INITIAL USE________________________
NOTE: Before initial use battery
must be charged for 18 hours!
Permanent damage to the battery may occur if battery is not
charged for 18 hours before initial use!
STEPS:
1. Insert the DC Charger plug into the charger input under the seat
inside the vehicle, and then plug the charger into a wall outlet or
power socket. Charge for 18 HOURS on initial charge.
2. After the initial charge, normal charging time is 8-12 hours.
3. NEVER charge for more than 20 hours at a time.
BATTERY CHARGING AND MAINTENANCE:
• Even when not in use, the vehicle should still be charged at least once a month to
ensure the proper life span of the battery.
• Use of a battery or charger other than the supplied rechargeable battery and charger
may cause a fire or explosion. Only use the supplied battery and charger.
• Use of the rechargeable battery and charger for any other product may result in
overheating, fire, or explosion. Never use the supplied rechargeable battery and
charger with another product.
• Only an adult should handle or charge the battery. Do not charge the battery near
heat or flammable materials, and do not connect to charger if any water is present in
the vehicle. It is normal for the battery and charger to be very warm while charging.
• Never open the battery. Batteries contain lead and lead compounds (acids) that are
toxic and corrosive, and known to the state of California to cause cancer and
reproductive harm. (2)

ASSEMBLY_________________________
1. Assemble The Back Wheels
The back wheels are the two wheels that have drive gear connectors attached. Insert
wheel bushings on wheels. Connect the wheels to the axle, securing the drive gear to the
driving motor so that the axle rod shows through on the outside of the wheel. Next place a
washer around the axle rod on the outside of the wheel. Then insert cotter pin through
axle rod hole, and bend cotter pin tongs outward around the axle rod so it stays in place.
Finally, place the wheel covers on and secure with five screws.
2. Assemble The Front Wheels
First, insert wheel bushings on wheels and place one washer on each end of the front
axle. Then place the front wheels on the axle. Next, place one more washer on the
outside of each wheel. Insert cotter pin through axle rod hole, and bend cotter pin tongs
outward around the axle rod so it stays in place. Finally, place the wheel covers on and
secure with five screws.
