First assemble the photovoltaic panel bracket and the base of the adapter; Assemble the
two parts together with the fasteners shown in the figure, and tighten the bolts with an
Allen wrench. Pay attention to the outlet hole of the adapter base and the hole of the
bracket. The holes need to be aligned.

2. Assemble the bracket with the panel
Put the bracket at the centeral back of the panel, insert the four positioning
tenons on the bracket into the four positioning holes on the back of the panel, and
tighten the four M6 bolts assembled on the bracket.

Drag out the panel output wire from the outlet holes on the bracket and the adapter base.

4. Assemble the adapter accessaries.
Pick up the adapter sleeve, pass the photovoltaic panel output wire out of the
through hole on the sleeve, then close the sleeve to the adapter base, put M16
bolts and nuts in the holes at the adapter joint, tighten with a wrench slightly.

After the pre-assembly of the photovoltaic panels is completed, the next step is
to perform the installation ----- install the photovoltaic panel components on the
lamp post.
Carry the photovoltaic panel assembly to the top of the lamp post by the
elevator, first introduce the photovoltaic panel output wire into the hole of the
lamp post, and then carefully insert the adapter sleeve into the lamp post until
the bottom of the adapter sleeve sits on the top of the lamp post.
5. Install the panel on the lamp post.

6. LBC installation.
Drag out the panel output wire from the arm hole of the lamp post (the length of
the output wire should be 0.15m --- 0.3m longer than the length of the arm post).
Tools needed depend on the situation, no special reqiurements.
※Special note: The photovoltaic panel output wire and the lamp input wire must
be placed in the lamp post tube. Due to the structural limitation, the current adapter
can only pass through the bare wire without waterproof plug; if customer requires a
waterproof plug to connect the output / input wire, a statement must be made in
advance, and it can be implemented after the structure is improved.

Align the adapter sleeve on the LBC with the arm of the lamp post and push it in
until the bottom of the sleeve reaches the end of the arm; Slightly adjust the attitude
of the LBC (the vertical symmetry plane of the LBC is perpendicular to the ground)
and tighten the mounting bolts on the outside of the sleeve. Installation completes.

Use your hand test the solar

Adjust the direction of the panel to the ideal state, tighten the M16 bolts and
nuts at the joints of the adapter, and then gently shake the panel by hand to
check its firmness.
7. Adjust the direction of the panel and fix it:

Connect battery
and controller in
LBC
Connect the waterproof plugs of the battery and the controller on LBC.
Connect the circuit. Cover the panel with something light-proof
material, if the light turns on, the whole installation completes.
