ORL Ekra 20/40/DC residential luminaire
Mounting Instruction
1. Post top diameter: 60 mm
2. Protection grade: IK10, IP66
3. Certifications: CE, ENEC, Dekra Led Perf.
4. Needed tools: - 4mm allen wrench
- 10mm allen wrench
5. Installation order:
a. Make sure power is off when starting.
b. Unpack the luminaire.
c. Guiding the power cable into the pole, and
position the luminaire on top of the pole.
d. Position the luminaire with the arrow and
Orange Lighting brand logo on canopy to
the street side and tighten the 6 bolts with
a 4mm allen wrench with a torque value
of 5Nm.
6. Repair or Maintenance
a. Make sure power is off when starting.
e. Secure the fixtures upper side with one
hand and use a 10mm Allen wrench to
untighten the fixation cap with your other
hand by turning anti-clockwise.
f. Lift up the canopy with two hands.
g. The canopy can be secured by putting the
hook on the inner side of the canopy
inside
the recessed border of the fixture.
h. By closing the canopy position the arrows
of the canopy in line with the mark on the
luminaire. Secure the luminaire upper side
with one hand and use a 10mm allen
wrench to tighten the fixation cap with
your other hand by turning clockwise with
a torque value of 20Nm. Tighten the cable
gland with the tubular box spanner to
secure the cable gland.

Removing and installing the power cable
1. Needed tools:
- 10mm allen wrench
- 22mm tubular box spanner
2. Installation order:
A. Take out the fixture, use the 22mm
tubular box spanner to release the cable
gland inside the mast adapter.
B. Hold the lamp’s upper side with one of
your hands and use a 10mm allen
wrench to release the canopy by turning
anticlockwise.
C. Lift up the canopy.
D. Position the canopy with the build-in
hook on the side of the fixture.
E. Release the removable tie wrap and
press the WAGO terminals to release the
wires of the power cable.
F. Pull out the power cable that needs to be
replaced.
G. Insert the new power cable with maximal
outer diameter of 12,0 mm from the
bottom through the cable gland and
guide through the side hole of the
connecting rod at the upper part.
H. Press the WAGO terminals and insert the
stripped wires with corresponding colors
in terminal holes of WAGO. Tighten the
power cable with removable tie wrap.
I. Replace the canopy and position the
arrow in line with the arrow on fixture to
be in same line. Tighten the top cap with
a 10mm allen wrench by turning
clockwise with force of 20Nm.
J. If the cable gland has not been fixated
yet, tighten the cable gland with the
tubular box spanner to secure the cable.
