Product warranty
With SMART you can be confident that we stand behind
our products. Our UK and Ireland distributor Steljes offers
standard and enhanced warranties giving you confidence
once the technology is in place.
Steljes provides on-site support and with a next day response
time you can be assured there is very little downtime for your
organisation. Extend your 1 year on-site warranty with 2 and 3 year
enhanced warranty options: for a one-off fee you cover the cost
of all labour and parts, or the cost of a full replacement if repair is
not possible.
Steljes is the only SMART Authorised Service Organisation in the
UK and Ireland, so you will be supported by a trained and highly
skilled team of technicians.
Product updates
As a SMART customer, you’ll automatically receive information on
product updates and notifications. It’s our way of ensuring that you
stay informed about any developments that can help you maximise
the benefits of your SMART products. We’ll notifiy you when an
upgrade is available and guide you through the upgrade process.

Training

its value. Our SMART accredited training centres offer technical

your existing estate. Steljes provides the only SMART Certified
Training Centre in the UK and Ireland geared to helping you
and your colleagues get the most out of your investment in
SMART technology.

Steljes training courses are designed to help you develop your skills
