How to Properly Measure
Lightly pinch the 4 electrodes by using both of your thumbs and index fingers to measure Body Fat
(%), Skeletal Muscle (kg), Basal Metabolic Rate, and Body Water.
Stretch your arms and make sure the left and right hands do not touch each other.

frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Should I charge Fitrus A when I
first get it?
Yes. It is strongly recommended to
recharge after receiving the
product. I am having trouble connecting
Bluetooth
You may turn on the GPS and
Bluetooth on your smartphone and
try running the Fitrus 2.0 App
again. Do not enter the PIN number,
but try to run the measurement
through the Fitrus 2.0 App first and
then turn on the device.
Can anyone else measure it?

Do I need a smartphone to use it?
Yes. The result data measured by
the device will be recorded in the
Fitrus 2.0 App.

Does Fitrus 2.0 App offer different
languages?
Yes. Go to
Settings Language
menu. System Default Language,
Korean, English, Japanese and
Chinese are supported.
If you choose system default
language, the app language will be
automatically selected according to
the user’s smartphone language
setting and the Other Language
option may only be supported in
English.

WARNING
Fitrus A is not a medical device and should not be used
for diagnostics or treatment.
Do not use Fitrus A device with any other medical
assist devices, such as pacemaker, medical ECG,
artificial heart, or heart-lung machine.
The electric current (under 150 uA of 50 kHz) is too low
for anyone to sense or be affected by it.
If you do experience any physical symptoms, stop using
it immediately.
Avoid using Fitrus A to measure your body composition
during pregnancy or menstruation.
The measurement result could be inaccurate.
Precaution
Make sure to remove any nearby devices that can cause
wireless interference. These sources can cause slower
performance or disconnection from Fitrus A and
may also interfere with the Bioelectrical Impedance
Analysis(BIA), resulting in inaccurate readings.
Do not eat or dismantle the battery.
Keep out of children’s reach.
You must follow local regulations when disposing of
the device or any of its components and accessories.
Please be aware that Fitrus A may not provide accurate
readings if the user is under the age of 13, extremely
obese or severely underweight.

WARRANTY
If you are experiencing a problem using Fitrus A, please contact the OSD team.

Within the one-year warranty period, if any malfunction
transpires under normal use, as established by the
manual, the affected components of the product will be
exchanged free of charge.
Past the one-year mark of the initial purchase, you will
be responsible for the cost of any exchanges.
In principle, the components will be exchanged with
those of the same color and model.
Malfunctions or damages of any disassembled or
modified devices.
Damages caused by water & liquid or any weather
conditions.
The customer may be responsible for the shipping costs.
In the following cases, the service fee may be charged
even during the warranty period.

Fitrus 2.0 App is compatible with Android 5.0 or above, and iOS 12.0 or above;
however, some Androids and iPads will not be compatible.
The content of the User Guide (including safety precautions) may be changed at any time without
notice to Users as the specifications for Hardware, Software and Configurations are modified.
