Congratulations on your purchase of the Pacific Ultrasonics PU series ultrasonic cleaner.
What is Ultrasonic Cleaning?
Ultrasonic cleaning is a process created by high
frequency soundwaves. The soundwaves, enhanced
by specially formulated cleaning solutions, create
high energy “cavitation”. During cavitation, millions
of tiny bubbles form and then collapse, or implode,
releasing enormous amounts of energy and
shock waves which scour the suaces of pas and
components placed in the cleaning solutions.
This poweul scouring action reaches into minute
crevices and blind holes which manual brushing
cannot reach. The combination of energy, and
specially formulated solutions, make ultrasonic
cleaning THE most eective method of removing
gross and microscopic debris.
Warnings & Cautions
NEVER operate the unit without water in the ultrasonic tank
NEVER put your hands into the tank either while the machine is
operating or on standby
DO NOT drop items into the tank. Always use the basket to slowly to
slow place items into the tank.
DO NOT heat the liquid higher than 80 °C. Beware of hot liquid or steam
when opening the lid.
DO NOT operate the unit without water in the ultrasonic tank
DO NOT add any other liquids, except for water or the specified cleaning
chemical, into the tank.
DO NOT aempt to disassemble the unit.

Operating Procedure
Setup Guide & Functions
Placement of the Machine
• Place the machine on a level suace
• Ensure that appropriate waste drainage is available
Ultrasonic Bath Solution
• Use only water and chemical solutions specifically designed for
ultrasonic cleaning
• NEVER operate the ultrasonic unit without liquid in the tank
1. Make sure the drain valve is turned to the closed position (if fied).
2. Fill the machine up to the fill mark in the tank with water and cleaning chemical.
3. Connect to power source (240V 50Hz) and aach power cable to the ultrasonic unit
with two-pin socket.
4. Press on the power buon located at the back of the unit.
5. Turn on “HEATING”, and adjust the heater temperature to the required temperature
using the +/- buons.
6. Wait until the temperature of the bath liquid reaches the temperature set on
the heater display.
7. Turn on “ULTRASONIC”, then use the timer +/- buons to set the recommended
cleaning time.

Technical Specifications
A stainless steel wire mesh basket is included
with each PU Ultrasonic tank.
Always use the pas basket—never place
pas directly into the
ultrasonic tank so that
they are resting on the
base of the tank.
General Cleaning
• Wipe down the unit with a damp cloth
using some of the liquid out of the
ultrasonic bath.
Inspect Power Cord
• Periodically check the power cord and
check if connections at both ends of the
cable are securely seated.
Ultrasonic Steel Cleaner
A highly eective,
heavy duty
cleaner for all
decarbonising,
de-rusting and
degreasing
operations of cast
iron and steel pas.
Ultrasonic Remove
A heavy-duty alkaline
detergent that can be used
in a range of industries, from
food to printing. It is a superior
hard suace cleaner (plastics,
aluminium, stainless steel,
etc) and can clean just about
anything – oil, grease, di, dust,
light carbon deposits, exhaust stains and more.
Ultrasonic Descaler
A concentrate
phosphoric acid
cleaner for the
eective removal of
water scale and milk
stone from stainless
steel and plastic
components.
