DESCRIPTION
Mobile machinery dedicated to the two-dimensional cutting of adhesive
materials.
The presence of a metric scale for the axial dimension and of a counter-meter
for radial development allows orthogonal cuts to be measured.
The metric scale offers millimeter accuracy while the meter counts the
centimeter.
The structure is sized to accommodate coils of varying heights from 0 to
1560mm (Quadra160) and from 0 to1860mm (Quadra190) with maximum
diameters of 170mm (maximum measurement of 3M series DiNoc series film
coils 50 m ).
It is suitable for cuts of all adhesive films (vinyl, polyester and polyurethane
up to 220 micron thickness).
Flanges dedicated to coil cores with internal diameter of 76mm (international
standard).
Quadra performs single and multiple cutting functions with storage of cut
portions, coil development measurement and inversion of winding films on
the core.
It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Fully manual transportable machinery without electrical or mechanized
components.
COMPONENTS
• Modular structure in extruded aluminum assembled with special screw
corners
• Brake bar with pivotal constraints and locking knobs.
• Counter-meters mounted on a platform able to slide in the milling of the
crossbar
• Longitudinal cutting sliders made up of a body that slides in the milling of
the crosspiece blocked by a screw and a through nut and a tip with a 9mm
blade protection function. The same has a structural function for the tip
and is secured to the two elements by tightening screws.
