*This device is built to connect a medical device to medical facilities
router/routers or to network system for data transferring. WRO-100 can be
connected to medical devices wirelessly and also using LAN cable.

1. Connecting to WRO-100 Setting Page
Open Windows explorer and connect to 10.10.10.254 (WRO-100 default IP address)
Input User name/ Password
User name: admin / Password: admin
Initial Setup screen will appear as below.

2. Operation Mode
Default Value is Gateway Mode and normally changing Mode is not recommended except for Technicians
or Engineers.

3. Internet Settings
WAN
Configured when using VDSL/ADSL (Dynamic IP) or Cable modem.
NOTE
DHCP(Auto configuration)
Configured when VDSL, LAN, Cable, ADSL Service.
Dynamic IP is automatically configured form Modem, and you can check
WAN IP at Administration/Status menu.

Configured when ADSL Modem (Dynamic IP) and PPPoE Connection
(ID and Password is needed when connecting to Internet)
NOTE
PPPoE Setting
On PPPoE setting you need ID and Password.
ID and Password is delivered form ISP (Internet Service Provider).
ISP may provide IP address to connect. In this case you can input IP

1. Input IP address provided by ISP
2. Click “Apply” to save.
If you do not click “Apply” data will not be saved after rebooting.
WRO-100 Wireless Feature Description
You can select SSID (Ophit) in Windows98, Me, 2000, vista, 7, 8 in the Wireless setup driver on your PC.
(Mostly you can find it on the lower right corner of you window screen, double click to configure and
activate)

How to connect wireless LAN card to WRO-100 in Windows 8
If you want to activate connection on Windows 8’s wireless LAN setup refer to the below pictures in this
page.
For reference there is a Wi-Fi quick access switch on some LAPTOP/PC, you can set it on to activate
Wireless LAN or in some LAPTOP PC you can set it on by function Key.

IP Address: WRO-100 IP setting. Factory default setting Gateway is 10.10.10.254.
DHCP Type: Automatic setting for IP address for PC. Select Default value.
Range of IP Address: Automatic IP address setting by server and configures the range of IP address.

Advanced Routing
Routing Table
Configure for Internal LAN of AP to other Network.
Add HOST
If you want to add HOST, you can select type of HOST.
Add Host IP to destination.
Adding Routing table to designated Host’s LAN’s Gateway address.
Click "Apply" button and you can input the Routing table of HOST.
Adding Network
You can set type of NET when you want add Network.
Input Network address and Net mask to destination.
Input Gateway address of LAN to Routing table of Dedicated NET.
Click "Apply" and then Routing table for NET.
Table Initialization
If you click "Initialization" button, all the value setting will go back to default value.

You can configure basic wireless settings including Network Name (SSID), etc.

If there’s changes you must click “Apply” button to update and save
NOTE
If you do not use Wireless Security function, other users may connect to
WRO-100 and use internet or control your PC.
Most powerful wireless security is WPA2-PSK mode. When activating
WPA2-PSK you must always remember the password.
Windows XP: Version should be above Service Pack 2.
With Windows 98, ME, 2000, driver installed on PC should support
WPA2-PSK password.
If there are other APs near WRO-100, 2.4GHz frequency channel may be
interrupted and with other Aps. Normally WRO-100 uses channel 6, if you
find out channel 3~9, you’d better change channel as below.
Channel Search program is installed in the Wireless LAN card driver.
Other channel + 3 examples) If other AP’s channel is 4 ,you’d better
change channel as 7.(4+3 = 7)
Other channel –3 example) If other AP’s channel is 8 ,you’d better

change channel as 5 .(8–3 = 5)
WEP Mode setup security
Change security mode as “WEPAUTO” →Input WEP KEY1~4 in 10 digit letter or 26 digit numeric.
You must remember this Key1~4 value
If you want string, you can change Hex to ASCII at the drop box on the right side of WEP Key input box.
You can input 5 digit letter or 13 digit numeric.

WPA-PSK Security

5. WDS
WRO-100 WDS Setting
Set IP as 10.10.10.xxx on connecting device (setting IP of the device in the same network area but
different IP with WRO-100 for connection) and open Internet Explorer.
After getting connected to WRO-100 AP on wireless, type 10.10.10.254 on explorer and then press enter
to be connected on setting page. (User name/Password: admin/admin)
Go to Wireless Distribution System Setting page by clicking WDS on Menu
-Default value is set as “Disable”. Select “Bridge Mode”, “Repeater Mode” for Main AP and “Lazy
Mode”, “Repeater Mode” for Slave AP.
-Wi-Fi can’t be searched from device when set on “Bridge Mode” because Wireless works through
WAN port. Please check your settings before applying because device has to be connected by
cable to be connected.
-Repeater Mode is a mode using AP and Bridge simultaneously. MAC address of AP needs to be
inputted when setting Bridge Mode and Repeater Mode. MAC address can be found on Local
Network box of Status page.

On “Lazy Mode”, Mac Address registered on Master AP is used so you don’t need to input MAC address.
Radio frequency channel needs to be same and IP of AP needs to be set as different IP on same range
when setting WDS. (Master AP : 10.10.10.254, Slave AP : 10.10.10.253)
If DHCP Type is set as “Server” you need to change setting to “Disable”.
When setting WDS there are CCK, OFDM, HTMIX, GREENFIELD in “Phy Mode”
CCK : 802.11b OFDM : 802.11g HTMIX : 802.11b/g/n GREENFIELD : 802.11n
Phy Mode and Encryp Type needs to be set same on connecting AP.

On “AP Mac Address” input AP Mac Address of device you will connect.
After setting is done click “Apply” and then reboot, Device must be rebooted for WDS function to operate.
