Scrapping

Read carefully before use!
Specifications:
1. RPM: 10,500 RPM
2. Recommended air pressure: 6.3 bar
3. Average air consumption: 85 l/min
4. Grinding disc: 150 mm
5. Air inlet: 1/4BSPT
6. Mandatory air hose size: 3/8"
Before each use
1. Drain any water from the air compressor tank
and condensation from the air lines. (Please
refer to the air compressor’s instruction manual.)
2. Lubricate the tool. (See the “Maintenance”
section of the manual.)
3. Select the required insert sleeve. The sleeve must
match the size of the drive unit on the air nozzle.
4. Connect the grinder to the air source with a
hose of the recommended size.
Use
1. Turn on the air compressor and let the tank ll.
2. Set the air compressor regulator to 6.3 bar. This
grinder has a maximum of 6.3 bar air pressure.
3. Press the trigger to start using the tool.
4. Release the trigger to stop the tool.
5. When changing the sleeve, always disconnect
the air supply to avoid any injury.
6. When the work is complete, turn off the air
compressor and put the grinder away after
lubrication.
General safety instructions
This product is part of the high pressure system
and the following safety precautions must be
followed at all times along with other applicable
safety regulations.
1. Carefully read all the instructions included with
this product. Be thoroughly familiar with the
controls and proper use of the equipment.
2. Only persons familiar with these rules for
safeoperation should be allowed to operate
theair tool.
3. Do not exceed any pressure rating for any
component in the system.
Do not exceed the maximum working
pressure for the grinder (6.3 bar.)
It may explode and result in death or
serious injury.
4. Disconnect the grinder from the air supply
before changing tools or accessories and
during operation.
5. Always wear safety goggles and hearing
protection during operation.
Always wear ANSI approved Z87.1 safety
goggles with side shields. Always use
ANSIS3.19 hearing protection.
6. Do not wear loose clothing or clothing
containing loose straps or ties, etc. that may
get caught in moving parts of the tool and
result in serious personal injury.
7. Do not wear jewellery, watches, identication
tags, bracelets, necklaces, etc. when using any
tool, as they can get caught in moving parts
and result in serious injury.
