#40810
Figure 3. Attach the handle to the pan head with the
handle adjustment knob (A). To change the handle angle,
just loosen the handle adjustment knob until the handle

angle has been set. (B) Three adjustment knobs let you
rotate and lock the 3-way pan head’s azimuth (horizontal),
altitude (vertical), and lateral tilt (C).
Figure 1. Key features (Shown with retractable mini tripod
stand deployed.)
Figure 2. Fold the mini tripod legs down (A) until they click
into the locked position. To fold them back up, (B) press
the two spring pegs inward, then lift the leg up.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL
CAUTION: While the mini tripod stand can help stabilize the monopod
while in use, it is not designed to support an unattended camera
or spotting scope. Always maintain a firm grip on your camera or
spotting scope with one hand – even when the mini tripod stand is
deployed – to prevent the monopod from tipping over.

Figure 5. Opening the lock/release lever allows the dovetail
mounting plate to be lifted out of its seat. Attach your
camera, spotting scope, or binocular adapter to the plate’s
¼"-20 threaded post. To reinstall the plate, place it over
the seat and press it down firmly to snap the spring-loaded
lock/release lever into the locked position.
Figure 6. A great feature of the Tritech II-M Monopod is the
ability to couple the pan head directly to the mini tripod
stand, to create a versatile, low-profile “tabletop” tripod.
Just unscrew the pan head and the mini tripod stand
assembly from their respective ends of the monopod
column, then screw the pan head onto the exposed
threaded post of the mini tripod stand until it’s tight.
Monopod tilt
adjustment
Figure 4. Rotate the knurled tilt adjustment ring near the
bottom of the monopod up or down to allow a greater or
lesser amount of tilt, respectively. Allowing more tilt can be
useful when photographing or observing moving subjects
