Projecteur à encastrer dans un faux plafond. Éclairage
architectural intérieur. Classe d’étanchéité IP67
permettant ainsi une installation en ambiance humide
ou construction BBC.
Seule une connexion IP68 au réseau électrique garantit
le degré IP67 du produit.

1. Application
Projecteur à encastrer dans un faux plafond. Éclairage
architectural intérieur. Classe d’étanchéité IP67
permettant ainsi une installation en ambiance humide ou
construction BBC.
Seule une connexion IP68 au réseau électrique garantit le
degré IP67 du produit.

3. · Installation/Montage
·
Respecter les prescriptions nationales applicables en
matière de sécurité. Nous déclinons toute
responsabilité pour l’utilisation ou le montage non
conforme. De même, nous réfutons toute
responsabilité pour les modifications réalisées sur les
luminaires.
Pour leur exploitation, les projecteurs à Courant
Constant doivent toujours être reliés en série au bloc
d‘alimentation en courant continu correspondant (voir
blocs d‘alimentation) (350/700 mA).
Ne pas démonter les boîtiers de projecteur, étant
donné que les câbles et la platine sont scellés.
Montage du projecteur dans un plafond de type BA13
ou métalique. Étant donné que dans les différents
projets, les conditions du sol ainsi que la situation
d’intégration varient, nous ne pouvons établir une
notice de montage générale. Les pictogrammes
expliquent les exemples de montage type. A
Montage
Lors du montage il est recommandé de ne pas mettre de la laine
de roche autours du produit afin de garantir la bonne ventilation
de celui ci.
Attention: utiliser uniquement les câbles raccordés en usine.
Indiquer la longueur de câble souhaitée lors de la commande. En
cas de sollicitation mécanique, le câble doit être posé dans une
gaine de protection.
Le raccordement du câble en silicone au secteur doit être réalisé
en milieu sec et, dans le cas d‘un raccordement direct dans le sol,
il convient d’utiliser des unités de raccordement spéciales à
masse de scellement. (par ex. ip68-1)
Raccorder les différents conducteurs aux blocs
d‘alimentation conformément aux prescriptions. G/H/I/J. Le
nombre maximal de projecteurs pouvant être reliés est indiqué
dans le manuel du bloc d‘alimentation (voir catalogue)
4. Raccordement aux blocs d‘alimentation/Matrice
de raccordement
Les projecteurs en courant constant doivent uniquement être
raccordés en série. H/I. Le cas échéant, procéder au
raccordement en série dans des boîtiers répartiteurs séparés dont
l‘extérieur doit en outre être protégé contre l‘humidité à l‘aide
d‘une masse de scellement.
5. Instructions d‘entretien générales
Lors du nettoyage, le projecteur ne doit pas entrer en contact
avec des détergents agressifs contre les métaux. L‘utilisation
de détergent à base d‘acide chlorhydrique sur et à proximité
des pièces du projecteur en acier inoxydable est totalement
interdite.
Nettoyer régulièrement le projecteur et le boîtier de montage
afin d‘éviter tout dépôt d‘oxydation.
- Les vis perdues ne doivent être remplacées que par des vis en
acier inoxydable V4A.
- Selon la sollicitation (puissance, circonstances
environnementales), il est recommandé de procéder au
changement des joints (sur les vitres, les raccords vissés et les
joints toriques) et du câble tous les 5 à 8 ans.
6. Conditions de garantie
Les délais et dispositions de garantie suivantes
s‘appliquent à compter de la date de livraison : - 24 mois

