1. General Description
OG857 is designed to be a fully compliant LoRaWAN gateway, with WiFi and ethernet as the backhaul(4G
Optional). It includes one or two LoRa concentrator, which provides up to 16 programmable parallel
demodulation paths. This gateway is perfectly designed for indoor public network extension or for ad-hoc
indoor private coverage, like manufacturing, logistics or industrial sites requiring continuous connectivity
for their IoT applications.

5. Gateway config guide
5.1 Power on
Power on the device and connect the LAN port
5.2 Config Internet protocol TCP/IPv4
Control Panel→Network&internet→networking properties→TCP/IPv4.
Change computer access IP to fixed IP: 192.168.15.1

5.3 Login the server
After the gateway is powered on for 2 minutes , enter the following address in Google Chrome.
192.168.15.1
Login with your user name and password. (User name: admin, Password: Admin17)
5.4 Change Password
Click User→Password→Type new password→Confirm→Save →Refresh the page

Click Network→Interfaces to view the network status

5.7 Reset
Press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds to reset the device
Factory default setting:
User name: admin, Password: Admin17
Local IP address:192.168.15.1
Remote server port: 10000
All wireless network cleared
6. Installation
OG857 series gateway has 2 instllation methods:
6.1 Desktop
Put the gateway on a flat surface such as the top of a table, then adjust antenna direction
accordingly, which is suitable for temporary demonstration and debugging.
6.2 Wall Mounting
Install the gateway bracket:
Step1:Select installation position on wall and mark the locations where the screw holes for the

screws will be drilled.
Step 2 :Drill hales in the wall and plug in plastic extension pipes, then place the gateway bracket
onto the marked location with holes aligned.
Step3:Tighten the screw.
Place gateway into bracket
Step1: Connect 4G /LoRa/WIFI antennas
Step2: Connect power adapter, put the SIM card into the slot, or connect the Ethernet cable. when
gateway is powered on , check the LED status, make sure gateway is working normally.
Step3: Attach gateway to bracket, make the hook in the gateway align to the bracket grooves, push
the gateway upward (in a direction shown with a blue arrow) and look it to the bracket.
NOTES:
l The gateway should be handled gently without violent collisions and drops.
l The gateway should be mounted on a flat and dry surface with little dust and good ventilation.
Do not expose the gateway to rain, water leakage and any humidity.
