During hot air frying, hot steam is
released through the air outlet openings,
keep your hands and face at a safe
distance from the steam and from the air
outlet. Also be careful of hot steam
overflow when you remove the
accessories from the appliance.

使用前的準備:
1. 取出所有包裝物料。
2. 用熱水，一些溫和清潔液和非研磨性海綿徹底清潔轉籃和其他配件。
3. 用濕布擦拭氣炸烤爐的內部和外部。
注意: 這是一種可在熱空氣上工作的氣炸烤爐，請勿在爐中注油或炸油脂。
4. 將氣炸烤爐擺放於穩固的平面上。
5. 打開玻璃門，將盛油盤放在氣炸烤爐內的下方。
6. 將食材放在所需烹飪配件裡，然後將所需烹飪配件正確放入氣炸烤爐內。
7. 將定時旋鈕調至 "OFF"，再將插頭插入交流電壓220-240V ~ 50/60Hz的獨立插
座，電源指示燈亮起，氣炸烤爐已可使用。
PREPARATION BEFORE USE:
1. Remove all packaging material.
2. Thoroughly clean the rotating mesh basket and other accessories with hot
water, mild cleaner and a non-abrasive sponge.
3. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
Notice: This is an Air Fryer Oven that works on hot air. Do not fill the Oven
with oil or frying fat.
4. Place the Air Fryer Oven on a stable and flat surface.
5. Place the grease tray at the bottom of the Air Fryer Oven.
6. Put the ingredients in the required cooking accessories, and then put the
required cooking accessories into the Air Fryer Oven.
7. Set the "Timer" knob to "OFF" position, then plug the power plug into an
220-240V~ 50/60Hz electrical outlet, power indicator light on, the Air
Fryer Oven is ready for use.
注意:
- 切勿將氣炸烤爐放在非耐熱表面上。
- 切勿在氣炸烤爐中注油或任何其他液體。
- 切勿在氣炸烤爐頂部放置任何物品，這會擾亂氣流並影響氣炸的結果。
- 切勿在沒有配件的情況下使用氣炸烤爐。
- 本機只可使用附設提供的配件進行煮食。
- 配件只適用於本機使用。
Notice:
- Never place the Air Fryer Oven on non-heat-resistant surfaces.
- Never fill the Oven with oil or any other liquid.
- Never place anything on top of the Air Fryer Oven. This disrupts the airflow
and affects the hot air frying result.

- Never use the Air Fryer Oven without the accessories in it.
- This Air Fryer Oven can only use the supplied accessories for cooking.
- The accessories is only suitable for this Air Fryer Oven.
1. 旋轉"功能"旋鈕選擇相應的烹調模式(氣炸/烘焙/燒烤/薄餅/乾果)。
1. Set the "Function" knob to select the corresponding cooking mode (air fry/
toaster/grill/pizza/dry fruit).
2. 將"溫度"旋鈕從"min"設至到所需溫度:80℃-230℃。
2. Set the "Temperature" knob to the desired temperature setting from 80℃to
230℃.
3. 旋轉"定時"旋鈕選擇合適的操作時間(包括5分鐘的預熱時間)，此時電源指示燈亮起。
*注意: 在加熱過程中，電源指示燈會時亮時滅，此乃正常現象。
3. Set the "Timer" knob at required cooking time (including 5 minutes preheat
time), the power indicator will light on.
*Note: During heating process, the indicator light will be on or off automatically.
4. 如食物在設定時間前已完成，可自行把"定時"旋鈕回轉至"0"。
4. If cooking is completed before the end of the timer, please turn the "Timer"
knob to position "0" manually.
注意: 如果烹調時間少於20分鐘，請將"定時"旋鈕設至40分鐘或以上，然後再設回所
需時間。
Note: If the cooking time is less than 20 minutes, please set the "Timer" knob
to 40 minutes or more and then turn it back to the required time.
5. 烹飪完成後，將會發出"叮"聲。
5. When the cooking is complete, it will have a "Ding" sounds.
6. 完成後，打開玻璃門，將配件從氣炸烤爐中拉出並將其放在耐熱表面上，小心地將
食物從配件中倒到碟上。
6. After finished, open the glass door, pull the accessories out of the Air Fryer
Oven and place it on a heat-resistant surface, carefully pour the food out of
the accessories onto plate.

7. 使用後，請確保"定時"旋鈕處於"0"位置並拔除電源插頭。
7. After use, please make sure that the "Timer" knob is at the "0" position and
unplug the power plug.
旋轉式灸烤 / Grilling with the turnspit
1. 這個功能是最適合用於烤雞及其他肉類等食物。
1. This function is ideal for grill chicken and other type of meats.
2. 先用旋轉燒烤叉把食物固定(如欲得到更佳效果，可用廚繩把食物扎緊)。
2. Place the meat on the spit (for the best result, tie the meat by kitchen
string).
3. 把盛油盤放到最低位置及把旋轉燒烤叉固定在氣炸烤爐中間位置。
3. Place the grease tray to the bottom and the push the turnspit mount
inside the Air Fryer Oven.
4. 旋轉"功能"旋鈕選擇烹調模式(燒烤)。
4. Set the "Function" knob to select the cooking mode (grill).
5. 將"溫度"旋鈕從"min"設至到所需溫度:80℃-230℃。
5. Set the "Temperature" knob to the desired temperature setting from 80℃to
230℃.

