Handheld Spreader

Do not fill overfill.
This spreader s not a toy, and is only to be used for its designated purpose.
Leaving the product outside exposed to weather, especially direct sun, rain and
salt air, will speed the weathering process. This can be slowed by removing the
product from these conditions, or covering it with a suitable cover.
Keep fingers, hair and loose clothing free from moving parts at all times
Do not use during strong winds as this may affect the spreading pattern.
Never leave contents in the spreader. After each use, wash thoroughly to remove
all contents. Hot water may be required at times to remove stubborn residue. It
is important to allow the spreader to dry thoroughly.
Ensure that the material is dry and free-running. If in doubt pass it through a sieve
with 3mm mesh to remove lumps.
Store the spreader in a clean, dry space.

Operating Instructions
1. To fill, place the spreader on a level surface. Do not fill directly on
a lawn or cultivated area.
2. Adjust the setting of the spreader using the slider on the right-
hand side of the trigger.
3. To apply, hold the spreader at a comfortable height, pull the
trigger and walk normally whilst turning the handle
4. Application rates can vary depending on crank and walking speed.
To increase application rate, overlap more frequently.
