User’s Guide
Thank you for purchasing Panacom’s telephone PA-7580.
Please read the manual carefully before operating.
1. MAIN FUNCTION:
* DTMF/FSK two mode incoming mode display
* 50 groups incoming numbers and time memory
* 15 outgoing numbers and talk time memory
* Real time date and weekday display, LCD 5 grades selectable.
* Local area code 8 digits setting, Auto ltrate the local area code
in incoming calls
2. SPECIAL KEY ARRANGEMENT:
SET key:
At on hook state, press the key enter setting function; At off hook
state, press the key does ash function;
DEL key:
At pre-dial state, incoming or outgoing check state and calculate state, it
does the del function; At incoming or outgoing check state press the key
for 2 seconds will delete all the stored numbers. At off hook before pre-
dial, it doesn’t add Ex-code and do the auto IP function.
*0# Special application:
At setting state and function option state, press * key is same to the
down key and the # key is same to the up key; At on hook state,
press * key for 3 seconds enter to outgoing check state; press # key
for 3 seconds enter to incoming call check state; At check state,
press 0 to change the check mode; At off hook state, it does the digit
function (At pulse dial mode, the rst time to press * is to change to
tone dial mode).
3. FUNCTION INSTRUCTION
3.1 Menu function setting
At off hook state, press SET key to enter the setting state, LCD dis-
plays SET 12345678, press the digit key or IN/UP key (or * / # key,
The same below) to choose the setting function, and LCD displays
the corresponding setting option, after nish setting,press DEL key
to the upper menu and digit or IN/UP key(or * / # key, The same
below) to choose the next setting option.(If use the * / # key to the

setting option, you should enter the sub-menu rst and then press
the * / # key to choose the setting option, do as follows: Press SET
key and then press the * / # key. Here we just introduce to use the
digit key to choose the setting option). Here is the detail step:
3.1.1 Date/Time Setting
Press SET key and choose 1, LCD displays 1—DATE2—CL. Choose
1 enter to datesetting, the digit will ash, input the digit directly then
press SET key to conrm; After nish date setting, LCD will change
the weekday automatically. Choose 2 enter to time setting, it is the
same to the date setting. Press DEL key to exit the setting state.
3.1.2 Special function choose setting
Press SET key and choose 5, LCD displays 1-f 2-pt 3-d, choose 1
enter to ash time setting, LCD displays ash 600 and ashes, press
UP/DOWN key to choose the time. There are 90-95-100-120-180-
300-600-1000ms for selectable; Choose 2 enter to P—T exchange,
LCD displays pt tone, press */# key to choose the dial mode, the init
value is tone dial mode; Choose 3 enter guard against theft setting.
The telephone do not have this function).
3.1.3 Local area code and Ex-code setting
Press SET key and choose 6, LCD displays 1-LOC 2-OL,choose1enter
to local area code setting, LCD displays lock, input the digits 1~8 for
selectable, then press SET key to conrm, press DEL key to delete
the input numbers, also press SET key to conrm.
3.1.4 LCD light adjust
Press SET key and choose 7, LCD displays LCD con 4, press */# key
to adjust light grade, default is the 4th grade, there are 5 grades for
selectable.
3.2 On hook function operate
3.2.1 Incoming call check
At on hook or off hook state, press IN/UP key(Then press the * / # key)
can view the incoming call information; Press # key for 3 seconds
will enter to the incoming call check state fast at on hook state.
3.2.2 Outgoing check
At on hook or off hook state, press OUT key enter to outgoing check state,
press * / # key can view the outgoing information; Press * key for 3 sec-
onds will enter to the outgoing check state fast at on hook state.
3.2.3 DEL function
At input digit state, use DEL key to delete the wrong input number;At

incoming call check or outgoing check state, use DEL key can de-
lete the information, press DEL key for 3 seconds can delete all the
information.

Por favor lea este manual cuidadosamente previo al uso.
1. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
* Modos de entrada: DTM/ FSK
* Memoria de 50 números entrantes y hora de entrada
* 15 números salientes y memoria de tiempo de conversación
* Fecha / LCD de 5 niveles seleccionable
* Código de área local, conguración de 8 dígitos, ltrado automático
de código de área local en las llamadas entrantes
2. TECLAS ESPECIALES:
SET:
Con el teléfono colgado, pulse la tecla SET para entrar en la función
de ajustes. Con el teléfono descolgado peulse la tecla FLASH para
utilizar la función.
Tecla DEL:
En estado de prediscado chequeando los mensajes entrantes o sa-
lientes puede visualizar el estado y borrar los números. En estado de
prediscado chequeando los mensajes entrantes o salientes presione
la tecla durante 2 segundos, se eliminarán todos los números alma-
cenados.
Teclas *, 0, # aplicación especial:
En el estado de Seteo y en el estado de Función la tecla * equivale a la
tecla DOWN, (BAJAR) y la tecla # equivale a la tecla UP (SUBIR). Con
el teléfono colgado, pulse la tecla * durante 3 segundos para ingresar
al modo chequeo de llamdas salilentes; pulse la tecla # durante 3
segundos entrar al modo de vericación de llamada entrants. En el
modo de vericación, presione 0 para cambiar el modo de verica-
ción. Con el teléfono descolgado en el modo Pulso, la primera vez
que presione * cambiará a Tono.

