Beforeuse,pleasereadthismanualthoroughlyandsaveforfuturereference.
Please keep the instruction manual,guarantee certificate,sales receipt and
if possible,the carton with the inner packaging.
Before plugging in the appliance,check that the socket and
power matched those of the appliance.
Only connect the unit to an AC power supply.The voltage listed
on the rating plate must coincide with the voltage of your power
supply.
Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance
containing hot liquids.
Always remove the plug from the socket when the Professional Blender is
not in use.Allow it to cool down before putting on or taking the parts off.Do
not touch or insert plug with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
Prevent the product from exposing to excessive dirt and humidity.
Do not attempt to repair or modify the Professional Blender,only authorized
and qualified Personnel may repair this blender.
Never dip machine into any liquid.Do not use the appliance with wet hands;
if the appliance is humid or wet,unplug it immediately.
This appliance should not be used by people (including children)with
reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities.It is not intended for
people with lack of experience and knowledge unless
they are supervised by the person who is responsible for their safety.
Keep children away from the appliance.Pay particular attention when
children are in the vicinity.
Do not connect incompatible products or items not included in the
package.
Keep your fingers away from moving parts and fitted tools.Never put
your fingers in hinge mechanism.
Do not interfere with the machine’s safety switches.
Place the machine on a smooth,flat and stable working surface.
Wait until moving parts stop running before you remove the lid of
machine.
Do not plug or operate the Professional Blender with a damaged cord.
If the cord is damaged or if the Blender has been malfunctioned in any
manner,contact your service provider immediately.
When disconnecting the power cord,grasp and pull the plug carefully.
Prevent squeezing the cord during installation or cleaning as it may
damage the cord.
Keep the cables away from appliances which generates excessive
heat.
Avoid danger of tripping,do not allow the electric cable to hang down.
Keep the Professional Blender far away from hot appliance,gas or
electric hot stoves.
The Professional Blender is for household use only.

Using the Blender
NOTE:Before connecting to the power outlet,recheck if the
supply type and the mains voltage are matched with the details
given on the rating label of the appliance.
Step 1
Fit the blender jar onto the motor
unit.
Step 2
Following the indication marks
on the base,turn the blender jar
counterclockwise to lock in the
blender jar.
Wash the ingredients or cut
fruits/vegetables into small pieces.
Place the ingredients into the blender
jar and add desired liquid mixture into
the jar.Pay attention that food should
not exceed the jar’s highest line.
Step 3
Attach the lid onto the blender jar.
Turn the lid counterclockwise to
lock in theblender jar.
Step 4
Attach the filler cap into the lid
Plug the appliance and turn the speed button to 1, 2or
depending on your food request
Operate the blender in less than 2minutes and let it rest for
at least 1minute before proceeding to the second operation.
NOTE:Do not use the blender for more than 2operations.
Allow blender to cool off for 30 minutes before using it again.
Never open the lid when the blade is still rotating.For extra
caution,unplug the appliance before removing the lid.
To add liquid ingredients during the process,remove the filler
cap and pour liquid through the opening
If not satisfied with the result,switch the blender off,remove
the lid and stir the ingredients with a spatula(not included).

Care and Maintenance
How to Store the Professional Blender
Step 1
Place the blender jar upside down and
insert into the motor unit.
Step 2
Attach the lid onto the blender jar.
Step 3
Insert the filler cap into the lid.
Prevent the product from exposing to excessive dirt and humidity.
Do not immerse the housing with motor in any liquid.
Remove the power cord from the socket before cleaning the
Professional Blender.
Do not use any abrasive detergents in cleaning the machine
Only use soft,damp cloth in cleaning the outside of the housing
Food residue can be cleaned in soapy water
Allow parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the blender
