DESCRIPTION
Mobile machinery dedicated to the two-dimensional cutting of adhesive
materials.
The presence of a metric scale for the axial dimension and of a counter-meter
for radial development allows orthogonal cuts to be measured.
The metric scale offers millimeter accuracy while the meter counts the
centimeter.
The structure is sized to accommodate coils of varying heights from 0 to
1560mm (Quadra160) and from 0 to1860mm (Quadra190) with maximum
diameters of 170mm (maximum measurement of 3M series DiNoc series film
coils 50 m ).
It is suitable for cuts of all adhesive films (vinyl, polyester and polyurethane
up to 220 micron thickness).
Flanges dedicated to coil cores with internal diameter of 76mm (international
standard).
Quadra performs single and multiple cutting functions with storage of cut
portions, coil development measurement and inversion of winding films on
the core.
It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Fully manual transportable machinery without electrical or mechanized
components.
COMPONENTS
• Modular structure in extruded aluminum assembled with special screw
corners
• Brake bar with pivotal constraints and locking knobs.
• Counter-meters mounted on a platform able to slide in the milling of the
crossbar
• Longitudinal cutting sliders made up of a body that slides in the milling of
the crosspiece blocked by a screw and a through nut and a tip with a 9mm
blade protection function. The same has a structural function for the tip
and is secured to the two elements by tightening screws.

• Cross cutting slider composed of a body that slides in the groove of the
brake bar to which a 28 mm diameter circular blade is firmly screwed.
• L-shaped furniture supports (n ° 2) fixed by screw and nut through block
and sliding in the groove of the structure to which two free pulleys are fixed
in the rotation
• Fixed L supports (n ° 2) bound to the structure, to which two pulleys are
fixed, free in the rotation, with the function of dragging the reel.
• The dragging system provides a crank connected to a moving element
• which, when inclined, attaches to the coil core.
• Handle and pair of rubber wheels mounted on roller bearings make the
machine

QUADRA USE SEQUENCE
•Positioning of the structure (easels, table or directly on the floor)
•Insertion of film reel to be cut, first in the fixed pulley then in the moving
one.
•Insertion of the reel core destined to receive the cut material, first in the
fixed drive pulley then in the moving one.
•Elevation and locking of the brake bar with the relative lateral screw knobs.
•Insertion of the film sheet between the brake bar and the sliding plane.
•Descent of the brake bar and consequent blocking the film.
•Cross cutting, to be performed with slider in the front of the brake bar with
circular blade, for film header.
•Coupling meters to the corresponding slider in the rear groove of the
brake bar.
•Counter-meter reset with appropriate lever.
•Zero metric scale reset with appropriate adjusting screw.
•Positioning to size of one or more cutting cursors by blocking and releasing
the red screw knob (reference on a metric scale inserted in the groove of
the sliding plane).
•Raised brake bar to allow the film to slide.
•Film insertion in or in cutting sliders by dragging it with the hands.

•Traction of all the portions of film up to the take-up reel by binding them to
the same with paper tape.
•Rotation of the roll, in winding, through the use of the special crank to
advance the material until reaching the desired size indicated by the meter.
•Once the desired size has been reached, block the film by lowering the
brake bar.
•Cross cutting with relative cursor with circular blade.
•End the rotation to complete the longitudinal cut.
•Bind the cuts made with paper tape leaving them wound to the reel and
write the dimensions on the tape.
•In this case continue with the other cuts obtaining a reel with all the
portions to be applied already wrapped and comfortable to carry.

WARRANTY
This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery of the machine
(reference Delivery note - DDT).
During the warranty period OXY TOOLS undertakes to replace it free of charge,
supplying them to the reference Distributor, components that show manufacturing
defects.
The material replaced under warranty must be kept by the buyer and kept at the
disposal of OXY TOOLS and the Distributor who made the sale.
The guarantee does not include or exclude:
- labor supply to replace defective parts
- components that by their nature are subject to rapid and continuous wear
-expenses incurred by OXY TOOLS for assistance at the customer's request
-defects or problems resulting from changes and repairs carried out by the
purchaser or third parties; any repair not authorized in writing by OXY TOOLS will
void the warranty.