3. FUNCIONES:
3.1 Conguración de funciones del menu
Con el teléfono descolgado pulse la tecla SET para entrar en el estado
de ajuste, pantalla LCD SET 12345678, pulse la tecla IN/UP para ele-
gir la función de conguración, y la pantalla LCD mostrará la opción
de ajuste correspondiente, después de nalizar la conguración, pre-
sione la tecla DEL para ir menú superior y preione IN/UP para elegir
la siguiente opción de conguración. (Si utilizá las teclas * / #, debe
entrar en el submenú y luego pulse las teclas * / # para seleccionar la
opción de ajuste, haga lo siguiente: Pulse la tecla SET y luego presio-
ne la tecla * / # Aquí podemos utilizar los digitos para elegir la opción
de ajuste). Aquí estan los pasos en detalle:
3.1.1 Seteo de Fecha / Hora
Presione la tecla SET y seleccione 1,la pantalla LCD mostrará 1-FE-
CHA, 2-CL. Elija 1 para entrar a seteo de datos, el dígito parpadea,
ingrese el dígito directamente a continuación, pulse la tecla SET para
conrmar; Después del ajuste de la fecha de la pantalla LCD cambiará
al día de la semana de forma automática. Elija 2 para ingresar al ajuste
de tiempo, repita el procedimiento como para con la hora. Pulse la
tecla DEL para salir del estado de ajuste.
3.1.2 Seteo de la Funciones especiales
Pulse la tecla SET y digite 5, la pantalla LCD mostrará 1-f 2-pt 3-d,
elija 1 para entrar al ajuste de tiempo de FLASH, la pantalla LCD mos-
trará el FLASH en 600 y parpadea, presione las teclas * / # para elegir
el tiempo de ash. Hay 90, 95, 100, 120, 180, 300, 600, 1000ms para
seleccionar; Elija 2 para ingresar al cambio de modo P-T, la pantalla
LCD mostrará pt tone, pulse las teclas * / # para elegir el modo de
marcación, el valor incial es el modo de marcación por tono.
3.1.3 Ajuste del código de área
Pulse la tecla SET y seleccione 6, la pantalla LCD mostrará 1-LOC
2-OL, elija1para entrar al modo de ajuste del código de área local, la
pantalla mostrara LCD loc ingrese los dígitos 1 ~ 8 para seleccionar,
a continuación, presione la tecla SET para conrmar, pulse la tecla
DEL para borrar los números ingresados, pulse la tecla SET para con-
rmar.

3.2 Funciones con el teléfono colgado
3.2.1 chequeo de llamada entrante:
Con el teléfono colgado o descolgado, pulse la tecla IN/UP (A con-
tinuación, pulse las teclas * / #) se puede ver la información de la
llamada entrante. Pulse la tecla # durante 3 segundos entrará al esta-
do de vericación de llamadas entrantes rápidamente con el teléfono
colgado.
3.2.2 Chequeo de llamada saliente
Con el teléfono colgado o descolgado, pulse la tecla OUT para en-
trar al estado de vericación de llamadas salidas, pulse la tecla * / #
para ver la información de llamadas salidas. Pulse la tecla * durante 3
segundos entrará al modo de vericación de llamadas salidas rápida-
mente con el teléfono colgado.
3.2.3 Función DEL
Cuando este marcando un numero o ingresando alguna informacíon
utilice la tecla DEL para borrar el número incorrecto; En el registro de
llamadas entrantes o salientes utilice la tecla DEL para borrar la infor-
mación, presione la tecla DEL durante 3 segundos para borrar toda la
información existente.

GARANTIA INTERNACIONAL
Términos y Condiciones
1. PANACOM garantiza el funcionamiento de este producto ante cual-
quier defecto de fabricación y/o vicio de material por el término de 6
meses contado a partir de la fecha de compra por parte del usuario.
2. Esta garantía se limita a la reparación y/o reemplazo de este pro-
ducto, a nuestro criterio, sin cargo alguno dentro del plazo de vi-
gencia y no se extiende a daños concecuentes o incidentales hacia
otros productos que fueran utilizados con esta unidad.
3. La garantía queda anulada ante: a) reparación o intento de repa-
ración por terceros no autorizados por la compañía. b) en el caso de
realizar cualquier tipo de corte de los cables de conexión, chas, co-
nectores, u otros adaptadores distintos de los originales de fábrica.
4. Para hacer valer esta garantía se deberá remitir al centro de ser-
vicios autorizado de su país quienes gestionarán la misma, dicha
información se encuentra www.panacom.com. Para gestionar dicha
garantía deberá presentar la Factura Original de compra en la cual
deberá constar claramente la fecha de compra, nombre del comer-
cio e indenticación del producto.
5. No quedan cubiertos por esta garantía gastos de traslado, ete,
estadía, y/o seguro si los hubiera.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Terms and Conditions
1. PANACOM warrants the operation of this product to be free from
any manufacturing and/or material defect for a period of 6 months
from the date of purchase by the user.
2. This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of this
product, according to our own criterion, free of charge within the
stipulated term and it does not extend to consequential or incidental
damages to other products that may be used with this unit.
3. The warranty shall be voided in the following cases: a) repair or
attempt to repair by third parties not authorized by the company. b)
in case of performing any type of cut in connection cables, plugs,
connectors, or other adapters different from the original ones pro-
vided by the company.
4. To make this warranty effective, you shall contact the Authorized
Service Center of your country and they shall carry out the perti-
nent procedure; said information is available at www.panacom.com.
In order to start the necessary procedure to get said warranty, you
shall hand in the Original Purchase Invoice where the purchase date,
dealer name and product identication shall be stated clearly.
5. Transportation, freight, stay and/or insurance expenses, if any, are
not covered by this warranty.
