,
psoriasis, sunburns, wounds or rash.
• You are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity.
• You have a condition that makes your skin especially sensitive to light, such as
systemic lupus erythematosus porphyria, polymorphic light eruption, and solar
urticaria.
• You have skin that is infected, burned, or cut, as this could cause discomfort or
irritation.
• You are undergoing radiation or chemotherapy treatments.
• You have a history of heart history of heart disease or other medical conditions

WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS
When using the device, basic safety precautions should be followed, as listed below.
This is not an exhaustive list but will assist in ensuring your safety and will help you
to maintain the lifespan of the product’s warranty.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
• Store the device away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Do not immerse the device in water.
• Never attempt to disassemble the product.
• For external use only.
• Avoid direct contact with eyes.
• If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice
KNOWN RISKS
Immediately after treatment, the treated skin area may appear red. Within 1 hour, the
skin will resume to normal.
WARNING
• DO NOT use the Synergy Eye Device in any way that is not exactly as specified
in these instructions for use. Use of the Synergy Eye Device other than exactly as
specified in these instructions for use has not been tested and the risk is unknown.
• DO NOT use the Synergy Device for longer or more frequently than the stated
treatment time. Using the Synergy Device for longer and more frequently than the
stated treatment time has not been tested and the risk is unknown.
• DO NOT use the Synergy Eye Device to treat any other conditions apart from those
listed in the indications for use. The Synergy Eye Device has not been tested for any
other conditions than those listed, and the risk is unknown.

WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury and electric shock that may cause serious injury or
death:
• ONLY use the power adaptor supplied with the Synergy Eye Device. Using a non-
approved power supply could increase your risk of electric shock and will damage
the Synergy Eye Device and void your warranty.
• NEVER use the Synergy Eye Device near water or where water can be spilt onto
the equipment.
• NEVER use the Synergy Eye Device if you think any part of the equipment may
have come encounter with water or any form of liquid.
• DO NOT attempt to modify, open or repair the Synergy Eye Device in any way.
Modifying the Synergy Eye Device could cause an electric shock when the system
is used again. The Synergy Device contains no serviceable parts.
• DO NOT use the Synergy Eye Device, power supply or cables if they are visibly
damaged in any way.
• ALWAYS switch the Synergy Device OFF after use.
• If you intend NOT to use the Synergy Eye for an extended period, switch OFF the
charging station and store the components in a clean, dry place.
DEVICE CHECK
Before first use, ensure the device is switched o. Check and inspect your Synergy
Eye device. Check for signs of physical damage. DO NOT USE the device if there is
any noticeable damage. Contact the Opatra customer service team.
CHARGING THE DEVICE
• The Synergy Eye Device is rechargeable.
• The Synergy Eye Device comes fully charged for your convenience and should
last for up to 2 hours of use.
• If you find the Synergy Eye Device is not charged, charge for 2 hours before use.
• Do not charge for longer than 2 hours, to avoid the device overheating.
• You cannot use the Synergy Face Device in the charging mode.

STORAGE
• If you intend not to use the Synergy Eye Device for an extended period,
switch OFF the charging station and store the components in a clean dry place.
• Store Synergy Eye device away from water and any liquids.
• Store Synergy Eye device away from sunlight.
To perform the SYNERGY EYE TREATMENT, Opatra would recommend following the
below guidelines:
KEY POINTS
• The Synergy Eye device uses a chargeable battery. Make sure the device is fully
charged before use. The green light will indicate this. This should last for up to 2
hours of use.
• Always do a patch test before using.
• Make sure the areas you are treating are clean and dry.
• Recommended treatment areas are under and around the eye contour area.
• Apply light pressure, whilst slowly moving the SYNERGY EYE DEVICE in continuous
motions.
• Make sure you hold the device steady during application and do not separate the
metal head surface from your skin during session. This will result in a more
eective result.
• To achieve the best results, we recommend using 3 times per week for the first
month and then as and when required.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
1. Prepare your skin for the SYNERGY EYE by cleansing the treated area thoroughly,
removing any make-up or dirt residue.
2. Dry the area thoroughly.
3. We recommend applying the OPATRA EYE SERUM on the treated area. Apply around
eye area – under eyes and outer corners. This is optional, however, to achieve the best
results, SYNERGY EYE device should be used in conjunction with Opatra’ s anti-age-
ing, eye skincare range whilst using the device.

4. Lift your SYNERGY device from the docking station and switch the device ON by
pressing down the control button for 2 seconds (round button). The yellow LED light
indicator will illuminate on the hand piece, along with the low infrared mode.
5. Begin your session – ready to use.
6. Place the head surface (metal applicator) onto your skin and the Red LED Light
and infrared mode, as well as heat and vibration mode (low humming sound), will
automatically activate.
7. Apply light pressure, whilst slowly moving the SYNERGY DEVICE in slow, sweeping
motions, from inner corner to outer eye.
8. Massage the treated area for approximately 4 – 5 minutes, on each side.
9. Apply the OPATRA EYE CREAM and continue to massage for a further 4 – 5 minutes
or until the eye product has been fully absorbed.
10. When you have completed the session, TURN OFF your device by pressing and
holding down the control button for 2 seconds. The indicator lights will turn o.
11. It’s recommended that after treatment, to apply a small amount of moisturising
cream onto the treated area after each session.
12. After each use, clean the stainless – steel treatment head with a damp cloth (not
wet) or steralise wipes. Thoroughly dry with a cloth or paper towel and return to the
docking station.

CLEANING
• After each use, clean the OPATRA SYNERGY device with a damp cloth (not wet) or
with sterilising wipes on the stainless-steel treatment head. Dry with a soft dry
cloth or paper towel and return to the docking station.
• Always clean the device after each use.
• Avoid using detergents or chemical cleansers to clean the device.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING
• The Opatra Synergy Eye Device contains NO serviceable parts.
• DO NOT attempt to repair the Synergy Eye Device yourself. Attempting to modify
the Synergy Eye Device in any way could cause an electric shock when the system
is used again.
• If your Synergy Eye Device does not switch ON, ensure that the power adaptor is
plugged into the charging station and place the hand piece on charge. Wait 2 hours.
After 2 hours press the power button. If the green light does not illuminate contact
Opatra or your retailer.

This product comes with a Guarantee Lifetime Warranty. If your Opatra Synergy De-
vice is faulty within a year of purchase, please return your product along with your
receipt. We will repair the device for you.
The repair will be free of charge provided you have operated your Opatra Synergy Eye
Device according to the operational instructions.
The guarantee does NOT cover any breakage or damage due to the following:
• Normal wear and tear of the device
• Misuse or mistreatment - not following the operational instructions/ user manual.
• Incorrect or unauthorized repair of the device.
