LED INDICATOR
The LED Indicator on the Electronic model consists
of a single LED light with 2 colors, GREEN / RED
• Flashing GREEN / RED 3 times: After battery box
connects to the dispenser, while the cover is opened.
• Flashing GREEN / RED 3 times: After cover is closed it
will dispense one sheet.
• Flashing GREEN: Sensor is activated while the cover is
open. This indicates the sensor pickup movement within
range.
• Flashing RED: Low Battery Warning while cover is
closed. Batteries will need replacing soon.
• ermanent RED: It will work until the cover is open, then
unit will STO . The batteries need to be changed.

Set at Auto Flow (Tear & Dry) function with 2 second
delay after every dispense.

function adjust DIP Switch 3 as follows:

Use a small screw driver
or a pen to flip the switch
up or down to the desire
setting.

2. Slide the battery box behind the Gear box. Make sure the
back of the battery box is facing you.
1. Load x D-Cell Alkaline batteries into battery box.
Recommend using Energizer or Duracell alkaline LR-20
batteries.
3. Plug the battery connector into the dispenser. The LED
indicator will flash GREEN / RED three times indicating
the unit has power.

Check batteries and battery box for corrosion.
If corroded, replace as follows:

• Battery type: 4 D-Cell Alkaline (LR-20)
• Sheet size per dispense: 28cm sheet
• Result: 182m roll = 60 rolls
(refer to charts for further calculations)
BATTERY LIFE
Electronic HRT battery life test based on the
following:

1. Slide the core of the paper into the ear of the paper arm
on one side.
LOADING the A ER
2. Slightly pull apart the other arm to allow room for the
paper core to rest on the paper ear.
3. Make sure the paper is resting on the paper arms and is
rolling smoothly.
. Guide the paper to the rollers and press the Manual Feed
Button.

5. When the rollers start to grip the paper, RELEASE the
Manual Feed Button.
6. Then close the cover. The LED indicator will Flash
GREEN / RED three times.
7. It will then dispense one sheet to notify you that the unit is
ready .

RE LACING THE GEARBOX MODULE
3. Pull the gearbox upward. The gearbox will unhook from
the back plate.
2. Pull the gearbox slightly away from the back plate.

ROBLEM SOLVING / FAULT FINDING
1Record the Production Code (located on the right hand side of the mechanism).
2Contact our office [phone] (freephone 0800 35 800) - Advise the issue and Production Code number
to determine model type. An assessment will be made to determine next step.
3If applicable to your model, follow steps to remove the mechanism as per instructions and we will arrange a
pick up.
Install the new mechanism on arrival. (if applicable)
If none of the above resolves your issue, please request a replacement mechanism using the
following steps:
Dispenser not dispensing?
Are the batteries flat? ···························· If so, replace batteries.
If using power pack, Is the power on? ······· Check power switch.
Is the battery pack corroded or broken? · · · · If so, replace.
If the gearbox wont activate. ··················· Check the magnet is in place. The magnet tells the
gearbox that the cover is closed.
The magnet is inside the cover.

Sheets not dispensing? ························· Check the portion control bar. Has it caught up,
preventing a new sheet from dispensing? (older models).
If so, relocate and release.
Red light on permanently, and batteries are ok. Possible circuitry issue. Replace gearbox module.
