IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using air fryer, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage
before you connect the appliance.
Do not use the appliance if the plug, the mains cord or the appliance itself is damaged.
If the mains cord is damaged, contact your service provider immediately.
This appliance can be used by children aged 8 or over and by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Keep the appliance and its mains cord out of the reach of children younger than 8 when
the appliance is switched on or is cooling down.
Keep the mains cord away from hot surfaces.
Do not plug in the appliance or operate the control panel with wet hands.
Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket. Always make sure that the plug is
inserted into the wall socket properly.
Never connect this appliance to an external timer switch in order to avoid a
hazardous situation.
Do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as a
tablecloth or curtain.

AIR FRYER MAINTENANCE
The pot, basket and grill net(optional) have a coating. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or
abrasive cleaning materials to clean them, as this may damage the coating.
Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
Note: Remove the pot to let the fryer cool down quickly.
Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
Clean the pot, basket with hot water, some washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.
You can use a degreasing liquid to remove any remaining dirt.
Note: The pot and basket are dishwasher safe.
Tip: If dirt is stuck to the basket, or the bottom of the pot, fill the pot with hot water with some
washing-up liquid. Put the basket in the pot and let the pot and the basket soak for
approximately 10 minutes.
Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
Make sure all parts are clean and dry before storing the air fryer

Chocolate Brownies
-0.15 LB pure chocolate (in pieces)
-0.15 LB unsalted butter, chopped
-1 large egg lightly beaten
-0.1 LB brown sugar
-½ teaspoon vanilla extract
-0.1 LB self raising flour
-0.05 LB walnuts, chopped
-Small baking pan or cake dish
(approximately 15cm diameter) and
parchment paper
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a pan on low heat, mixing through. Allow to cool
and set aside.
Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla extra in a separate mixing bowl until light and creamy. Then
add the chocolate mixture and self-raising flour and stir in the walnuts.
Preheat Air Fryer to 350℉.
Line the baking pan with parchment paper, and fill with the brownies mixture.
Place the cake pan into the frying basket, then set the timer for 20 minutes and bake
through till the top is crispy.
Remove the cake pan from the frying basket and let it cool, then slice into small squares
and serve.

Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least
4Inches free space on the back, sides and space above the appliance. Do not place
anything on top of the appliance.
Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
Do not let the appliance operate unattended.
During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlet openings. Keep your
hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and from the air outlet openings. Also
be careful of hot steam and air when you remove the pan from the appliance.
Immediately unplug the appliance if you see dark smoke coming out of the appliance.
Wait for the smoke emission to stop before you remove the pan from the appliance.
Never immerse the housing, which contains electrical components and the heating
elements, in water nor rinse it under the tap.
Do not let any water or other liquid enter the appliance to prevent electric shock.
Always put the ingredients to be fried in the basket, to prevent it from coming into
contact with the heating elements.
Do not cover the air inlet and the air outlet openings while the appliance is operating.
Never touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating.
Place the appliance on a horizontal, even and stable surface.
This appliance is intended for normal household use only.
If the appliance is used improperly or for professional or semi-professional purposes or if
it is not used according to the instructions in the user manual, the warranty becomes
invalid and Ovente refuses any liability for damage caused.

Always contact Ovente Customer Support for examination or repair.
Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself, otherwise the warranty becomes invalid.
Always unplug the appliance after use and before cleaning. To disconnect, press to
switch the appliance OFF and allow it to cool before cleaning the appliance.
Let the appliance cool down for approx. 30 minutes before you handle or clean it.
Make sure the ingredients prepared in this appliance come out golden-yellow instead of
dark or brown. Remove burnt remnants.
The use of accessories or attachments not recommended by Ovente may cause hazards.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
Do not use your air fryer for other than its intended use.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
To unplug, grasp plug and pull from electrical outlet. Never pull cord.
NOTE: Do not put anything on top of the appliance as this disrupts the airflow
and affects the hot air frying result.

Add the crumble mixture to a baking tray and place in the frying basket of the Air Fryer
and cook for 20 minutes at 350℉.
After the crumble has finished cooking, transfer the crumble mixture to a sheet tray.
Please handle with care as the crumble will be very hot, and set aside to cool.
In a bowl, combine the apples, lemon juice, brown sugar and 5 spice powder
and then mix.
Place the apple filling in a baking tray into the Air Fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 350℉.
After 15 minutes, add the crumble mixture to the apple mixture and cook through until
warm and moist, approximately another 3 minutes
Remove from the Air Fryer and serve on its own or with ice cream.

Apple Crumble
This recipe and many other baking recipes will require using an oven safe baking dish or tray (not included) to be
placed in the frying basket.
Apple Crumble Mixture
-¾ cup nuts (walnuts and pecans)
roughly chopped
-½ cup plain flour
-½ cup rolled oats
-½ teaspoon 5 spice powder
-¼ teaspoon salt
-4 tablespoons melted butter
Apple Filling
-4 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and chopped into 1cm chunks
-Juice of ½ a lemon
-¼ cup of brown sugar
-½ teaspoon of 5 spice powder
In a medium bowl, combine nuts, flour, oats, brown sugar, 5 spice powder and salt,
then stir to combine.
Add the melted butter to the bowl and mix.

