Preparing the cables:
Step 1:
Take the 150mm sti cable (6) and at one end remove
10mm and at the other end 30mm of the plastic insulati-
on.
Bend an eye with the round nose pliers ( pattern 5) at the
30mm end
Cut a section from the connector block (5) Connect it with
the cable (6) as shown in dia 2

Step 2:
Bend the alu wire (2) for the frame-
work according to the pattern ( Page
5). (Dia 3)
Bend the ends of the framework back doub-
le (Page 5) (s.dia 4)
Insulate both ende of the wire frame
with sellotape. (insulate, see page 5)

Step 3
Cut out the drilling pattern ( page 5) and stick it on the base(1) with sellotape
Note:
Press hard so that the holes show
Use a bradawl/ hole maker on the marked holes as shown ( diagram 7 )
Fixing the parts
Step 4
Fix the battery holder
(3) on the base using
the marked places -
with two
screws (8) Dia.8
Fix the buzzer (4) on
its place with 2 screws

Fix two rows of con-
nectors (5) to the base
with screws (9) (Dai

Fix the wire frame
work on one side
with a screw (9) (Dia

Thread the guide
arm on the free end
of the wire .Then x
the end with a
screw (9) to the base

Cabling:

Shorten the red cable of
the battery holder - strip o
some insulation and join
it to the connctor block (s.

Strip o the insulation from
the end of the black cable
and connect it with the
other connector block (s.

Cut a ca 70-80mm long
piece of cable (7) and srtip
the insulation from the ends
, loosen the buzzer a little
and wind the cable ends
around the xing screws
and re-tighten
Join the black cable with
the connector block ( Black
cable) dia.16

buzzer (4) with the free red
cable on the connector (s.

Using the last piece of the
connetor block join the the
black cable from the buzzer
(4) Remove the insulation
from the ends of cable (7)
and join one end to the
connector block. (see Dia.
18)

Take the other end of the
wire (7) and connect the
connetion block on the
guide arm (s. Dia 9)
