technology.Usethissystemyoucanoperateprojectorandcomputereasierand
achievemoreexcellentpresentationeffects.
Having Interactivewhiteboardsystemmeansyounotonlyhavestrongerfunctions
thanmouse,touchscreenandelectronicwhiteboard,moreimportantyouhavethe
moreMan-machinecommunicationopportunitiesinthepresentation:Use interactive
whiteboard”youcanalmostneglecttheprojector,computersystem., theoperationfit
thenaturalcommunicationcustom.Useinteractivewhiteboardsystemwillovercome

1WM-WB3200 installationmethod ,systemrequirementsand
notes
Suspendedceiling installationismainlyusedforfixedlong-termuse,the
advantageofwhichisthatonce installationanddebug isfinished,ifnotmovethe
projector,wedon’tneedtoadjustthereceiver’slocationandelevation,andwedon’t
needtoconductcoordinatesampling againinthelateruse.
2Startsettings
2.1 Startsettings
Properlyconnectedandturnonyourcomputerandprojector, adjusttheprojectorto
thewallorprojectorscreenonthescreenshowsnormal. Afterinstallationiscomplete,
noneedtorestartyourcomputer, intheWINDOWSthe[Start]menuoftheprogram
directory, selectthegenerated 【SmartPointer】directory 【SmartPointer】optionor
double-clicktheshortcuticon onthedesktop, specificdemonstration
operationisshownbelow:
2.2 Interactivewhiteboardsystemsettings
Usetheleftkeyofthemousetoclickthesmallicon in the system taskbar
of the right corner of the desktop, the menu will pop up, as follows:

numbersofthepositioning point.
3PositioningCalibrationiy
Thepurposeforcoordinatessampling istomakeprojectorGeniusframeofaxes
correspondtocomputerframeofaxes,projectorGeniuscanrecognize thelocationof
theOpto-Electricalwritingpenonthescreen,whichmakesthepencontrolthemouse
pointercorrectly.Leftclicktheicon inthesystemtaskbaroftherightcornerof
thedesktop,themenu will popup,chooseCalibrate,thepicture
belowwill popup :

Click 【Next】toentermanuallypositioningtheenvironment,asshownbelowwill
appearonthescreenpositioning ofsampleicon:

Use mouse or interactive writing pen left click the icon on the lower
right of the taskbar, choose help”,you can open the help file of the
system.
(2)About
Use mouse or interactive writing pen left click the icon on the
lower right of thetaskbar, choose “about”,the copyright andother
basic information will display.
（3）Exit

Use mouse or interactive writing pen leftclick the icon on the
lower right of the taskbar,choose “exit”,you can exit thissoftware.
SmarterPointer Operating
Aftersettingup thesoftwareofSmartpointer,oneshortcutmenu willcometure
onthedesktopandalistof[SmartPointer] willbecreatedin[start].Now,youhave
twowaystostart-upwhiteboard:
1) clicktheshortcutmenu twice
2) openthe[Start]ofwindowstoAllProgramstoSmartPointertoPaint
youenterthewhiteboardasfollowingpicture:

1) Hide: Clickthehiddenicontoreceivehidingthemenu,inordertoavoid
occupying theuseofregionalthemenuarea andgo onawiderrangeof
operatingconveniently.
2) ExportMode: Themenudefaultstothebasicfunctionsofthemenu,and
appearsonthescreenabovetheleftside.Whenyouclickthebutton on
thismap,whichcanexpandthemenu,atthesametimegetanextended
FunctionMenu. Asshowninthefollowing inthe"extensionsmenu".
3) Minimize: Clicktheminimize icononthemenu,andreturntowindows
interface.
4) Exit: Clickonthemenuexitbuttonintheupperrightcorner,andobtainthe
followinginterface thatyoucanclick onexitWhiteboardProcedure.
5) Pencil: Clickthe[pencil]icononthetoolbar,youcanwriteon-boardorin
MicrosoftOfficeWord,Excel,PowerPointdocumentimageprocessing
functionsandsoon,orgoonwritingintheimageeditingmodeofsoftware,
annotations,andpainting,etc.Useapenciltowriteneatlywithsmooth
featureswhichismoresuitableforletters, numbersandcommonwords, atthis
timeitonlyhasthedefaultcolor--- black,andifyoupressthebuttontwice,a
menuwillpopup ,andyoucanchoosemanyothercolors.anditsthickness has
onlythree kinds.
6) Pen: Accordingtocharacteristicsofawritingbrushtodevelopawriting
effect,whichwonderfulshowstheartofbrushwritingandisgenerally
suitablefordisplaybrusheffects, titles, andcalligraphyandpainting. Clickthe
[pen]icononthetoolbar,youcanwriteon-boardorinMicrosoftOffice Word,
Excel,PowerPointdocumentimageprocessingfunctionsandsoon,atthis

