User’s Guide
Thank you for purchasing Panacom’s telephone PA-7540.
Please read the manual carefully before operating.
INSTALLATION
CAUTION
• Do not place product in moisture or hot environment.
• Avoid splashing water or impact on product.
• Overload operation will cause damage and shorten the life of the product.
• Normally clean the speaker using a soft dry cloth. Always before
cleaning, disconnect all connection cables.
FUNCTION FEATURES:
RECEIVING A CALL
When the phone rings, pick up the receiver and use as you
would with any standard telephone.
DIALING A CALL
Pick up your phone and listen to the dial tone, then press
the keys of the number you want to call.
ENDING A CALL
After you have nished your conversation just hang up the
handset.
FLASH BUTTON
If you want to make another call immediately, press
the“FLASH”button once the line is ready for another call.
REDIAL BUTTON
If you dial a number and get a busy signal, you can press
the“REDIAL”button. The number will be automatically redia-
led.
TONE AND PULSE DIALING
If your home is equipped with touch tone dialing service.
Set the dialing mode selector to“TONE”position for quick and
accurate dialing. Otherwise set the“PULSE” position.

MUTE key
For your privacy,depress the“MUTE” key as long as it is depres-
sed, the other party will not hear anything you say.
RINGER HI/LO
You can control RINGER’S volume through RINGER HI/LO selec-
table
REMARKS:
1. When your phone is not in use, use it rests properly on the
telephone base.
2. Avoid rough handling and areas with high humidity,
heavy dust and extreme temperature.
3. When the phone needs cleaning, use a mild detergent and
a damp cloth. Never use abrasive , strong cleaners or solvents.

CUIDADO
• No exponga el producto a altas temperaturas ni en un ambiente
con humedad elevada.
• Evite los golpes al producto y el contacto con líquidos.
• Sobreexigir las operaciones del producto causará daños y reduc-
ción de la vida del producto.
• En caso de limpiar el producto, desconecte siempre los cables
conectados.
CARACTERíSTICAS
RECIBIR UNA LLAMADA
Cuando suene el teléfono, levante el auricular y haga uso como lo
haría con cualquier teléfono estándar.
CóMO REALIzAR UNA LLAMADA
Toma tu teléfono y escucha el tono de marcación, pulse las teclas
del número al que desea llamar.
FINALIzACIóN DE UNA LLAMADA
Después de que haya terminado su conversación simplemente cuel-
gue el auricular.
BOTóN FLASH
Si desea realizar otra llamada inmediatamente, pulse el botón
“FLASH” una vez que la línea este lista para otra llamada.
BOTóN REDIAL
Si marca un número y se obtiene una señal de ocupado, puede opri-
mir el botón “REDIAL”. El número se volverá a marcar automática-
mente.

TONO Y PULSO
Si su casa está equipada con marcación de tonos. Ajuste el modo de
marcación selector a la posición “TONE” para la marcación rápida y
precisa. De lo contrario ajustar la posición en “PULSE”.
MUTE
Para su privacidad, presione la tecla “MUTE”, cuando se presiona, la
otra parte no va a escuchar lo que tú digas.
TIMBRE HI / LO
Usted puede controlar el volumen del timbre a través de Ringer TIM-
BRE seleccionando HI / LO, para columen alot o bajo respectivamente.
OBSERVACIONES:
1. Cuando el teléfono no está en uso, asegurese de que al auricular
este apoyado correctamente en la base.
2. Evite el manejo brusco y áreas con alta humedad, gran cantidad de
polvo y temperaturas extremas.
3. Cuando el teléfono necesite limpieza, utilice un detergente suave y
un paño húmedo. Nunca utilice abrasivos, limpiadores o solventes
fuertes.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Terms and Conditions
1. PANACOM warrants the operation of this product to be free from
any manufacturing and/or material defect for a period of 6 months
from the date of purchase by the user.
2. This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of this
product, according to our own criterion, free of charge within the
stipulated term and it does not extend to consequential or inci-
dental damages to other products that may be used with this unit.
3. The warranty shall be voided in the following cases: a) repair or
attempt to repair by third parties not authorized by the company. b)
in case of performing any type of cut in connection cables, plugs,
connectors, or other adapters different from the original ones pro-
vided by the company.
4. To make this warranty effective, you shall contact the Authorized
Service Center of your country and they shall carry out the per-
tinent procedure; said information is available at www.panacom.
com. In order to start the necessary procedure to get said war-
ranty, you shall hand in the Original Purchase Invoice where the
purchase date, dealer name and product identication shall be
stated clearly.
5. Transportation, freight, stay and/or insurance expenses, if any,
are not covered by this warranty.

GARANTIA INTERNACIONAL
Términos y Condiciones
1. PANACOM garantiza el funcionamiento de este producto ante cual-
quier defecto de fabricación y/o vicio de material por el término de 6
meses contado a partir de la fecha de compra por parte del usuario.
2. Esta garantía se limita a la reparación y/o reemplazo de este pro-
ducto, a nuestro criterio, sin cargo alguno dentro del plazo de vi-
gencia y no se extiende a daños concecuentes o incidentales hacia
otros productos que fueran utilizados con esta unidad.
3. La garantía queda anulada ante: a) reparación o intento de repa-
ración por terceros no autorizados por la compañía. b) en el caso de
realizar cualquier tipo de corte de los cables de conexión, chas, co-
nectores, u otros adaptadores distintos de los originales de fábrica.
4. Para hacer valer esta garantía se deberá remitir al centro de ser-
vicios autorizado de su país quienes gestionarán la misma, dicha
información se encuentra www.panacom.com. Para gestionar dicha
garantía deberá presentar la Factura Original de compra en la cual
deberá constar claramente la fecha de compra, nombre del comer-
cio e indenticación del producto.
5. No quedan cubiertos por esta garantía gastos de traslado, ete,
estadía, y/o seguro si los hubiera.
