Before using the product, make sure all fastenings are tightly in place and that
everything is in order, and checked periodically by an adult.
Keep large plastic bags away from children as it may be a choking hazard.
Keep fingers, loose clothing, and hair away when folding the product.
Clean only with a damp cloth. Do not use strong industrial cleaning substances or
abrasive materials as these will damage the product.
Every time before use check the guard for security of fittings or any sign of wear and
tear.
Do NOT use the dog guard if any parts are missing or damaged as this may cause
failure and/or personal injury.
Do not discard any of the packaging until you have checked that you have all of the
parts and fittings required.

Assembly Instructions

This Carton Includes:
-Barrier x1
-Clamp holder x2
-Rubber ceiling pad x2
Step 1 –Ensure all 8 locking levers are in an open position to allow easier movement of the
2 vertical poles.
Step 2 –Place the 2 rubber ceiling pads onto the top of the 2 vertical poles. Now adjust the
height of the vertical poles so that the pads fit securely to the ceiling of the car. Tighten to
your desired height using the adjustable/tightening knob.
Step 3 –Loosen the back (single) adjustable knob/screw on both of the clamp holders and
attach to the barrier by aligning the loosened screw with the holes on the vertical poles.
Secure and fasten with the same adjustable knob/screws and bolts.
Step 4 –Now, loosen the 2 circular knobs on the clamp holders to separate the clamp into
2. Then attach one half of the clamp to the headrests on the rear seats before re-tightening
the 2 circular knobs with the other half so that the barrier is now connected to the
headrests.
Step 5 –Lastly, loosen all 8 screws/locking mechanism on the horizontal poles and adjust
the bars to the size of the vehicle and re-tighten to secure. It is advisable to maintain a gap
of approximately 2-3cm between the bars and the side of the vehicle.
