INTRODUCTION
The Model H0767 Tapered Wood-Sided Wagon
features 8 1/4" high wooden interlocking side
panels that are easily removed for access to the
14 3/4" x 33" bed.
REMOVAL & INVENTORY
1. Remove your new wagon from the carton.
2. Compare all the contents with the inventory
list below Figure 1.
FRONT SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
1. Slide the front axle assembly onto the pivot
post of the bed.
2. Fasten using the lock pin and collar.
WHEELS
1. Inflate each wheel to 30 psi.
2. Slide a wheel onto each axle with the valve
stem to the outside.
3. Push a hub cap onto the end of each axle
until flush with the wheel.
BED & SIDE PANELS
1. Place the bed on top of the frame.
2. Insert one of the side panels into the frame,
making sure the slotted panel housing is fac-
ing inside.
3. Place the front and rear panels inside the
slotted panel housing on the side panel
installed in step 2.
4. Insert the other side panel into the frame,
making sure the front and rear panels each
slide into the slotted panel housing.
PULL HANDLE
1. Align the holes on the end of the pull handle
with the opening of the front axle assembly.
2. Insert the M8-1.25 x 95 slotted screw into the
holes and fasten using the 8mm flat washer,
lock washer and acorn nut.
