High-End Fax Transmission Capability
The UF-4100 can transmit a document in as few as 3 seconds*1
thanks to its Super G3-compatible 33.6 kbps fax modem.
Combined with Super Quick Handshaking for faster pre/post-transmission
handshaking, this greatly reduces the time taken by faxes at both ends to
exchange data.
240 Pages Large Document Memory*2
Since the UF-4100 comes standard with a 4 MB image memory, it can hold up
to 240 pages of documents at one time, easily accommodating high-volume
communication. Even when the paper runs out, the UF-4100 can continue to
receive documents and store them in memory, keeping them safe even in the
event of a power failure.

The UF-4100 can function as a TWAIN-
compatible image scanner, allowing you
to easily convert paper documents into
PC data. And with Panasonic Document
Management System*3software, you can streamline your document workflow,
managing and controlling all processes right from your PC desktop. All you
have to do is drag and drop the thumbnail picture of the scanned document
onto an icon of the pre-programmed PC application such as email or image
editing software. You can even fax directly form your desktop via the UF-4100
using the PC-Fax software*3(“Panafax Desktop”).