網籃 / Air Frying With Mesh Basket
1. 這個功能是最適合用於牛扒和乾果等食物。
1. This function is ideal for steak and dry fruit, etc.
2. 把網籃放進氣炸烤爐的最高位置，再把盛油盤放到最低位置。
2. Insert the mesh basket in the Air Fryer Oven, then place the grease
tray at the bottom of the Air Fryer Oven.
3. 旋轉"功能"旋鈕選擇烹調模式(氣炸/乾果)。
3. Set the "Function"knob to select the cooking mode (air fry / dry fruit).
4. 將"溫度"旋鈕從"min"設至到所需溫度:80℃-230℃。
4. Set the "Temperature"knob to the desired temperature setting from 80℃to
230℃.
5. 旋轉"定時"旋鈕選擇合適的操作時間(包括5分鐘的預熱時間)，此時電源指示燈亮

旋轉網籃 / Air Frying With Rotating Mesh Basket
注意: 在烹飪過程中，旋轉網籃和其他配件會變得很熱。當將其卸下以檢查進度時，
請確保附近有矮腳架或耐熱表面將其放下。
切勿將旋轉網籃直接放在檯面或桌上。
Notice: During the cooking process, the Rotating Mesh Basket and other
accessories will become very hot. When you remove it to check
on the progress, make sure you have a trivet or a heat resistant
surface nearby to set it down on.
NEVER place the Rotating Mesh Basket directly on a counter top or
table.
1. 這個功能是最適合用於炸薯條及炸雞塊等食物。
1. This function is ideal for fries and chicken nuggets,etc.
2. 打開旋轉網籃的鎖扣，然後放入食材再將其鎖緊。
2. Open the lock of the rotating mesh basket and put in the
ingredients and then lock it tightly.
3. 然後用旋轉軸插入旋轉網籃連接槽把旋轉網籃固定。
3. Insert the rotisserie shaft into the rotating mesh basket's
connection slot to fix the rotating mesh basket
4. 把盛油盤放到最低位置，再用燒烤叉把手把旋轉網籃放進氣炸烤爐。
4. Place the grease tray at the bottom of the Air Fryer Oven, then use the
split handle to insert the rotating mesh basket in the Air Fryer Oven.

heat-resistant surface, open the lock of the rotating mesh basket then
carefully pour the food out of the accessories onto plate.

警告: 不使用氣炸烤爐時，經常保持拔除電源，及切勿將氣炸鍋浸於水或其他液體中。在清潔本氣炸烤爐
前，先將氣炸烤爐關掉及把電源線從插座拔出，然後讓氣炸烤爐冷卻。
*注意：打開玻璃門並卸下所有配件，使氣炸烤爐冷卻更快。
WARNING: ALWAYS UNPLUG THE POWER CORD BEFORE MOVING OR SERVICING. DO NOT
IMMERSE THE AIR FRYER OVEN IN WATER! BEFORE CLEANING, MAKE SURE THAT THE UNIT HAS
BEEN SWITCHED OFF AND IT IS UNPLUGGED FROM THE MAIN OUTLET AND LET THE AIR
FRYER COOL DOWN.
* Note: Open the Glass Door and remove all accessories to let the Air Fryer Oven cool
down more quickly.
外殼: 清理時切勿將氣炸烤爐浸於水或其他液體中。使用濕潤軟布抹擦清潔，頑固污垢可用軟布沾上含肥
皂的溫水抹擦。
Housing: Clean the outside and grille of the Air Fryer Oven with a soft cloth. To remove
presistent dirt, wipe down with a cloth that has been dampened with warm soapy water.
1. 每次使用後都要清潔氣炸烤爐。
1. Clean the appliance after every use.
2. 切勿使用研磨性、腐蝕性或易燃性清潔劑(例如漂白劑或酒精)清潔氣炸烤爐的任何部位。
2. Do NOT use abrasive, corrosive or flammable cleansers (such as bleach or alcohol) to clean
any part of the Air Fryer Oven.
3. 盛油盤具有不粘塗層。請勿使用金屬廚房用具或研磨性清潔材料來清潔盛油盤，因為這可能會損壞不

3. The grease tray of the Air Fryer Oven have a non-stick coating. Do not use metal kitchen
utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean the grease tray, as this may damage the
non-stick coating.

This product is warranted for 1year (commercial use for 3 months) from the date of purchase
under the following conditions:
1. For any defect, in the judgment of our technician, if it is caused under normal use, we are
responsible for repairing the product, and/or replacing parts at free of charge.
2. This warranty DOES NOT apply to:
- If the product has been damaged through abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents;
- Unauthorized repair, alteration/modification;
- The housing, cover, split handle, turnspit mount, rotating mesh basket, mesh basket,
grease tray, or accessories, is excluded from this warranty.
3. The customer is requested to bring the unit to and from our Service Centre whenever
service is needed.
4. Any defective parts, which had been replaced, shall be of our property.
5. This warranty is valid in H.K.S.A.R. only.
6. Please show the Invoice to get free service.
***Extra 3 months warranty: just complete Online Warranty Registration within 10 days from
the date of receipt, free warranty will be extended to 15 months (not applicable to commercial