• La garantie couvre les défauts de matériaux,
les vices de construction et de traitement dont la preuve
est apportée qu‘ils sont imputables au fabricant.
• Les dommages, résultant du non-respect de
la présente notice d‘utilisation ou d‘une réparation non
conforme, sont exclus de la garantie.
• Nous déclinons toute garantie dans les cas
où l‘installation n‘a pas été effectuée dans les règles de
l‘art selon les instructions ou lors de l‘utilisation
d‘ampoules ou de câbles de raccordement non
appropriés.
• Nous nous réservons le droit de réaliser
toute modification répondant au progrès technique.
7. Remarques importantes
(La garantie s‘éteint en cas de non-respect
des points suivants)
• L‘absence d‘avaries de transport doit être vérifiée avant
l‘installation !
• Tous les travaux de montage et d‘installation, ainsi que les
travaux électriques, doivent être réalisés par du personnel
qualifié.
• Afin d‘éviter tout dépôt de rouille, utiliser exclusivement des
outils en acier inoxydable !
• La longueur de câble des lampes doit être choisie de telle
sorte à ce qu‘il ne soit pas nécessaire de la prolonger dans
de l‘eau ou dans un environnement humide. Toute
réclamation ultérieure à ce motif ne sera pas acceptée.
• Une distance de montage de 10 cm entre les équipements
est vivement recommandée afin d‘éviter un réchauffement
mutuel.
• Le raccordement des équipements doit être effectué sans
courant, sans quoi des décharges dans le bloc
d‘alimentation pourraient entraîner une détérioration des
LED. Aucune tension primaire ne doit être établie lors du
changement des LED.
• Lors du raccordement des lampes, respecter la polarité !
Une erreur de polarité peut endommager le module de LED.
• L‘installation d‘une protection contre la surtension par le
client conforme aux normes DIN VDE 0100-443, DIN VDE
0100-534 et
EN 62305 est recommandée.
• Veuillez respecter les mesures contre la décharge
électrostatique durant tous les travaux sur des projecteurs,
équipements et LED.

1. Function

3. Installation/assembly

When in use, constant current spotlights must
always be connected in series to the
corresponding DC power supply (see power
packs) (350/700 mA).
Do not disassemble the spotlight casing, because
the cables and the plate are sealed
Do not disassemble the projector boxes, as the
cables and board are sealed.
Mounting the projector in a BA13 or metal
ceiling. Since the soil conditions and the
integration situation in the individual projects
vary, we cannot provide general installation
instructions. The pictograms explain typical
installation examples. A
Mounting
During the assembly it is recommended not to put rock wool
around the product in order to guarantee the good ventilation
of this one.
Caution: Only use cables connected at the factory. Specify the
desired cable length when ordering. In case of mechanical
stress, the cable must be laid in a protective sheath.
The silicone cable must be connected to the mains in a dry
environment and, in the case of direct ground connection,
special grounded connection units must be used. (e.g. ip68-1)
Connect the individual conductors to the blocks
in accordance with the regulations. G/H/I/J. The maximum
number of projectors that can be connected is specified in the
power supply manual (see catalogue).
4. Connecting to the power packs/connection matrix
Constant current spotlights must only be connected in
series. H/I. If applicable, proceed with connection in series
in separate load distribution units, the outside of which
must also be protected against humidity using a sealing
compound.
5.General Maintenance Instructions
When cleaning the spotlight, do not use detergents which are
harmful to metals. The use of hydrochloric acid-based
detergents on and around any parts of a stainless steel light
fitting is totally prohibited. Regularly clean the spotlight and its
mounting box to avoid any rust deposit
Caution: Do not use a high-pressure cleaner.
- Any lost screws should only be replaced by V4A
stainless steel screws.
- According to requirements (power, environmental
circumstances), it is recommended to change the seals (on the
glass, screw fittings and O-rings) and the cable every 5 to 8
years.
6. Warranty conditions
The following time limits and provisions of the warranty shall
apply from the date of delivery: - 24 months for Orsteel spotlights
•The warranty covers defects in materials, construction defects
and any treatment proven to be attributable to the
manufacturer.
•Any damage resulting from the non-compliance with this user
leaflet or any non-compliant repair is excluded from the
warranty.
•We disclaim any guarantee where the installation has not
been carried out according to the instructions or where
unsuitable bulbs or connection cables have been used.
•We reserve the right to make any modification corresponding
to technical development.
7. Important Notes
(The warranty becomes void in the event of
non-compliance with the following points)
•The absence of damage caused during transport must
be verified before installation!
•All assembling and installation, as well as any electrical
work, must be carried out by qualified personnel.
•To avoid any deposit of rust, stainless steel tools only
should be used!
•The cable length for lamps must be chosen to avoid
extending it in water or in a wet environment. Any
subsequent claim for this reason will not be accepted.
•A mounting distance of 10 cm between each device is
strongly recommended to avoid mutual heating.
•Equipment must not be connected to the electricity
supply during installation, otherwise surges in the power
supply could damage the LEDS. There must be no
primary voltage when changing LEDS.
•When connecting the lamps, please ensure the polarity
matches! A polarity error may damage the LED module.
•The installation of a protection against any over voltage
by the customer compliant with standards DIN VDE
0100-443, DIN VDE 0100-534 and In 62305 is
recommended.
•Please observe the measures against electrostatic
discharge during all work on the spotlights, equipment
and LED.