timeitonlyhasthedefaultcolor---blue,andifyoupress thebuttontwice,a
menuwillpopup,andyoucanchoosemanyothercolors,alsoitsthickness
hasonlythree kinds.
7) Mark: Markismainlytohighlighttheeffectoftransparencyandappear
subtlebeauty,usedforthetransparencyoftheimageprocessing,whichis
suitableforink,coatingandothers.Atthistimeitonlyhasthedefault
color---red,andifyoupress thebuttontwice,amenuwillpopup,andyoucan
choosemanyothercolors,alsoitsthickness hasonlythree kinds.
8) Eraser: Clicktheeraserbuttontorandomeraseoperationbefore,and
adjustmentbuttoncanadjustthesize oftheeraser;Double-clicktheeraser
button, iterasesthepartofcircle.
9) Adjustthickness: Thisfunctioncanadjustall thethickness oflinesand
graphicsintheWhiteboard,youcanadjustaccordingtotheneedsofthe
differentlineweightadjustment, ithasonlythree kindsofadjustmentmodel.
10)Importbackground: Afteropening thewhiteboardsoftware,thesystem
defaultswhite.Clicking onthisbuttonyoucanchooseanyonefromBMP,
GIF,JPGandotherformatsofpicturesasthebackgroundofwhiteboard,that
richesyourwhiteboard.Todoasshownbelow:

functionmenu, andyoucansetup thewritingcolourofthepencilbychoosingany

ofwhiteboard.
6)spotlight:choosingspotlightmenucanstandoutyourspeech,ourspotlight
comeswithmagnifying glass,whichcanstandoutyourpointstrongly.Inthespotlight
mode,youcanstandoutdifferentarea bydragingthespotlight,youcansetup thesize
ofthespotlightandmultipleofthemagnifying glass.Youcansetupthemagnifying
glass byclicking theicon , andyoucan

setup thesize ofthespotlightbyclicking arowofmoving barcode.Click icon,
youcanexit, asfollows:
7)drag curtain: choosedragcurtain,youcanconductcoveringandopening ,
whichcanmaketargetedinformationstand out.Itiseasyforteaching
presentation.Youcanadjustthesize ofthecurtain,click anybuttonofthefour
sidesofthecurtain,whichcanconducttheanswersknownonebyone.Andyoucan
exitdragcurtainbypressing thecoin ,asfollowingpicture:

8)straightline:click[straightline]icon,youcanusebeelinetooltodrawonthe
writingboardoronthefilewhichhasobject-dealing functionsuchasMicrosoft
OfficeWord Excel PowerPoint,orusingImageeditingsoftware.Meanwhile,you
cansetupthethickness andcolour.
9)ellipse:clickthe[ellipse]icon,afteryouchoosethecircleicon,youcanchoose
aplace anddragonthesreen,inwhichprocess,youcantransformthesize andshape
ofthecircle.Inaddtion,youcansetup thethickness andcolour.
10)adjustthickness: [adjustthickness]inthismodeisthesamewithbasic
functionmenu,butithasmoreadjustmentarea thaninthebasicfunctionmode,
whichisconvenientforusers.
11)rectangle:click[rectangle]icon,afteryouchooserectangulariconyoucan
clickaplace anddragonthescreen,inwhichprocess youcantransformthesize and
theshape, andwecansetup thethickness andcolour.
12)zoomin:clickthisbutton,youcansee amagnifying glassonthescreen.click
themagnifying glass,youcanenlargethecontentsaccordingtoyourrequirements,
whichmakeyourspeechandpresentationeasy.

13)zoomout: achievethecontraryfunctionofthe zoomin”,clickthisbutton,
youcanseeanarrowmirror.clicknarrowmirror,youcannarrowthecontents,which
cansavethespace .
14)reset:whenyouconductenlarging ornarrow,ifyouwanttoreturntothe
originalinterface ,press thisbutton.
15)translate: Afterachieving enlarging function,press thisbuttonyoucansee a
palmicononthescreen,youcanmoveenlargedgraph.
16)importbackground:Itisthesamewiththeusemethodofbasicfunction
menu.
17)screencapture: Itisthesamewiththeusemethodofbasicfunctionmenu.