Lightly-Fried Lamb
Chops
with Rosemary
and Garlic
-10
small lamb rib
chops
-2 tbsp
minced
garlic
-1 ½

rosemary

Preheat the Air
Fryer
to
390
°F.
In
a
small bowl,
combine
the
garlic, rosemary
and crushed red
pepper. Rub
about
¼
tsp of the mixture over both sides of
each
lamb
chop.
Sprinkle
the lamb chops with salt and put onto
a plate, cover
and refrigerate
for
approximately
30 minutes or preferably up to
4
hours.
When ready to cook, place the lamb chops into the non-stick coated cooking basket and cook
for approximately 10-15 minutes, depending upon how well done the meat is required to be
cooked.
Garnish the lamb chops with rosemary if desired and then served.

Chicken Nuggets

Preheat the Air
Fryer
to
390
°F.
To
prepare the chicken, peel the garlic and zest the lemon. Put the crackers into
a
food
processor with the butter, garlic, parsley, lemon
zest
and a pinch of salt
and
pepper,
then
process until the mixture
is
very
fine.
Pour these crumbs onto a
plate.
Sprinkle
the flour
onto a second plate, then crack the eggs into a small bowl
and
beat with a fork.
Roll
the
chicken pieces in the flour until all
sides
are
completely
coated,
then dip them into the
egg, followed by the flavoured crumbs. Rub
the
crumbs onto the chicken pieces so that
they stick; the chicken pieces should
be
totally
coated.
Spray the chicken pieces with oil and cook them for approximately 10-15minutes or until
cooked through, golden and crisp.

USING THE AIR FRYER
The air fryer can be used to prepare a large range of ingredients. The recipe booklet included serves
as a guide to using the appliance better.
1. Remove all packaging materials.
2. Before first use, thoroughly clean the basket and the pot with hot water, some washing
up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.
3. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
This is an air fryer that works on hot air. Do not fill the basket/pan with oil or frying fat.
4. Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal and flat surface.
Do not place the appliance on non-heat-resistant surfaces.
5. Place the frying basket/frying pan in the frying pot properly.
6. Connect the mains plug to an earthed wall socket then you will hear a “Beep” with the
standby icon “ ” in the display.
NOTE:
-After cooking or without any operation for 1min, the fryer will turn to standby mode
automatically.
-Do not fill the pan with oil or any other liquid.
-Do not put anything on top of the appliance. This disrupts the airflow and affects the hot air
frying result.
7. Carefully pull out the frying pot of the fryer horizontally.
8. Put the ingredients in the basket/pan.
Note:
-Never fill the basket exceed the amount indicated in the table, as this could affect the
quality. Slide the pot back into the fryer.
-Never use the pot without the basket in it.
9. Slide the frying pot back into the air fyer.
Warning: Do not touch the pot during and after use, as it gets very hot. Only hold the pot by
the handle.

10. Determine the preparation time for the ingredient.
11. Press the standby icon “ ” for 3 seconds to unlock, the display will show the default
temperature and time. Press “ ” or “ ” to select your desired temperature with
increments of “±10F” with every press or long press to the wanted temperature.
* Maximum Temperature: 390F, Min Temperature: 140F.
12. Press “ ” or “ ” to adjust the time from 10min, time will “±1min” with every press
or long press to the wanted time.
*Max: 60min, Min: 1min.

Potato Wedges
-1.1 lb Potatoes
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-Salt to taste
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-1 tablespoon ground cumin
-1 tablespoon ground coriander
-1 tablespoon ground paprika
Slice potatoes into wedges.
Soak potato slices in water for approximately 20 minutes. Drain and pat dry on
a paper towel.
Preheat the Air Fryer at 350℉.
Mix the seasoning in a bowl until evenly combined, then rub the mixture over the
potatoes.
Place the potato slices into the basket.
Set the temperature at 350℉and cook for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
For even cooking, remember to shake halfway through.

13. After selecting your desired temperature and time, then press “ ” to start cooking,
display shows heating icon “ ” and fan icon “ ”. Pre-set temperature and remaining
time shows on display alternately during cooking.

14. Some ingredients require shaking halfway through the preparation time. To shake the
ingredients, pull the pan out of the appliance by the handle and shake it. Then slide the
pan back into the airfryer (Fig. 11).
Caution: Do not press the basket release button during shaking.
15. If you want to adjust your selected temperature and time, press “ ”, the fryer will
stop working the press it again to continue.
16. When the appliance starts to beep, the set cooking time has elapsed. The display
will automatically show the standby icon “ ”.
17. Check if the ingredients are ready.
18. To remove small ingredients (e.g. fries), press the basket release button (1) and lift the
basket out of the pot.
Note:
-Do not turn the basket upside down with the pot still attached to it, as any excess oil that
has collected on the bottom of the pot will leak onto the ingredients.
-After hot air frying, the pan and the ingredients are hot. Depending on the type of
ingredients in the airfryer, steam may escape from the pan.
19. Empty the basket into a bowl or onto a plate.

Potato Crisps
-1.1 lb Potatoes
-1 minced garlic clove
-1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
Peel potatoes and cut into 8mm thick pieces.
Soak potato slices in water for approximately 20 minutes. Drain and pat dry on
a paper towel.
Preheat the Air Fryer at 350℉.
Mix the garlic, thyme and olive oil in a bowl until evenly combined, then rub the mixture
over the potatoes.
Place the potato slices into the basket.
Set the temperature at 350℉and cook for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
For even cooking, remember to shake halfway through.
